Highly recommend

Loved coming back to the new clean and tidy space after a day of activities. The beds were comfy! The beautiful ocean is across the road and golf club is quick walk down the road. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Fabulous stay. Very clean. Great hosts. Very cute and friendly dogs.

Location was great. Very clean. Great decor. Great size.

No cooktop or oven. Internet connection was well below standard. Had to supply own soap, shampoo etc. The TV was very confusing and hard to work (and I work in IT!)

Great rooms. Nice beds. Great showers. Nice host and we could even park out boat in the paddock next door. Really nice location too.

Very disappointing.

To describe this property as a beachfront is pushing it; the actual rooms were at the rear of the property at the end of a garage. The main house looked on to the beach across the road. We had to walk through the garage to use the toilet and shower. The wash hand basin and washing up sink were beside each other in what could only be described as a utility area. We had to put a towel up on the window to give us some privacy when washing; the widow latch was broken and fixed with a rusty nail !! The headboards were not attached to the beds; we got rid of two cockroaches that we saw; there were ants on the second bed that our daughter was staying in. There was a damp dusty feel to the place....just like a garage. Not sure what we would have done if we did want the TV ( which is described as being available ) as the host was not at the property. How this property can charge NZD 250 for one night is beyond belief. We’ve stayed in quite a few hotels/ motels on our holiday which have charged less and far exceeded the conditions of this property. How Booking.com can have this property on its books in this condition is also questionable. If you want to continue to rent your rooms, we suggest you are honest with what you are offering and reduce your charges significantly to reflect that.
