Welcome to Putters Paradise, located in the amenity packed Pointe Royale Resort and Golf Village. This is sure to be the perfect retreat for your group to relax and gather together after exploring the Branson area. Enjoy one of the larger condos in the area, offering you plenty of space to create lasting memories. This beautiful 2000 square foot condo has 2 separate gathering spaces for your group to come together or for some privacy. Retreat to any of our comfortable 3 King bedrooms, or 1 King Bed in the open loft with a sleeper sofa, for a great nights sleep. That's 4 King beds total!! There are 3 full bathrooms also, room for all the guests to get ready before a day of exploring. Enjoy that morning cup of coffee in the 4 season room while watching the golfers on fairway #1. Then head out to one of the many amazing Pointe Royale amenities. Golfing is not the only thing to do at Pointe Royale. You are steps away to some of the best fly fishing and trout fishing around at Lake Taneycomo. Our guests can also enjoy a heated indoor pool, adult hot tub, outdoor pool, and playground just to name a few. (See "the neighborhood" to read about all the amenities) You don't want to miss a great stay at Putters Paradise.

*Pets CONSIDERED. We are pet/dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider SMALL TO MEDIUM, ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dogs. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, leashed and picked up after outside, and not a barker or whiner while you are away due to our neighbors in the condo. There is a $25 per night non refundable pet fee.

We are a second level condo- The property entrance is only accessible by stairs

The neighborhood: Pointe Royale is a beautiful golf resort that is packed full of amenities! The resort hosts 2 outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, adults only hot tub, 24 hour fitness room, clubhouse, tennis courts, dog park, playground, and direct access to Lake Taneycomo for some of the best fly fishing around.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Please start one load of towels. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Please strip the bed of the sheets and put at the bottom of the bed if you have time. Do not remove mattress pads, decorative pillows, or shams.
-Please leave the home picked up and games put away.

The condo was nice and clean- lots of room for our family! We could walk to the river, playground area and pool. We would love to stay here again!

We loved this condo. It was perfect for us. Each couple had a King Size bed and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. And the portable air conditioner on the porch was a perfect touch. Allowed us to be comfortable while enjoying the porch.

Very convenient location to everything we wanted to do in Branson. Also enjoyed the amenities that Point Royale has. Plenty of room for our family of 6.

Everything was perfect for our family. We were able to get in and out easily and were within close proximity to all events and activities we had booked. We were also close to the pool and courts inside the community, even within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and everyone in the family enjoyed the stay.

The pros: location, the recliners, and cleanliness The cons: the coffee was expired by two years, the front bedroom has no blinds in the transom window so all night the street lights BLARE in the room, the stand alone bedroom upstairs has loose floor joists and it creaks so bad with tiny little tip toe movements even, main master is right below it. There wasn’t a variety in the mattresses. There were 3 super soft and one medium. Also the unit is upstairs and we didn’t feel like that was clear, but that could have been my fault.

A very nice, well kept place. We enjoyed the short walk to the playground and riverfront. This condo is in a convenient location. It was clean and roomy. We were three couples and appreciated the roomy environment. FYI, there are two flights of stairs to the door. It was not an issue for us. But may be for others. The plus is there is no one stomping around above you at night. A very enjoyable place to stay!

Our extended family of 9 stayed here for 2 nights. 2 couples stayed in each king bedroom downstairs and our own family of 5 took the upstairs, which has a loft king bed and pull out couch for the kids, bedroom for the adults and a jack and jill bathroom was great. Plenty of room for our bigger family to spread out upstairs. King beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept on. Pillows were abundant and comfortable. Throw blankets available for cuddling up on the very comfortable living room furniture. Dining room seating for 8 + 2 bar stools was enough to all eat together. (Enclosed sun room was nice to spread out, but it was rainy and cold so we didnt go out there even with the provided space heaters.) Floors and bathrooms were immaculately clean. We spilled a drink and wiped it up and no dirt came up. I liked how there was one main bath not attached to any bedrooms. The owner was very responsive and checked on us via text our first day. Beautiful and relaxing-thank you for a wonderfully weekend away!

Nice property, well equipped kitchen Great location on golf course Owner/manager very accommodating, very clear descriptions and instructions. Only caveat is be aware there are 16 stairsteps from parking lot to unit. Overall an excellent property.

Overall positive experience. A lot of good things about the place...location, security, amenities, etc. but kitchen and bathrooms could use updates. Parking was rough on the weekend. Need to have at least one or two designated spots because returning late results in no place close at all to park. Still, loved being away from the strip and close to the lake...And manager was very responsive.

Our unit was on the first hole of the Pointe Royal golf course. PR has great facilities besides golf - indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, pickleball courts. The young ones especially liked the playground next to Lake Taneycomo. The unit was large and easily accommodated our family of 9. The screen porch was really nice and even included a portable heater and AC unit. Would definitely stay there again.

Lots of family space, loved the dining room table with places for all of us to eat together. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking needs and another table. The porch with heater and air conditioning and another large table allowed each of us personal time to read our Bibles and pray in a quiet spot with a view of well-manicured lawns. The owner was especially helpful. with this being the 4th year our family rented condos in different areas of Branson, this was voted the best by all 7 of us.

This was the perfect place to stay. It's not too often you rent a place with four king size beds, and they were very comfortable. The house was a good size with plenty of room and it was in a good location. We had an easy drive to wherever we went. I would definitely recommend a stay at this house.

Had a most wonderful experience at Putters Paradise. We had 3 couples, we each had our own king bed,(and they were very comfortable!) and our own bathroom. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials needs to make meals. The screened in porch was nice and a great place to dine in or play games. Our host Brenda was enjoyable to work with and available for any questions. We would definitely stay here again!
