It was an excellent accommodation and the host was a very kind and welcoming lady. Could not have asked for more.
It was clean and very quaint property, set in fantastic scenery. A really beautiful place and within easy reach of Oxford and Bath.
4.5
The location was in a beautiful part of the Oxford countryside. The host/owner was exceptionally friendly and welcoming and could not have been more helpful. The spread for breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and tidy and very spacious. My stay there was excellent and I would highly recommend staying here.
I have nothing negative to say. My stay was excellent.
4.5
The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was of a good size. The breakfast dining room and selection of self-service food items was good, as was the quality. Host was very personable and helpful.
No private loo, although we knew this at time of booking, but the shared loo was also a wet room and was cold and wet from other users most of the time.
In room shower light and extractor fan were not working.

Location was perfect for us and it was very comfortable but what really made it special was the owner, Karen. She could not have been more helpful and accommodating
4.5
Karen runs a lovely farmhouse B&B in a great location which is really nicely appointed, with super comfortable beds and the service provided is excellent. Her attention to detail for the guests is very thoughtful and considerate of everyone's needs. My Wife is gluten intolerant and Karen arranged Gluten free breakfast options to be available for her. The Breakfasts are amazing!
I would high recommend this place to anyone visiting the Goring/Streatley area. Thanks for the amazing Stay Karen!
Shared bathroom so next time however we will book the room with an ensuite bathroom.

Decor and hospitality
Needed more light in the bedroom

Very nice location and great breakfast.
We did not like the toilet in the hallway. Toilet often wet after using the shower.

Host was very nice. Great location. Would recommend.
Easy to miss by car

Basic help your self breakfast, lovely location
We were in the attic which was cramped
4.5
Location was good with access to lovely garden. We were also able to meet/ chat with other guests.
4.5
Large room. Very welcoming host almost felt a part of the family.
4.5
Beautiful building, bedrooms were cosy and incredibly comfortable beds and the owner was very welcoming and gave great advice on country walks
Was hard to find on Google maps
Other than that no issues at all

Lovely house with good decor and friendly host.
Room we booked not available but quickly rectified by host. Poor cold breakfast choice.
4.5
Our host, Karen, was very welcoming and lovely. The location was perfect, close to all the restaurants and pubs in town. Beds were very comfortable and decor made the most of the beautiful old farmhouse.
The description was misleading, leading us to believe we had an ensuite toilet. It was labelled a B&B but we had to make our own breakfast and it was limited and basic.
4.5
This was an excellent location for us to visit friends in the area. It is a lovely part of the country.
Karen was away when we visited but Carol, who was deputising at the time of our stay, was very accommodating and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
The very spacious kitchen/diner was well equipped and well stocked overlooking the garden.
Good parking area.
Our bedroom was large and comfortable but the lighting was poor and there were no bedside lights or bedside tables and no light switches or power points within reach of the bed.
The kettle had to be placed on the floor for the plug to reach the point which was behind a mirror at floor level.
4.5
The house was full of character and absolutely beautiful. Kitchen was stocked with a range of breakfast and snacks. The room was quirky but nice. The building was cosy and the location amazing for trips into town, or for dinner. Perfect place to start exploring the area and going on walks.
When booking the specific family room it was not clear it was at the very top of the property and not an en suite. There were not pictures of each room.
4.5
Very comfortable room with a decent shower and toilet room across the hall. The kitchen facilities were great and good breakfast selection.
Karen was a fantastic host, she was so helpful and friendly.
The bed was amazing, so comfortable!

Very charming and comfortable. Great location for Goring.
4.5
Lovely setting and room, Karen was very friendly.
I was slightly uncomfortable getting our own breakfast and I would prefer the room to be serviced daily.
4.5
Lovely spacious room, clean and tidy. Plenty of tea and coffee and a nice comfortable bed.
The bathroom although ours for the duration of the stay wasn’t en-suite. There was a little road noise but not too bad.
4.5
The farmhouse is beautiful both on the outside and inside.
The owner is very accommodating and friendly and will not hesitate to help in any way she can.
Bedroom was very comfortable, even in hot weather. Had a great nights sleep on both my nights and loved the water pressure of the modern shower in my room.
View looking out onto the back garden was very nice too. Definitely can't go wrong staying here. Very affordable considering what you get.
