Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Struttura nuova e curata. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Personale gentile. Stanza e bagno puliti. Un po' distante dal centro ma nel complesso una buona struttura.

La struttura è un po' cupa, nella stanza mancano dei posti dove appoggiare le valige e non c'è l'asciugacapelli in bagno. A entrambe le cose, però, si può ovviare facilmente.

Close to the bus station, the equipment is new and clean. The bed is soft and hard, and the sheets are comfortable

Very helpfull and friendly staff, to be commended! A clear 10/10. Good location in relation to train- and bus-stop. Basic, simple room, but with comfortable bed and bathroom. Good value for location, standard and staff.

Full comfort with old city feel, not far from old town

Super comfortable and modern but with old city feel. Free and safe car parking is an amazing feature. The top room for a family of four is very nicely equipped with kitchen, Illy coffee machine and several pods, a few dishes... Not far from the old city center and the walk through the city park is amazing. The immediate surroundings of the hotel are not particularly charming but the macro location, free parking, and all the conveniences at that price can't be beaten!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great! Absolutely would recommend

Exceptional

Clean and comfortable rooms, nice staff, private parking behind the building. Hotel is close to the train station, the old town is about 20-30 minutes by foot, and there are also several bus lines passing very close.

Noise from nearby construction site.

overall very clean. parking was included, although it’s free around the hotel, because the location is not really central

Odd smell. Very basic room. The hotel is located on an extremely noisy boulevard. Literally no chance to open the window. The mattress was one of the least comfortable I’ve had recently

Nice hotel located 25 minutes walk from centre. The room was really nice and clean. Very friendly staff. Very handy to have private parking

Just brilliant

Reception open 7/24, paid at the check-in (not forced to pay online), perfectly clean throughout, lift access available to rooms, lounge/bar area is also great to have. Walk-in shower, noise-canceling windows, plenty of restaurants offering fast-food/breakfast/grill, etc., and only 15 mins. of walk away to the city centre, not to mention the coach station. Amazing place, 10/10 would recommend it.

Bed mattresses are a bit stiff for side sleepers, but amazing for back sleepers. Pillows could be better and a hair dryer wouldn't hurt.

Exceptional! Clean, comfortable, very helpful receptionists!

Exceptional! Small and beautiful decorated building, exactly what I like! No noise, not crowded! Clean, comfortable, helpful receptionists! Everything is well organised! We usually don't have breakfast and it is ok for us. The morning coffee at the bar was just perfect! Thank you so much!

Average and boring hotel for one night stay for transfer

Central location, close to train and bus stations, new decorations, clean

Pillows and beds are too soft, no kettle for hot water, only two users for internet connection, very weird restrictions

Awful wouldn't recommend to anyone

Room was okay size

Other guests were yelling and screaming the entire night, and no one from the hotel would do anything about it. In menu found on the reception, it says that for disobeying the hotel rules (being too loud) there is a fine, however no one from the hotel reacted to this. Upon checking out the receptionist told us that they, from the hotel, are aware of this person yet they didn't and won't do anything about it. We didn't sleep the entire night, and thay offered us coffee and cake as compensation?! All in all AWFUL EXPERIENCE for such a high price!!!

Very good

Only stopped here for a short stay but the room was clean, comfortable and well presented. The hotel is located right in the centre close to the train and bus stations which made it an ideal location.

No issues in my short stay.

Our stay was good, but left some bad feelings.

The hotel is quite nice. Location was perfect for us and they have free parking behind the hotel.

The price in Booking.com was higher than on recetion. They havent put their pricelist on the reception. The TV has only 5-6 channels.

Great location, friendly staff, nice hotel!

The building was beautifully renovated, the private parking was very easy to use and everything is within 5 to 10 minutes walking.

The bathroom had a weird wall with glass into the living room with blings on the outside of the bathroom so anyone could see into the bathroom.

Amazing

The front desk representative was super professional and helpful, and sweet. We felt welcome right away. The hotel was super clean.

The only down side was that there was no breakfast included but not a huge deal.

An excellent option for a visit to Plovdiv.

The hotel is very nice, quiet, with about 15-20 rooms, with AC in the rooms. The rooms are well furnished and clean. It is in walking distance to the central pedestrian street with many restaurants and cafes, and to the old town. The staff is nice and helpful.

The mattress was a bit soft for me.
