The owner was very friendly and went to look for fruits for me. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was nice and big.
The shower head needs to be replaced but it didn’t affect my overall stay.

That the fruit falls from the trees and they let you keep them the staff is very accommodating. 🙏🏽

The room was very spacious and had a beautiful set up. The view was amazing! The host was nice! Got to pick some sweet juicy mangos right off the tree.
Water pressure in the shower was too low.

The place is fruitful and enjoyed raiding her trees. Also sitting out on the deck at night looking over Kingston in the coolness of the hills was centering. The host was very friendly and accommodating.
Bathroom door need a little oil. It squeeks loudly and woke me up every time it was opened

The house was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Barking dogs. No glasses in the kitchen, couldn't get the TV to work. Very difficult to maneuver car in the driveway.

I enjoyed the bathroom.
I wanted to spend one day on the hillside to do some quiet reflection and to spend most of my time overlooking the scenery, being outdoors. I communicated with to the host and she assured me that I would be able to do that. Red flag number one was that I was charged an additional cleaning fee of $35USD before I even checked in for the one night and it wasn't stated before booking the place that this would be added, not even in the description. I overlooked that because I value cleanliness and I am expecting that even more. When I arrived, there were dead leaves everywhere (just imagine more brown than greenery). I was told that their gardener is away, but it pained my heart to see an available rake in the corner of the gazebo. Could no one at least rake the leaves? I was disappointed about that because I expect cleanliness to be included to the outdoor area.
I also had issues with the key to the front door not working properly (but I was at least able to use the dead bolt to secure the space from the inside). I felt as though the host and owner weren't emphathetic when I raised my concerns, and were quite patronising (with statements like "dead leaves are a part of nature"). I was hoping that they would have at least waived the additional cleaning fee because the situation was really unfavourable. I was told that the outdoor area is not a part of the amenities (but how else am I supposed to enjoy the city view if I am not outside to walk to the gazebo?). The bed was uncomfortable as the middle of it is sunken in. Their dogs often barked throughout the night so I couldn't sleep at all. I checked out at 3:15am (and the host didn't even meet me in-person to check the inventory of the place, as per their policy for me to receive the security deposit, but instead the host met me and sent me off through a side window). It was difficult get to an invoice from her and I still have not received a receipt as I requested.

The view was awesome, worth it on new years eve. and the house was comfy enough. I was relaxed.
There was no TV in the bedroom. And the chair in the living room was a little uncomfortable. Which made the bed that more appealing.

the host double booked me by cancelling my online stay in favor of her guess who wanted to stay longer despite my approved booking. and the fact that I was in transition from out of the county less than 12 hours of my arrival. Not very happy as I had to have someone find me a place because I had to jump in a plane and had no time to look, so she lost a loyal customer in me.

This was such an amazing location. Very modern, well kept and clean. The owner thought of everything, right down to eating utensils and garbage disposal. The fixtures were up to date and the apartment was newly renovated and nicely decorated. I was looking for the perfect place to propose to my girlfriend…. And this was it. We love the view of the city at night but we also appreciated how close it was to everything during the daytime. Definitely we would visit here again.
Everything was great 🙌🏽😍
