Rooms were not comfortable . comforter were not cleaned. Both rooms were not cleaned.

It was good, but the thing is that they have shown the pictures of another property, and they stayed us in another and totally different property.

Pictures are shown on daraz sre of other building. And in actual things are very different and of low quality no living rooms and kitchens and lobby as told in here!

Cheaters

Nothing but on every request they just said please go to your room and consider it done. Which never happened.

I cheated from the property side, I booked 2 bedroom suite and they put me in single room where they put bed in the lounge, we were total four guest and 3 were female and one single washroom in appartment. There were no kitchen stuff and Gas we got on second day. We requested 10 times for house keeping and done only one time. Got single towel for 4 guests. I requested to change my room which rejected by property due to not available of rooms. I stayed 3 nights and on checking out for compensation they offered me PKR 50.00 which is equal to $ .18 cents, which I respectfully not accepted and paid full amount. Not recommended for families.

Bad experience with higher price

Just because of location I chose them

Exhaust fan was not working instead I complaint about it they did not fix it. Smell of smoking was even in furniture so no sanitization at all.

Epitome of Unprofessionalism and indecency.

There was no sign board of Hotel, it was on 1st floor of some building. No reception, only a guy with a register and a pen was sitting with No Computer or any such device. He did not know about my reservation neither did he bother to contact me for confirmation of my booking. I was with family and the atmosphere there was like a boys hostel. The manager was either illeterate or unprofessional. There were no toiletries in the Washroom. They were supposed to give One Double bed and one Sofa cum bed but the only gave 1 double bed with 2 independent sofas. There was no kitchen available in the hotel and no dining hall. When I requested him to provide the committed facilities, he said just go and have booking in Grand Bahria hotel if u don't like our property. It was embarrassing. After local inquiry, it came to my knowledge that they had shifted from another location and all the pics available online were of the previous hotel building. They are unprofessional as well as indecent. Had to leave the property without staying there. It was the worst experience ever...

I didn’t like at all anything about the property except the location. Staff, housekeeping, reception and promised breakfast was not offered and served.

Air-conditioning is very poor, bathroom was leaking, there was no towels in the bathroom, no iron, no hair dryer, no lighter or matchbox for kitchen burner available. Elevator door was also had some mechanical issue. Power shutdown was going on daily basis. There was no back up arrangement for power supply. Refrigerator was also faulty. I will not recommend anyone to go there especially with family.

VERY SCARRY AND AUBSOULITY DANGER

The property was not on reasonable access, it was very scary entrees, it was not family location, there was no bathroom or any room facilities, just one bed, and broken TV, that's all. I spend one and half hour and run. because it too scarry to stay.
