Amazing Location

Location and view was amazing! Great value for money. Bonus, there's parking available on-site. Quick walk into Monaco. Owner is very kind!

Wish it felt more like an Airbnb rather than staying at someone's house. i.e. no family photos, white bedsheets etc. Keep in mind you must message 45 mins before to meet on the property for the key

We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to other travellers.

The views from this property are amazing. Monaco is very expensive so this apartment right on the border is a great option. The secure parking is a plus too. The bed was very comfortable and you can lye and look out at the sea. Jean the owner greeted us and gave us instructions which was very helpful.

Niesamowite miejsce na Lazurowym Wybrzeżu

Gospodarz pomocny i sympatyczny. Mieszkanko z niesamowitym widokiem duże, posiadające wszystko co potrzebne. Salon i sypialnia z widokiem na wodę. Prywatny kryty garaż, super okolica blisko plaży i Monako spacerkiem kilka minut. Balkon z fotelami, rolety, markizy. Można by tak wymieniać godzinami nic tylko Polecać !

Noise from outside and other apartments, but it is in a working and residential area so cannot be avoided. It would not stop us returning

It was a beautiful location, simple but nice apartment.

It was very simple and had a beautiful view. It was close to a bakery and supermarket wich was nice to have breakfast with a view. In the apartment you have everything you need so you won’t need to bring essentials, the owner gives you shampoo, soap, cooking essentials and towels. The owner spoke good English and was ver friendly.

I’d wish that the shower had a place to hang the shower head. And maby a second ventilator in the summer.

Perfect place to stay, the host is very friendly and nice, the appartment has stunning view and perfect location. 3 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from Monaco, very safe area surrounded by villas and free secured parking. I can highly recommend this place to stay.

Magnificent view

Apartement with a magnificent view. We had a very comfortabel stay here, as the apartement was very good equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise every morning from the balcony and at the evening was the perfect place for having a glas of wine. The host Jean Phillipe was very friendly and the communication with him was very easy.

Obviously you rent this apartment because of the view - which is really nice. The owner is very friendly and helpful. One can see that the building and the apartment are a bit "tired" but everything is very clean. Parking is available, but do not come with a big car ;-) Fast Wifi. And great views from BOTH rooms.

Nothing really. This is not a super-luxury place, but it offers great value for the money, a reasonably short walk into Monaco and a very pleasant stroll along the coast westward.

Stunning views, location and atmosphere

Everything that previous visitors have said is true: the views of the sea are breathtaking. We were there to attend meetings in Monaco near the marina and it was important that it be comfortable walking distance and/or quick in a taxi. It was incredibly convenient location. Last but not least, it is roomy for two people and a quiet building which is perfect.

The most beautiful place to be when the sun comes up!

The best location ever! Beach front with a lovely view on the Monaco harbour and soccer station. Excellent Chinese Restaurant and Pizzeria 5 minutes from the location (closed on Mondays). Full kitchen with excellent coffee. The host was on time with arrival, very friendly and helpful and gave us a good tour through his apartment. Parking might be a challenge but we found a parking spot right in front of the apartment and we left the car there the next day to walk to Monaco - a 20 minute walk. Saved a lot of money with not needing to pay for parking in Monaco.

... that the bathtub did not had a plug.

Amazing Views, Close to the Beach and Supermarket. Easy to get to. Lovely Host.

Amazing view and close to the beach, it was everything we needed for our getaway. We were allowed to check in early and the host was super lovely and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more. We would go back if we ever wanted to return to Monaco. Thank you so much for everything!!!

very nice view but the flat unfortunately looks old and not very taken care of..

nice view comfortable bed coffee machine nice host

no air conditioning (ventilator is provided, still very very very hot) it’s very loud in the night if you keep the windows open so that the air circulates no bakery or supermarket in close proximity.
