One night stay en route to Caen for ferry crossing next day but wished we’d had longer at this exceptional property.

Well designed , easy access and exceptional , comfortable facilities. There was an impressive attention to detail in the facilities provided such as access to kitchen and what was provided for breakfast.

Everything was great & top quality - maybe some literature in English as the owner spoke very little but we managed via google translate.

A Gite for All Seasons

We only stayed one night but wish we had stayed longer. Fantastic place, very comfortable, clean, and a brilliant jacuzzi type corner bath! Great accommodation to unwind after a long drive south. If we are ever in the region again, we will definitely stay here.

Très belle découverte

Nous avons passé un super séjour ! L'accueil a été très agréable et avenant. Les pièces de vie commune sont très agréables au point de si sentir très rapidement comme chez soi. La chambre qui est en fait une suite est tout aussi agréable ! Le cadre est naturel et l'on ressent l'envie du propriétaire de s'intégrer dans cette belle campagne sans la dénaturer et en la respectant. Cet établissement est une excellente alternative aux hôtels pour tous les voyageurs qui passeront sur le Mans en quête de nature et convivialité !

Lovely place to stay

Absolutely lovely place to stay just outside of Le Mans. The hosts are wonderful, the rooms are fab and the breakfast was delicious! The location feels idyllic, and the hosts have created beautiful grounds for guests to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

A great family and couldnt help me enough, Tony even went out and got me something to eat as it was late when I arrived. The bedroom was perfect and the bathed a bath jacuzzi which I used. Loved the changing colours.

The host was lovely. He arranged for us to check in early which was fantastic. The bed was super comfortable and in the morning we had a very nice breakfast downstairs. It was so beautiful here and I wished we had of stayed longer.

Excellently situated for our overnight stay on our way home from Gers.

Very clean, spacious and well-appointed rooms. Really comfortable bed and lovely bed linen. Everything we could want for breakfast. Good recommendation from the host - evening meal at nearby La Taverne.

Lovely decoration and furnishings. Feels rural and camping style location but without the actual camping and with all the mod cons. Lovely staff, great facilities. Good for young children!

Great accommodation and fabulous pool

Spacious room with large private decking area. Great pool with plenty of sun loungers and a large shaded area. Generous continental breakfast for 2 people consisted of 4 yogurts, 4 croissants plus bread, a bowl of fresh fruit and a jug of orange juice . Also, you could cook yourself eggs or an omelette! Only 8 miles from Le Mans 24 hours Motor Museum and Circuit.

Fantastic find

Beautiful building and grounds, very well decorated. Fantastic breakfast, host is very friendly, doesn't speak much English but he's French and I don't speak much French! So I can't complain. Merci beaucoup

6pm is a bit of a late check in time and as it was so fantastic and we were only staying one night it would have been nice to be able to check in earlier.

A gem of a place, perfect for a little hide away for a couple of days. Super friendly hosts!

A gem of a place. Everything was done with so much care for detail, it was super clean, well thought through, everything was provided, breakfast was amazing, and the hosts were lovely. Beautiful little property, with own vegetables, chickens, boule parcour, pool. And the room was decorated with such attention to detail. Beautiful.
