Great location, very clean - We all agreed we would stay again

Great location and very comfortable property. The Scones on arrival was a lovely touch along with some other basics such as tea/coffee and milk. The property was very clean. Good wifi and the location is ideal. It also has a dedicated parking space with a pub a few minutes walk away for meals. The harbour is about a 10 minute walk down the hill. The car parks are also free after 6pm to drive down for evening meal.

Only very minor point would be a drying rack for damp towels would be useful. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

The drive up to the property is really lovely and the whole property has a lot of character. The Mews itself was very cute, modern and spacious at the same time. Just enough space for family of 4, especially with teenagers to have there own space. The living room area could benefit from some sort of bean bag or a foot stool to give an extra seating to lounge on.

Kitchen was reasonable equipment with the essential items. It was lovely to have a welcome gift of scones and cream and a pint of milk

Excellent, would stay there again.

Easy parking, dog friendly and great accommodation. Couldn't be better. The added bonus of the scones on arrival just made it special.

Wonderful location. Lovely little cottagextra. Had a perfect stay.

Great location for exploring ilfracombe. Sea views. Lovely spacious, clean ground floor cottage. Loved the decor. Well equipped. The scones, tea, coffee and milk on arrival was much appreciated. Would stay here again.

A couple of small side plates would have been nice and two more chairs for the table, instead of the stools, if being really fussy!

Perfect for a relaxing holiday

Beautiful little house with a quirky front door, scenic views and all necessities for a stay with kids. Check-in was easy with the key code and Abigail was kind enough to get the house ready for us earlier than the scheduled check-in. The location of the house was ideal, we were able to explore Ilfracombe harbour and the different beaches around by foot while watermouth castle and woolacombe beaches were only a short drive away. Definitely recommend.

Would've helped to have been able to lock the door of toilet/shower room especially with kids around.

Great location. Lovely place to stay. I would recommend.

There were scones and tea and coffee on arrival which was lovely. Great location. Owner or hand to help with any problems. Lovely location easy to walk into town.

Post code does not take you to the property. It takes you up a really steep narrow road thats hard to get out of. Small problem. Easily found property otherwise. The sofas are small so not easy to lie on but fine if you just want to sit.

Great place and location.

Communication ahead of arrival was excellent. Instructions were clear. Having milk, scones, cream and jam as a welcome pack was a lovely touch. Property as described. A great place to stay. Recommended.

Perfect location.

The property was a good size, exactly as shown in the listing. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was spotless. It was in a perfect location - less than 10 minutes easy walk to the town front. Also a lovely touch having scones and cream left by the owners.

Superb

Very comfortable and well appointed apartment. Bedrooms were especially welcoming with great beds.

Could have been a bit more crockery - was a bit hit and miss if you were staying for a week with family say, but not really not a problem.

For the 3 nights we were there we enjoyed the Mews and its Facilities

the location was good for getting around and a short walk into town and harbour

a more comfortable sofa would have been nice and Double Bed could have been better.

Lovely mews cottage

The location was good to walk into the harbour. The Cottage was very well equipped and very comfortable . Very nice kitchen with everything you needed. The cream tea provided was a lovely touch and it was great they welcomed my two dogs and my cat. I would definitely stay there again.

Nothing in particular , a little private garden would have been nice .

Great place to enjoy North Devon

Friendly welcoming host who provided us with a cream tea and milk, gave lots of useful local tips , apartment was a lovely home from home comfortable beds and modern facilities. Nice local pub steps away , 15 minutes walk to the lovely harbour.

Gorgeous apartment in a lovely location

I arrived early as I wanted to check where the property was. The host was around and quickly finished last bits to let us in. The Mews was perfect. Beds really comfy and everything you need on arrival, including tea, coffee, sugar, milk and cream tea! Lovely location too. We will definitely be going back.

We loved everything felt home from home. We loved our stay and cant wait to book again. Friendliness and setting, clean and tidy lovely facilities and location perfect to walk in to town. The allowing of dogs is a massive bonus and greatly offered. Spacesus and well equipped. WiFi, felt secure, cant highly recommended

Lovely property, great location.

Great location and facilities. Range of games for the kids. Well stocked kitchen. Host was very quick to respond to any questions or queries. Good restaurant and takeaway recommendations, with up to date information.

Excellent last minute break in well equipped apartment.

Spacious bedrooms. Well equipped. The tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Location is in the wooded grounds of a larger property, yet only a few minutes walk from centre and the harbour.

Nothing really. Shower room was modern, but rather small.
