About this villa rental

This spacious, two-bedroom condo, provides spacious accommodations with two adjoining one-bedroom units, each with its own kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. The unit has a king size bed, a queen bed, and two sleeper sofas.

This condo is perfect for vacationers looking for a little extra space, or two families vacationing together. Guests enjoy two fully-equipped kitchens and living spaces. Two bedrooms allow privacy, while two sleeper sofas make room for family and friends. Each space has its own full bathroom as well.

Each adjoining two-bedroom condo features two living areas with queen size sleeper sofas, two fully-equipped kitchens featuring a dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator, private patio or screened-in porch, two entertainment centers with a TV and DVD player, tea and coffee making facilities, two full bathrooms, hair dryers, and a washer and dryer.

On this property, you'll find the largest outdoor pool in the Outer Banks as well as indoor waterpark, complete with an interactive water play structure, a hydro-jet spa, water sprays, a jacuzzi and more.

In addition, enjoy onsite lake for fishing with a dock for paddle boating (seasonal), Lakeside lodge with three activity lounges adorned with large flat screens, fireplace, library, card tables, game tables, an arcade and more. Access to recreation park with tennis, basketball, bocce ball, croquet lawn, playground, beach volleyball and picnic areas
adjacent to a 700 acre nature preserve.

*Daily resort fee of $30USD, per room, plus tax is due at the time of check-in (subject to change); and includes wi-fi, outdoor pool, indoor pool and water park, activity center, fitness center, lakeside lodge, paddle boats, fishing, nature trails, beach parking, tennis court, basketball court, bocce ball, croquet, playground, beach volleyball, picnic areas.

Construction Notices:
The Lodge, Arcade, and Indoor Pool and Spa will be undergoing renovations from July 08, 2024 - August 31, 2024. The Lodge and Arcade are expected to be reopened August 05, 2024, however timing is subject to change and outside of RRI control.

Housekeeping fee may apply, up to $180, to be paid at the property upon check-out (Subject to change).

Property was nice, and all resort staff were friendly and helpful. The water park was closed for renovations, so we didn't get to use the water park. But overall great place.

this resort was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The only negative thing i could say was that certain areas of the water park were shut down. the game room was also shut down maybe they were under renovation. Other than that the resort is amazing.

This resort was amazing! My little kids had a blast at the outdoor pool, indoor water park, paddle boats, and the play ground. The staff at the resort were so friendly. The resort also has daily activities for the kids. One of them was to feed the turtles in the pond. My kids just loved it!! We were also able to borrow a pack-n-play from the resort for our little one. This rental is super close to all of the amenities so you do not have to walk far. It is also a 2 minute drive to the grocery store so that make it great to save time with driving and spend that time relaxing with the family. It's also a very quick drive to their beach which beachwood resorts has their own parking lot next to the beach for each parking and it wasn't crowded at all! We cannot wait to come back to the resort!

Really enjoyed the resort. Accommodations were more then adequate and the facilities were really clean and fun. Will definitely look to return!

We would much rather stick with beach houses

It was different, but we typically get a beach house. We prefer that. It wasn’t bad, but not clean at all when we arrived. Definitely could use some wiping down and mopping.

Our family had a very nice time at Beechwood Resorts. Prior to our visit I was able to contact the property manager via phone and email and was actually able to talk to him directly. He answered my questions completely. Our unit at the resort was clean, well stocked with items for our stay. Beach parking was always available and was just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the water park, fitness center and outdoor pool. All in all it was a satisfying vacation experience.

We enjoyed the beautiful large outdoor pool and the indoor water park. The registration building and grounds are neat and well kept. We were disappointed with the lack of housekeeping and cleanliness of the unit when we arrived. We saw cockroaches on four separate days, shelves were dusty, our unit had not been cleaned before we moved in. The staff was very responsive when we asked to have the old worn sofa bed mattress exchanged for a new one.

The villas were extremely nice and roomy. I would have liked having more cooking hardware (pots, pans, cooking dishes, etc.) Convenient to the beach, especially with the reserved parking. Overall it was a great place to stay.
