The apartment was well stocked with coffee, tea and sugar in the kitchen and the shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom which were appreciated. Bus stop and city centre close by which we liked. The apartment was also quite big with 3 bedrooms of which we only used one. We were lucky and got parking right outside.
The street is very rough, with assisted living and emergency accommodation all around, and dodgy people walking up and down and generally being noisy,we even had a fire in the building next to ours on our last night, people riding scooters at all times of the day. Even though the apartment was clean it didnt feel like it,the floors looked dirty and felt sticky. The rug in the lounge was shedding like mad and there were random hairs in the bathroom and kitchen. We had to wash whatever we used in the kitchen beforehand. The bed was super squeaky, didnt dare move in case we woke up the baby. We were supposed to have a cot set up but not only we had to look for it(it was hidden in a cupboard) we had to spend half an hour trying to set it up! The only lock on the door was a chain which didnt make me feel very secure in that street, especially when people kept leaving the outer door unlocked. The security deposit was another thing. I understand the reason but it should be made clear in the house rules before booking. Not sure i d like to stay here again.

Lots of space. Good facilities with the kitchen, living room etc. Host answered questions quickly. Walkable to city centre. Great price.
Could have been cleaner. Kitchen sides etc. were very clean but carpets and floors were dirty. Bedrooms needed a deep clean.

Big windows in the living room, easy check in and out
Wasn’t super clean, especially the kitchen. I had to clean the kettle because it had a lot of brown gunk in it, so that didn’t instill much confidence in the cleanliness of the place

Matt's communication was excellent, the welcome pack was very informative and the apartment was massive, and whilst we weren't there much (too much to do!) the facilities and comfort of the room was fab.
It's a little out of the way of the main centre but easy enough to get taxis.

Apartment was lovely, nice and clean. Local transport right on your doorstep. Matt the host was very accomodating

The place is in a bad shape and not clean.
The place is in a bad shape, worn out, lots of old dirt, everything sticks, lots of damages, some doors don’t close (the door to a single bedroom and the door to the bathroom), shower works very poorly. The apartment needs to be renovated. The apartment was not properly cleaned, kitchen was dirty with dirty pots, pans, plates and glasses. We had to start our stay with cleaning the kitchen. The washing machine was dirty too. It actually stinks.

The apartment is located with easy access to the Cathedral Quarter of Belfast by bus and by foot, very close to the Crumlin Road Gaol, We enjoyed walking everywhere from here. The rooms were comfortable, the shower hot and the kitchen enabled self catering with everything we needed.

Great little spot in such a central location. Had 4 days of activities planned with kids and nothing more that 10 mins away. Great value for having freedom of house over a hotel room when kids just need chill time also. Owner kept in contact if needed anything. No issues with parking. 2 happy kids leaving
Nothing of note

Flat was clean and comfortable and host was very helpful when there was a problem. Parking was good and location was good for the travelling we wanted to do. There were shops quite close by for any bits of shopping we needed.

We are travelling for a couple of months so self catering & doing our own washing. When you stay here you have the whole, very spacious apartment - nothing is shared. The double bedroom at the end of the corridor is lovely, the lounge is spacious & comfortable & the shower is good. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of essentials in the cupboards. We used the washing machine & drying rack. The heating is really efficient & despite the cold outside it was really cosy inside. We loved having so much space after staying in small studios. Matt, the host has a fantastic sense of humour & responds quickly to questions.
There are several different buses to the city centre which go from different locations around the apartment - any number 1, number 12 etc. We did a lot of walking to the art & CS Lewis sculptures on Newtownards Road.
