We strictly prohibit use of the property for Bucks and Hens holidays, schoolies, or similar functions and enforce very strict noise controls in keeping with the residential nature of the area. If we believe the booking to be schoolies, we have the right to cancel the booking without refund prior to arrival and prevent access to the property.
