Rent this beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood! It is a spacious(over 2100sf),9 ft ceiling, 4 bedroom, 2 bath, non-smoking, single story home, complete with a fenced yard, backyard deck and outdoor shower. The property is located just a short drive or bike ride from Rehoboth Beach! The Henlopen Keys Community is situated along the Junction & Breakwater Biking and Hiking Trail which connects Rehoboth Beach and Lewes. Experience all the amenities of a beach vacation with the spaciousness and convenience of a private home!
The home accommodates 8-9 comfortably. The floor is open and spacious with ceramic floors in the kitchen, living and dining areas and hardwood floors in the bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with a Jacuzzi bathtub and its own extended room, which can be accessed privately through the back deck. The second and third bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and the fourth bedroom has one twin bed and a set of bunk beds.

Love the fenced in yard for the dog. Also love that little room off the master bedroom. Great place to sit and do work away family. Host promptly and happily took care of a couple of maintenance items for us. Excellent host to deal with. I'm planning on staying there again next summer

The house was in a quiet area but close to different options of shopping and dining. Very relaxing household with a beautiful backyard.

In summer season it's hard to find a good place and good price house for few days to rent but this house price was great and great location. Host was friendly and easy to communicate. It was as described in the house description and more. I will definitely visit this house next time.
Two things that it might have been even better on my stay would be if master bedroom had a king size bed instead of queen size bed but it was fine as it was too.
Over all house was clean but some area like corners that needs to be clean better and some due to age but it wasn't a big issue. It works for few days of the stay.

A short drive/walk/bike ride to the beach, outlets, and boardwalk. Right near entry to the Junction & Breakwater Trail. Has a nice, private yard with lovely deck and seating/table for 6 adults. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, cookware, mugs, dishwasher, etc. The garage was perfect to store our bikes.

We came down for the winter Schellville event and we were just 3 minutrs away. Also less than ten to Rehoboth so that was perfect. Plenty of space for.us to spread out and our terrier was happy as well.

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The home is spacious, comfortable and close to everything. Also pet friendly. The owner’s response to any questions was immediate. We will return in the future.

As is frequently the case with rentals, the place was a little tired and the cleaning crew doesn't do a great job, but the fenced in yard was wonderful for the dogs.
It is a quiet neighborhood and a 5 minute drive from Rehoboth's main street, as well as 8 minutes from Dewey's city center.
We look forward to renting it again when we get the chance to get back to the area.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Well located, near Rehoboth Beach and the outlets. There's a shortcut through the neighborhood to downtown without having to drive down highway 1, which is a nightmare! If we return to Rehoboth, we would try to rent this property again.

This house was spacious, clean, and stocked with all the kitchen items I needed. It’s also a great location right off Rt 1 and we could walk to a few restaurants and outlets and go a back way to avoid traffic get to downtown Rehoboth.

This property is in prime location. No need to go on The high traffic road if Rt 1. Everything is right there, food, groceries, bike trail. You can even take the back way into rehoboth, and the board walk is a short bike ride away. My dogs loves the fenced in area.

Owner was very responsive, even text us to let us know house was ready a little early. Had one issue right after we arrived and he came within minutes to check it out. Only negative of our stay was the bathrooms were in need of a good cleaning. But overall a great experience

Our family—grandparents, adult children, grandchildren, and dog, stayed for a week in August. Open living area with dining room and kitchen was very comfortable, easy to cook in kitchen, and be part of family activity at the same time. Bedrooms were comfy. The backyard and deck were fine for the dog, and the neighborhood was great for walking the dog too, We enjoyed having an outdoor shower after returning from beach and sand. Rehoboth Beach is about a mile drive on mostly secondary roads so you can avoid Route 1 most of the way. On the other hand, you also have Route 1 a short drive away, with terrific restaurants, supermarkets etc. AND the house is walking distance from the wonderful Breakwater Trail for walking, running, and biking. This is a quiet suburban-like neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Nice place all in all.. Couple of minor issues..
Beautiful property. A little disappointed that the backyard had gravel for the backyard, making it difficult for the 4 pups to walk out there. 😔
Also, cleaning wasn't done under furniture where there was broken glass. Glad we found it B4 pups or adults were injured.
Also, the bbq grill literally blew up in our face. Apparently, the grease cup underneath was completely full of grease and caught fire. Thankfully, there was a fire extinguisher available as there was no way we were going to put that out without the fire department coming. Owner was out of town but very responsive via text. Very reasonable also. Thanks Quang!

Well kept property and great hosts! Loved the fenced in backyard for our dog and the open floor plan for our family.
This was the most perfectly, in the center location we've ever stayed at in all our years visiting the shore. Unless you have to be right at the beach, this place is perfect. NOTHING more than 15 minutes away.
