A welcome oasis of serenity in a busy world.

A world of its own. You step into a quiet oasis away from the hustle of your day to day. Plenty of room to walk the grounds. Plenty of spots to sit and reflect. A front porch that invites you leave the world behind.

Room was a little cramped. You get used to it. Not a reason to avoid the property

We loved the location!! Rooms are small. Bed was comfortable but bathroom definitely needs an update. Strangest shower we've ever seen. Wish I had taken a picture. Mediocre Breakfast! Grounds were pretty but couldn't sit out at night due to mosquitoes. Lovely porch but same situation with mosquitoes. Close proximity to downtown and to Track were the best assets of the Inn. There were 4 in our party and we all felt the same. Would not stay here in the future.

Breakfast nothing special. Typical Continental. Location nice = close to Saratoga attractions Air conditioner was nice to have in room.

Room was quite small. TV was outdated with no channels. Very limited channels, Property was unwilling to modify stay- had to leave for medical situation and they still charged us for 2 nights after we had left.

Great vintage B&B

Lots of character. Charming vintage B&B on a lovely green knoll. Great caring staff. Small room but well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Good breakfast and location just south of central Saratoga Springs.

Our room was a bit cramped.

Nice grounds and location, tiny room.

The house itself is nice and extremely well located, right next to the state park and walking distance from downtown. The common areas are cute. The owner was very friendly.

The room itself was minuscule and furnished simply. Our bathroom had no separate shower space, just a curtain between the shower and toilet. The breakfast was basically store bought stuff with homemade oatmeal and hard boiled eggs. Seemed expensive for what it was, but the whole town is pricey.

The ratio quality/price was very good, breakfast was good and very clean hotel

A bit noisy as I was in the other building (not in the main) Our window was on the street side, so it was noisy. It dis not caused me problem.

nice stay would come back

It was OK breakfast was great location was OK couple blocks away from town. Was very clean facility and owner Joe did everything he could to comply with our needs.

I loved it!

The owner was great and I loved the homey feeling to the place. Loved the grounds and also that they played the music from our concert’s band at breakfast. Super comfortable beds.

It was more expensive than I like to pay for a hotel but still less expensive than the other places.

The location can't be beat - walking distance to downtown and to SPAC. The owner, Joe, is one of the friendliest and most accommodating Inn owners we have ever met!

everting. super well located, wonderful and welcoming. Joe is an amazing guest. the facilities are wonderful with everting you need, including a convenient breakfast. we will be back for sure!

as all old wood houses, the floors are cracking a little bit too much if your guests upstairs are a little noisy….

A most enjoyable bed and breakfast in a perfect location

Comfortable, friendly atmosphere, friendly guests to interact with, perfect location for the things we wanted to do while in town.

Maybe some more substantial breakfast options at the continental breakfast to help fuel the day better.

nice historic house, close to town, relaxing porch atmosphere, beautiful wood floors, open space, comfortable bed

room was tiny, cramped, bathroom door hit bed so close, too tight, bed loud and wobbly, but comfortable, limited breakfast options. overpriced for size and comfort
