That they had a room. There was free parking. There wasn't much else other than the staff being awake and nice to talk to and interact with.
The smell of the room, the mold in the shower, it was hard to get into the parking lot, the towels were scratchy, the bed was hard, and the floors were sticky

Near the venue I was attending.
one of my card keys for the door was deactivated. when I inquired in regards to reactivating the card, I was told I needed both card keys present. this created a huge barrier in time management and overall weekend satisfaction.
I was with a party of 3. and the other key was with a person already at the venue. so I had to drive to the venue, retrieve the card, drive back to the inn, get ready, then drive back to the venue.
I understand it was probably conducted this way to avoid any misuse and for safety reasons; but they could’ve deactivated the card that was not present and just activated mine and we could’ve revisited this procedure after the event when all parties were present.

It was right off the 91 freeway.
Smelled gross, heater was a fire hazard with dust inside and all over it, no weather stripping in the door, blanket had holes (had to go buy one), random cars in and out all night there were not staying there. I stayed for two days and I never felt safe. Also there was an unadvertised porn channel on the tv and it scared the hell out of me because I didn’t know it was there.

Room was dusty or have never been in use for a long time. Dust everywhere, sheets were all stained from previous guests. Had to request for a new sheet after several calls to the front desk without response and the cleaner was really rude and unhappy for what wasn't our fault.

Just the location everything else sucked
I had booked my reservation on booking.com. when I got there the gentleman at the window looked mad, he asked gor my ID n said that my reservation was cancelled. I was like wow really I have my confirmation to prove my room is reserved. He kept saying sorry its cancelled. I was mad but calmed so i asked so there's no way i can get the room tonight? (it was late evening) He said yes but i want cash i was not surprised by he was talking to me so i said ok I'll go n get cash. Went to get the cash next door at gas station n he still charged me extra $10 bc of cleaning. When i went inside tbe place was some what semi remodeled but looked really runned down. At night there were people knocking, they were walking back n forth n they were even fighting. I was feeling safe at all. Great location but bad service. Never again will I stay there. It looked like cracked hotel.

Nothing.
The room smelled terrible. The window was cracked. The refrigerator was leaking. The toilet had black marks on it. Walls are super thin so you can hear the people next door.
