Awesome place to stay.

Nice, clean place. Kids liked the pool and beach. Will go back for Christmas.

Happy now ce place

Excellent no issues good location

One thing I noticed the room with the bunk beds. The window is very wide and no lock on it my kids are big already but a small kid should not be able to open it specially at the 11 th floor I’m sure kids would love that room needs a lock on the window other than that lovely place

This was an exceptional property I would recommend it to anybody who would like to stay in several story building It's really really exceptional I give it a 10 for everything if you wanna call me call me

the beds were super comfortable. wifi was awesome. weather was bad but our host was so sweet and the place was beautiful

Not worth your money was very disappointed

Honestly the only good thing about this property was the view it was beautiful and the space it has of course very roomy.

I did not like a couple things first of all this property’s ac/heater does not work we were freezing in there asked for a portable heater atleast never was brought one. The bed sheets smelled like they havnt been washed in days had to buy our own blankets very unpleasant. This place does have a kitchen stove but it did not work very useless and their fridge was also dirty.

It's a beautiful apartment with a great view.

It's a beautiful and well furnished apartment. I liked the high design and rich feeling. The balcony was amazing and we spent a lot of time out there enjoying the view. The private beach access was also a plus. The grounds of the gated community were well taken care of and quiet. Yuri was very informative and responsive, he also recommend local eating spots that were good. I loved my bedroom which had doors out to the balcony.

Getting into the apartment wasn't too difficult, but I didn't quite know how to communicate with the security at the gate to get in to park. I was disappointed that the oven didn't work. Yuri was very responsive in trying to help guide us to a solution, but ultimately it was broken and couldn't be fixed. We had to figure out different options to cook some of our food. The third bedroom that was facing the road only had one small window and a useless ceiling fan in a cage type cover, my guests in that room were very hot. Only one hot tub worked and the pool is not heated, so it created a crowd of guests in one small place of the pool.

the condos were nice and that it had stairs to the beach

that they made us pay 100 bucks ( a fine) because our kids walked through the lobby w a couple of drops of water, like they were in the pool… I don’t know you expect them to come out dry haha AND LIKE…. don’t you have a staff that can easily clean that? 😂 the condos were nice but that’s about it

My dog loved it there. The ocean breeze while taking her out to pee was the best.

The location itself was great had to do a drive to get food or anything from the grocery store.

Amazing place beautiful views and the host was amazing helped us out a lot with things and restaurants to visit. Definitely will be staying there again

I will stay here until I buy my own rosarito beach condo! seriously wow!!

it was guarded so I felt very safe, the property was absolutely breath taking.

Superb

Wonderful place with amazing views! Clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect so close to everything such as Rosarito, Puerto Nuevo and Valle de Guadalupe. Yuri is an excellent host!!

Don’t know that I would book again

I liked the amount of space the apartment provided and the balcony overlooking the ocean.

Upon arrival everything seemed fine. The tv did not work along with the wifi. The apartment clearly had an ant problem being there was bait traps on the floor of the kitchen. The beach is not swimmable being lots of rocks and waves are too strong. Pool is dirty and the outside of the condo looks incomplete. No walkable food nearby. Way too far from center of town.

Very good

The views the most, the space really specious, by far the most beautiful place and private in Popotla Rosario. Luxurious.

Amazing

Pictures did no justice to how beautiful this condo is. The views of the ocean from the balcony were breath taking. Having a private beach secluded from crowds was more than we could ever ask for. Lots of food near by and a different concept view from Rosarito. We will be back.

It’s hard to get any restaurant to Uber food here. So you will have to leave the facility to purchase.

An amazing experience

I love how the host and tenants leave u alone. It’s really like your own experience not having to worry about anyone barging in or causing u to feel watched over . And for someone who doesn’t like renting from people because of problems I’ve had, I was super happy with it all.

The cabinet in kitchen seemed like they hadn’t been opened or used in a bit but we made it work
