Everything was fine except I would have appreciated some dishwasher detergent, another box or two of laundry detergent and some larger soap bars

Me and my family just spent a week vacation at this beautiful home. When we made it to the home the property was really hot which the owner was very quick with responding and giving me full control over the thermostat and that instant fixed the problem. Only problem is the table by the pool area is to big to be out there and the umbrella on it was broken so it wasn’t no help when it came to blocking the sun but besides that the home is beautiful and the host was very nice and informative I would definitely recommend to anyone who is traveling with a big family!!

Excellent vacation home for a small family get together. The Disney parks are about a 20-minute drive with traffic. We did use the toll roads to get back and forth so this could have shortened our times. The pool was fairly warm without the heater, it was late June, so I expected that. The hot tub portion of the pool does not get hot without the pool heater being on which does cost extra a night. We didn't really use it to much though because our focus was the parks. The AC in the home will not go below 72 which was fine during the days however the nights got hot on the 2nd floor. The first floor was manageable at night but the 72 limit is still a little warmer than our family is used to in a refrigerated home. Otherwise, the amenities were great, with an electric kettle and both a pot and Keurig type coffee maker all our needs were met. The younger kids loved playing in the game room for hours while the adults took a break and watched TV at night. This was my first time staying off of Disney property and I was happy with what we got. The neighborhood around the house is actually fairly nice and the clubhouse offered other amenities that we didn't get to try during our stay but would have been fun if we werent in the parks during the day.

The house was perfect! Plenty of space for 2 families to hangout together and plenty of room for each to have their own space. The beautifully remolded open concept kitchen and tv area proved to be the best place in the house to hangout.
I would definitely refer anyone looking for a great house close to Orlando without the chaos to book this one.

The owner Junior was very responsive and checked in with us frequently -everything was as it looks in the pictures, beautiful home, amazing kitchen! Would highly recommend.

We ended up at last minute, needing an early check in, due to weather. We contacted the host around 10pm/11pm while we were on the road.
He responded so very quickly and had everything ready for us to check in at 4:30 am.
I was so impressed with his urgent help and the house was so nice to come into and rest that early.
The home was very clean and the pool was so loved by the fam and kiddos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay especially since we got to stay longer than planned. The neighborhood was great and we walked to the park and lake and saw ducks. It was the talk of the trip. Even though this was our stay before our Disney Cruise, the family talked more about the relaxation and comfort of the home than the cruise and wants to book again when we go on another Disney cruise soon.

This was the perfect place for our 3 families. The kids and the adults loved the pool, and the giant kitchen island where all our meals and snacks were made. Walmart around the corner for all your needs. Disney, old town, outlet malls all short drives can’t wait to go back.

This is a beautiful property, in fairly close proximity (about 20-25 minutes) to all the Disney parks. Our host Junior, was very responsive to any questions I had. The house was clean and comfortable and everyone had a good time. The kids really enjoyed the games room. The community pool was fantastic, but unfortunately had to close at dusk because of lack of lighting. All in all a fantastic vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

There were seven in our group with an age range spanning six years old to 70. The house is spacious and really well appointed. Everyone really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the games room.
Local supermarkets are only a five minute drive away and it's about 30 minutes to the main theme parks. There's a clubhouse with a pool and games room which we wished we'd used a bit more but just ran out of time.
Junior is really responsive and answered any questions we had straight away. I'd definitely recommend and we'd absolutely stay there again.

Our family of 6, (9-71) enjoyed our stay. It was really nice that there were 2 rooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms for the adult couples. And the kids loved the other rooms. The pool heat worked great and the hot tub was wonderful. We did one day at Hollywood Studios and one day at Universal Studios. We found the trip to be about a half hour to each. One day we stayed at the house and enjoyed the pool.

This was a spectacular place to stay from size of the property to interaction with the property host to location and nearby restaurants and stores the house itself was everything that was advertised I would strongly recommend for any size family great and fabulous 5 stars thank you for all the accommodations to last minute extensions thank you we will see you soon again.

Recently rented this beautiful property and it did not disappoint! Our stay was comfortable with everything we needed for our group of 6 college aged kids and 2 parents. Very clean and worked
well for the 8 of us. Junior was very helpful when the wi-fi was not working due to a storm. Would 100% recommend this property for the cost. Kids were able to buy fishing rods at nearby Walmart and had a blast at the neighborhood pond. Also nice to have access to the clubhouse where the people were very friendly and helpful. Wish a small gas grill was included in property but the kitchen was beautiful and very functional between the parks, super easy to get to both Disney and Universal and the outlets, you won’t regret staying at this Terra Verde property!!

This house is perfect! We enjoyed our stay so much! The girls enjoyed the pool very much. Our Volleyball team were in the 17 and 18 age range but still enjoyed the kid themed rooms! The kitchen and family room area were wonderful and the house has everything you would need! The location is great, too! Close to everything! The owner is wonderful to work with, too! We booked this property for a family celebration/trip. House was great and the kids (6 and 8) loved the game room and the pool. House is very nice and looks recently updated. The kids also enjoyed the clubhouse pool. Communication was great with Junior. Would definitely go back!

Junior has renovated and maintained this property to a very high standard. Another family member stayed within the same community at a similarly-aged home and the difference was night and day - Junior's villa was the winner in every aspect, including the management company. This villa is like-new and has tons of space. The management company was extremely friendly and super fast to rectify one small issue (a water filter on the fridge needed replacement). Ahead of our stay we inquired if the villa had baby gates and a high chair; at the time they did not but Junior immediately purchased high-quality gates and a high chair. We've stayed in well over a dozen villas over the years; this villa was the best and we would definitely stay here again.

The house is very well stocked with linens, towels, and every kitchen item you may need and the kitchen is beautiful. The pool area is really nice - comfortable for eating, sitting, and lounging. The clubhouse pool is fairly small for such a large complex, but the amenities are great ( basketball, tennis, ping pong, and mini golf). Good location, good communication with owner. Four-star rating given because the basketball game was not working during our stay, which was a disappointment to my tween boys.

This property was amazing. I can't say enough wonderful things about it, or our host Junior. This was not just an ordinary vacation rental home. It was decorated beautifully, immaculate, and very spacious. You can see that Junior put his heart into the home, and we felt very comfortable there. It was equipped with all the amenities you could ask for, they thought of everything. The booklet with instructions and welcome letter was very helpful. The home is located on a cul-de-sac, close to the clubhouse, and central to all the parks, restaurants and more. We used the heated pool that was very clean. A major highlight that adds to the excitement of the home is the game room. It was done to perfection and a huge hit with my teenage son. Junior's communication prior to our vacation was extremely professional. He even checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we had a wonderful vacation. Looking forward to going back!

Such a beautiful home with everything you can think of. The house was immaculate with a ton of extras ... kitchen appliances, towels and space galore. I chose Junior's property because of the 5.0 rating and was definitely not disappointed. My husband was so impressed that he bookmarked the listing for our next vacation. We couldn't have asked for a nicer home or host! Junior even checked on us while he was also on vacation, just to make sure we had everything we needed.

We have stayed at Terra Verde Resort many times, and this was our favorite house. Lots of space for everyone, close to the clubhouse, great pool, and we loved the game room!
Junior was an excellent host. He answered all our questions promptly, and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. We would most definitely stay at his house again!
