Nice place, good location just lacking some little comforts

Location was great. Easy walk to cafes and cute historic district. Parking was easy although I was charged every day for it. Gym was nice. AC is quiet.

Bed and pillows weren’t that comfortable. Wish there was complimentary water and coffee in lobby. Always searching for ice in different floor then gym on different floor to get water. Nice to have coffee available. In room coffee just isn’t that good. Expensive rates. But appreciate cleanliness and location.

Extrem überteuert

Lage is zentral in Redmond.

Viel zu teuer für das Angebot, dazu mangelhafter Zimmerservice (bei einem 2-Tagesaufenthalt gab es gar keine Reinigung, im Bad war eine Halterung gebrochen, im Zimmerkühlschrank war noch Essen vom vorherigen Gast), dafür wird alles extra in Rechnung gestellt: Frühstück, Internet, Parkplatz.

Staff at Hilton was great - except for the very unpleasant restaurant manager, Ignacio

All staff were excellent - friendly, pleasant and helpful answering questions. The only staff member we had a problem with was Ignacio, manager of the restaurant. Ignacio was grumpy and very unpleasant. There were very few people there but after our meal he very curtly asked us to leave.

Housekeeping did not replenish toilet tissue - very little tissue left on the roll and the backup supply was clear across the room. Also, our coffee supplies were only partially replenished. Regarding the furnishings, there was no dresser and the only drawers were small and in a strange place. Also, there was no table where one could write notes and no paper, pen or pencil in the room. Also, hated the barn door for the bathroom door - could not close the door tight and could not keep the barn door in place, it would glide into and out of the door opening. Didn't like Ignacio, manager of the restaurant - what a grumpy unpleasant person!

The restaurant is a nice feature. Breakfast was very good.

Was put in an ADA room which we did not request. Was told at check-in that there was a problem with the automatic blinds and to leave them down if they were already in that position. At 6:30 am the blinds went up and down on their own for 2 hours with no way to stop. I told the front desk when I checked out and they just apologized. Obviously, these blinds need servicing and the room should have not be filled.

I chose this hotel again for a trip to Chateu St Michelle concert, for its modern and comfortable rooms.

Check your hospitality

My breakfast was included. 3 times the receptionist rejected to confirm the breakfast even this option had been included and paid. No attention to the booking confirmation details. No answer to my written application. Finally there were no apologies, even more stress and toxic behavior from this receptionist. Every morning he was creating a hostile atmosphere. No desire to return to this hotel!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean, modern and wonderful breakfast, very impressed. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Nothing, everything great. No complaints. Nice restaurant. Good location, I have nothing bad to say about the hotel, it was a very pleasant experience.

Perfect location

The room was clean and big

I was originally assigned to a room whose air conditioning didn't work. I got in late and found this out and had to move 6 rooms down be cause staff didn't communicate. Not ok.

Good place to crash if you're forced to stay in Renton

+Reception was very nice. Recommended some good food in the area, and was very patient with some complications during check-in. +Fancy rooms with a very nice (if simple) decor. Gave us some ideas for construction on our bathroom. +Didn't get a chance to use it, but the fitness center LOOKED like a good place to wake up and burn calories. +Wifi was problem-free and the parking was pretty safe for the inner-city location. +Good location to crash after a late concert at Marymoor!

-Restaurant was weirdly aggressive? In the evening, you had to hunt down a server, and in the morning the server was offended when we asked for a physical menu instead of scanning a barcode on the table. They don't seem to want the business and I was happy to oblige. Left both times before ordering. Go to the Farine Bakery a block away. -Room WALLS were soundproofed as heck, but the doors were weirdly not. I didn't know we had neighbors until they left, at which point I could hear the sound of their luggage rolling on the carpet. Strange but not a big negative. -Beds were hard. -The tapwater in the area tastes borderline toxic. Like I feel if I drank enough I'd get superpowers or go blind or both. Showers were weirdly fine though. -Good price for the area, bad price for Seattle as a whole. Renton is an expensive neighborhood.
