The perfect location is situated directly on St. Pete Beach. One bedroom, two full bathroom condo with 2 private balconies (BayView and GulfView) with heated pool and hot tub, just steps away from the famous St. Pete Beach. This beach view condo has over 900 square feet. Only a short 5-minute walk to everything, no need for a vehicle; shopping, groceries, liquor store, car rental, miniature golf, IHOP, dining, dining and more dining. Located on the beach between two amazing resorts: the TradeWinds Island Grand Resort and the Don Cesar Hotel. The Bellwether Beach Resort is right next door. This location is the Diamond you've been looking for.
Our non-smoking condo is located on the fifth floor of a six-story building and includes breathtaking views of sunrises on the Bay from one balcony and the other balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, enjoy eating breakfast and watching all the walkers on the beach.
Newly redecorated as of January 2018, all new furniture in a beachy theme to make you feel like you’re in Tropical Paradise. Bedroom includes king size bed, walk in closet; living room has a dining table with 4 chairs, queen sofa bed and a recliner with great beach views. Wood laminate flooring and ceramic tile throughout.
A conveniently equipped full kitchen including microwave, full size refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Washer and Dryer located in condo, with additional washer and dryers in building on second floor for larger loads.
The two full bathrooms have high countertops and include make up mirrors and hair dryers. All the conveniences of home.
Along with two private balconies, the unit has cable TV and wireless internet access.
Take the stairs or the elevator and go right to the heated swimming pool and hot tub. Enjoy the covered area by the pool and enjoy the gulf breeze all year around. Gas grills are available in the grilling area.
The pool area leads directly to the gorgeous, white, manicured, sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico. St. Pete Beach is the best beach in the U.S., according to the 2021 Travelers' Choice Trip St. Pete Beach is wide, and the views stretch for miles.

Beautiful property and condo 503 is perfect for a couples getaway. Steps away from the powdery said and the view from the balcony is amazing. Kathy and Patricia worked with us during the worldwide IT outage that delayed our departure and we were able to stay at the complex for 2 additional days until we were able to leave. I can't express how great this was not having to find other accomodations and with having to deal with airlines and rental cars. I highly doubt that we would have recieved this kind of customer service at any of the large resorts! Thank you both for a wonderful stay!

Wow did we pick the right place to stay on St Pete Beach. The condo is very nice with 2 outside areas to relax. The unit is on the 5th floor of a 6 story building with nice views of the gulf and bay. The condo kitchen, bedroom and 2 bathrooms have everything you need. Patty is a phenomenal host and always there to answer questions or make recommendations. We are an active couple in our 60’s who enjoy walking to explore the area. The building is on the beach with many restaurant/bars nearby and just a short walk to a supermarket shopping center. There is a pool, hot tub and 2 gas grills to use. A huge bonus is there is an assigned parking spot for the unit since parking near the beach can be a challenge. We found 2 restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk that were very good, Snappers Sea Grill and GiGi’s Italian. A short walk on the beach and you can book a parasail trip or rent a jet ski. We stayed 5 nights and will definitely be back. A very nice place to stay and the location is perfect. Thank you, Patty

Place was beautiful. Easy beach access, clean room, friendly staff. They had chairs and umbrella and small coolers to use for the beach which was outstanding. You would normally have to buy those things when you get to your beach destination but they had it in the room available for use. Huge thought in that. Its the small thinga that really stand out. We loved our stay here.

My wife and I visited this same condo for the 3rd time in last 4 years. The place is convenient to everything and furnished with to much to mention. The condo and property are spotless. Can’t wait to visit again 🙏

We stayed at The Gulf beach Resort this past January. The location of the property is excellent. There are many restaurants and bars close by, and a Publix a short distance away as well as many other shopping opportunities. Kathy the property manager was helpful and friendly and always available for any questions, problems or a quick chat. The specific condo unit we stayed in was very nice. We especially enjoyed the resident cat. “Beach Kitty”was always open to to a few pets or to just hang by the pool with you.

We travel tons and have stayed at many VRBO's all over the country...this unit was nice. We wished they had some coffee creamers so we could enjoy a cup of Jo in the morning. The vents in the bathroom needed to be cleaned. As I brought it to their attention, they said they take care of it. The check in lady seemed a bit stressed and gave us a key that was a master key that opened all the different unit doors which concerned us. After notify her, she gave us the right key. All things considered, it was okay..We've had worse and better experiences

We had a great stay at the Gulf Beach Resort. The view was nice and we enjoyed having breakfast on the patio. Walking the beach and seeing the sunset were definitely highlights. Would recommend staying and we hope to be back!

This was my first time staying at St Pete Beach . I usually stay every year at Fort myers beach . I’m in love with St Pete Beach . The apartment was clean, beautiful and close to everything I heeded . I did a lot of shelling and I am a wildlife photographer so enjoying the dolphins at St Pete was a bonus . Every question I had for dining , shopping or entertainment, Patty was quick with answering our weekly questions. Kathy in rental office was just great too , I enjoyed talking to her when I ran in to her . Thank you for a wonderful vacation, bday and our anniversary. It was perfect . Amy

Cannot say enough about how wonderful this condo is. Beautifully decorated. Everything appears brand new and very clean! The views of the Gulf and Tampa Bay are fantastic. The property manager, Kathy, was great at check in and check out. Can’t say enough! Photos do not do it justice! Best value on the beach!

This is a fabulous property. The pictures do not do it justice. Balcony facing east allows for great morning sun and side balcony is great for evening dining, etc. And The Beach! Beautiful and not super crowded. Lots of food and entertainment within walking distance. Had a great time, will be back.

We couldn’t of had a more perfect stay! The accommodations were well thought out. Extremely cleanly and perfect location. Steps to the beach. Close to many stores and restaurants. One of our favorite places was crabby bills because it was right next door and everything we had from there was delicious. We also had other places like ricks reef, oyster shuckers, and skidders (great breakfast). Couldn’t get enough beach time, already can’t wait to book in the future!

We loved the small size of this property with only 19 condos. It is in a great location, the condo is extremely clean & well equipped. The pool area is spotless & the manager runs a tight ship...which we appreciated. The best part for us is the beach & restaurants/bars that are all in close proximity. We loved hanging with sweet "Beach Kitty" by the pool!

Our stay here was nothing short of spectacular (it also helped the weather was perfect during our entire stay). This is a resort in itself amongst the big resorts nearby. The condo was exceptionally clean and spacious for a 1 bedroom, also had pretty much everything you would need as well as security. The location was perfect...walking distance to restaurants, beach shops, and tiki bars. We were especially appreciative of the use of the available beach chairs and umbrellas enabling us to sit close to the water. The pool area was very quiet, and we enjoyed seeing "pool kitty" at various times of the day. The best part, which you can't say for many hotels, is that the bed was super comfortable! Thank you for the hospitality, we are so glad we chose this diamond, and look forward to our next visit there!

My husband and I had great stay in a very comfortable, clean condo! It was convenient for shopping and within walking distance to excellent restaurants. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and had access to a gorgeous sandy beach. Great ocean and beach view!

My husband and I took a quick getaway and this was the perfect place. You are right on the beach- and it is a beautiful beach. The bed is super comfy, and the unit had everything we needed. It was quiet at the resort, and everyone we met there was so kind. The area is fantastic- you can just walk the beach and find plenty to do. We were even able to see dolphins!

Everything was absolutely wonderful!! The condo is right on the beach with 2 great balconies and the pool and hottub were delightful. Loved the access to the beach chairs for anyone to use. Checkin/checkout was quick and smooth, the king bed was very soft and definitely appreciated the full kitchen! There isn't anything bad to say except that out visit was too short!! Would love to stay in unit 503 again.

Owners and manager were wonderful and very accommodating. We arrived early and they were happy to let us go ahead and get settled. Fully stocked kitchen was great, as was the condo as a whole. Sparkling clean and wonderfully located near grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and bars. Very laid back vibe! Especially appreciated that every access door could only be opened with the key issued by management, so everything was very secure. Enjoyed our time there! Highly recommend!

Clean, tranquil and relaxing home. Kitchen was so perfectly stocked, which made food prep a joy - even a nice selection of food containers and plastic wine glasses, that allowed us to have our last night dinner of charcuterie, fruit and sparkling cider on the beach a time we will treasure. We will be back!
