Gran lugar para descansar

Hermosa vista, lugar alejado de la cuidad, por lo que es muy tranquilo. Laura y Joselyn muy atentas y hospitalarias. Lugar recomendado.

Kleines Hotel mit Charme

Ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel (nur 2 Zimmer und Frühstücksraum). Liegt abseits des Ortes, man braucht ein Auto. Schöner Blick auf die Bucht durch riesiges Fenster vom Bett aus. Schlichtes skandinavisches Design mit viel Holz, Zimmer und Bad sehr groß und herrlich warm. Früheres Frühstück wegen Tour war kein Problem. Frühstück gut, freundliche Frühstücksdame.

Muy cómoda y grata estadía - Laura es muy preocupada y atenta.

Desayuno bien, atención muy amable

La zona en que se encuentra el hotel tal vez no es la mejor, ya que son caminos de tierra para llegar. Sin embargo las instalaciones y decoración , aunque simples, son de alta calidad, cómodas y de muy buen gusto. Vista espectacular!!

Moderno, tranquilo, funcional y con excelentes vistas

Nos encantó este hotel. Moderno, con unas habitaciones exquisitamente decoradas y con unas vistas preciosas del canal y de la ciudad en un sitio muy tranquilo. La anfitriona un encanto, muy flexible y adaptándose a nuestras necesidades para hacer las excursiones y los desayunos muy ricos y variados. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo

El acceso necesitaría una mejor señalización, pero con las indicaciones que nos envió la anfitriona lo encontramos sin problema

Un descanso excepcional, cama muy cómoda y una vista que entrega mucha tranquilidad.

Tranquilidad, limpieza y amabilidad del personal. Pieza muy espaciosa, espacio común muy agaradable.

Por la lluvias de esos días había poca presión de agua caliente en la tina ( como para llenar la tina) pero suficiente para una ducha

Stunning and spacious room

we absolutely loved this place. Although we arrived after dark and left before sunrise to get into the park, the room and common area was so nice and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable. The hosts were lovely and very communicative which was great. We would have loved to stay longer.

Would come to Patagonia just to stay here again

Tastefully decorated property with a nice view of the ocean. Was a great start and end to our visit to Torres del Paine. Antonieta and Ben were wonderful hosts- arranged taxis, stored our luggage.

Taxi drivers sometimes get lost getting to the hotel.

Outside of downtown, but the commute was only 10min via taxi or car. Amazing view. Nice breakfast and clean.

Beautiful lodgings

Beautiful large room and bathroom, tasteful and thoughtfully designed. Lovely sunset view from bed. Good breakfast. It's more like an airbnb than a proper hotel. Friendly husband and wife owners. Taxi from downtown costs 5000 clp. Common area where you have breakfast or drinks is big and beautifully designed too. 10 minutes from airport. Easy parking on premises. Highly recommended unless you want to stay walking distance to the sea and downtown. Husband is a fly fishing guide too.

This hotel is a perfect choice for a mini break for anyone heading to or from Torres del Paine. Exquisite ocean view, impecable room and premises decoration, delicious breakfast and quiet location just close enough to the city.

Puerto Natales gem!

The view from any hotel room in this location is unbeatable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations for hikes and taxi drivers to move us around town, and they checked-in via Whatsapp to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. The common area for breakfast and bar is gorgeous, and they also allowed us to arrange very early breakfast to go on a very early hike to Torres del Paine. Overall I would recommend anyone to stay here. In addition to this, the rooms was beautiful, had modern furniture, comfortable beds, and a well equipped bathroom.

Exceptional

This was my favorite place I stayed in Patagonia. I stayed at 4 different places and this was my favorite. It's 5 minutes by car out of town, super quiet, and the views are incredible. The staff is super kind and accommodating. I checked in at 10:30pm and they made it work. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a quieter more beautiful stay.

Awesome with great sunsets from you bed

installations are perfect! Recent and extremely clean. Owners are super helpful and provide great service. Great place to relax with great sunsets.

Slifhtly further from town so best if you have a rental car.

very nice W-circuit recovery place!

the location is a bit out of the city center, but hence the magnificent views on the lake. the room design and the common space is very nice. the hosts are very kind!

Wonderful hidden jewel.

The rooms are impeccably designed, everything is well thought. The same for the bathroom, spacious, clean, with proper heating. The views from the room are amazing.

Two comments. First, the water for the shower takes a while to heat up. Second, the rooms need a mat at the entrance, so you can avoid entering the room with wet or dirty shoes.
