Traditional indian living space. Clean and beautiful. Very loving family and very relaxed in Tagores area. They are serving food and chai for little extra. There is Tagore sitting around.
Far from central dehli is sometimes inconvinient but its close to Metro .
3.6
The bedding and toilet facilities are good. The AC works very well. If you're just looking for a quick day or two stay it is a decent option.
The location isn't that great. It's fairly interior where local cabs or taxis can't reach so if you've quite a bit of luggage it's slightly difficult to locate and reach the hotel.
3.6
Nothing much
Inconsiderate Behaviour of staff and fraudulent activity of the hotel management.
3.6
Good location, spacious room, big bathroom
Bed was super soft and uncomfortable. It smelled of cigarettes in the room.
3.6
The pillowsand mattress were confortable
There was dust in most surfaces and it smelled like mold everywhere
3.6
The room was decent size and the layout was good with the bed stacked on top of each other to optimize space and still provide a desk. The staff were friendly. The included breakfast was decent but was down the road from the hotel. The bottled water and toiletries provided were nice. The AC and fan also worked well. The neighborhood itself was walkable but it was very artificial feeling, though I suppose that might be why people choose to stay in a neighborhood like this. That said, Deer Park is definitely worth walking around and it was nice to have green space so close by.
This place bills itself as a place to work and the wifi was not reliable. I don't know if it was our room, Room 205, or just India in general but the wifi would not have permitted work if that was necessary. The bathroom also is not kept up and the paint is peeling and it looks a bit old and moldy.

What a surprise! We loved our room, it was spacious and comfortable. Very nice hostel. The neighborhood it is in is fantastic, lots of delicious food options, and very green.
The location is great when you're traveling with friends, but I can imagine that staying here as a solo female traveller may be intimidating at first.

Staff: Thats it
I can start with numerous items:
Location
Overpriced
Overhyped
Facailities
Breakfast
Commute
Etc etc

Really lovely decor and design. The location was amazing especially the view next to the public gardens
For the value for money, I think the place was spot on
3.6
I liked the cleanliness, and the location was good also the cubicles were private you have a little more privacy than in the hostels with bunk beds
That the cubicles weren't completely private the top had wholes so the person next door can here you talking an if your light is on its shines through also I would prefer if there was a door instead of curtains, but over all it's the best hostel I stayed in in dehli.
3.6
The cosy and comfort of a capsule bedding
The common bathroom was the worst.
3.6
The staff was friendly.
The rooms were poorly maintained, there was minimal heater facility. It is located next to a noisy colony and you can hear noise all throughout the day. The rooms were unclean, bathroom was very small and it was definitely not value for money.
3.6
Staff were so friendly and in really good location. The breakfast included was amazing and loved the rooms.
Showers didn’t get warm. Difficult to sleep as loud dogs outside and no restrictions on how loud other guests can be.
3.6
1. There were no door mats
2. The earthing of the water heater was not good.
4. Very difficult to control the water-flow on the shower.
3.6
The location is really nice in the calm Hauz Khas Village next to the beautiful park and historical compound. If you like nature this is a great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful in assiting with everything I needed.
I don't think value for money is quite in balance, when I compare to other places I have stayed at in India. The room is very small and contains a single bed. The balcony that goes with the room is also not private but accessible for everyone on the floor.
3.6
Nothing
Service and location and not clean
3.6
Room looked like pictures, had a balcony, complementary tea/coffee etc.
Bedding was wet/damp, asked them to replace it and the new bedding was also wet.
Shower was sharing water pressure with other rooms, you couldn't shower if someone else was showering in another room.
Ceiling fan was shakey and should be considered a safety hazard. Desk table was half falling off the wall.
Dogs in a neighbouring property were barking loudly all night. Impossible to sleep (even sleep deprived after long flights/layover).
3.6
There was no running water during my stay. I was not informed about the problem upon arrival, and I tried calling the manager several times but noone answered.

We arrived at the room we booked and were surprised to find that everything was just a good photos of the place. The shower was full of mold, the whole place smelled not good at all, we had to pay more to upgrade to a room that was a bit cleaner. Not recommended at all - expensive and not worth the money.
3.6
I really regret that we booked this place. The location is not good. The car can’t get in.
The staff is working super slow. They couldn’t arrange even coffee in the morning.
We asked them to check the AC in the room, they took ages to come.
The price is overpriced. For 6000 rupees, better to book another place
3.6
Design of hotel
shabby moldy bathtub and very loud fan and air conditioner.
the mold needs to be removed !!!and the walls are painted.
it's impossible to live in such a moldy room.
3.6
Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is nice
It is too expensive for what you get, expectations were higher than what we saw. Unfortunately we will not repeat, improvements to be done! Not worth money
3.6
Greay breakfast, lovely staff, nice place :)
It is said that the private room i took has a balcony but the balcony is just at the end of the hall so it doesnt feel private..
Shower not built good enough, a bit of water all around, not too bad
3.6
The staff were warm, cooperative and helpful; the rooftop space was cozy and had a really nice view; the place felt safe; food options from the cafe are a good fill at the end of a tiring day! The views were lush and green from the common spaces.
The actual property was quite nice! However, getting to/from the property with bulkier luggage was a bit of an issue - esp given the rain, as Ubers/taxis are unwilling to enter the narrow alleyways leading up to the place.
A heads-up from the staff when making bookings would be very helpful - esp for international travellers, so they are prepared/ know from where to take the relevant transport like autos from the village parking.
There was a bit of a drainage issue in the bathroom which involved water seeping into the room - but the staff were prompt in solving that.

Its is a serviced apartment, homely feeling. Friendly people

Not much to comment here.
Perhaps the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel, ever. The hotel had no towels, no soap and the water was cold. Furthermore, there were insects everywhere. The staff was rude and called me four times in the morning at 11:15 to tell me about the check out time which no one told me at check in.
3.6
Staff was humble
Not as per expectation. Too high price.
3.6
Nothing, very bad location. It’s a slum. Taxi and other transport services are hesitant to come here. During the evenings the location is crowded with unfriendly people. Property could be compared to a basic lodge. Don’t get fooled by the pics they put on booking.com. Substandard service from staff and breakfast is served in a separate building not worth a penny. Overall horrible experience and ran away the second day itself of a 4 day’s plan.
Location, facility, service or attitude of staff and breakfast. Not a penny worth.
3.6
The hotel's unique selling point (USP) lies in its prime location. The location of the hotel is its standout feature.
1. The service was incredibly sluggish. If you request a coffee, it will arrive a good hour or two after placing the order.
2. Moreover, no effort was made to clean the room unless specifically requested.
3. Swiggy orders arrive faster than simply ordering a plain chai from the hotel. Our requests were completely disregarded, and we were given lame excuses to mask their inefficiencies.
3.6
Good value. Felt safe. Clean.
The location - town is filthy.
Photos were clearly taken several years ago & were professional shot.
Laundry service is overpriced & laundry did not smell fresh when it was returned.
3.6
The location is very good (Away from the busy city). There are many shops, restaurants, and public parks around the property. The staff were very nice and helpful. Safe surrounding even for a female solo traveller. The room was nice and comfy. Had my own balcony. Wi-Fi was pretty good too. + Good breakfast
The water heater in the bathroom was not working. The shower was malfunctioning and the water was splashing everywhere. That's it. I hope they will fix it soon!
