A convenient Park City home away from home. Year-round activities and events to suit every interest and family. Winter activities include skiing, snowboarding, shopping, snowmobiling, theater, Sundance, etc. Summer activities include hiking, golfing, biking, concerts, etc. Non-smoking only please. Small trained pets will be considered with a $100 pet fee. Family-friendly. Board games, WiFi, cable, hot tub, outdoor pool, full kitchen, laundry, all on-site.

The property was clean, well stocked with dishes, and everything you could need for a stay. All bedrooms will well furnished with very comfortable beds. The communications for check in/out provided all the necessary information.
This was the perfect home away from home. I hope this condo is available for our next trip to Park City!!!

Is quite literally in the best possible location! Owner was very nice and helpful, if I come back to park city I will 100% be coming back to this condo. Spacious clean and all the necessities, large hot tube right out side the back door, and only 10 minutes away from park city ski resort, not a single complaint on my end. This was a amazing time

The property is gorgeous, cleaned and well maintained. You’ve got two bedrooms at the front of the condo, one with a king bed & another with a twin over twin and full over full. The share a full bath. The master bedroom with full bath is in the back of the condo. I love that it’s on the bottom floor so the closest hot tub is immediately outside the back sliding door. The Heated garage is definitely a plus, and the carts to help load bags up the elevator to your floor is definitely a huge plus!

Very nice, three bedroom condo with great kitchen. Great place to get away. Very short driving distance to Park city, restaurants, skiing, slopes, and Olympic Village. We enjoyed it.

Our family of 5 had our first white Christmas! The condo is spacious and well stocked. Centrally located very close to Park City Mountain Resort where my kids snowboarded. There is also a market nearby and various places to eat that are away from the crowded Main St. The garage parking was a plus. Aaron took care of any concerns we had.

And, many many stores within 1 mile. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, knives, and everything to cook meals. They even had two coolers for hikes. Parking is safe and dry in underground garage. Extra parking on the street was not an issue during our visit in September. It was a great fall family visit. Thanks!

Wonderful location, as we found out in 2021. That's why we came back in 2023. Owner is very clear with communication and expectations. We came to visit and spend time with our grandchildren this time. Our granddaughter in SLC, discovered she has MS, when she got home from NYU at end of May.So it was Imperative that we come.

The property was in a great location. Close to the fields that we were playing at and close to downtown Park City. We love staying here.

We loved the condo. We spent time at the pool and a day on Jet skis on Jordanelle Reservoir.

Me and two buddies spent 3 nights here and skied for two days at Park City. Excellent location very close to all the eateries and mountain. The hot tub was literally just across the path from our patio door and surprisingly wasn't busy. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and the three bedrooms were perfect. I slept in the bunkbed room and the bottom bed was queensize and very comfortable also. The garage at the basement level was also very nice. There were also rolling carts in the basement to help move all our baggage up to the room quickly and easily. We would definitely stay here again!

The good: awesome property, 3 proper bedrooms that easily fits 2 couples and up to 4 single (kids or adults). For 3 adults it was very spacious, great kitchen space and super convenient to Canyons or Park City. The patio slider opens up to the 1 of 2 community hot tubs, so big bonus there.
The bad: check-in was tough. For whatever reason we did not receive a check-in email with necessary codes and unlike the "other app" check-in information was not listed/provided within VRBO directly. This made for a lot of panicked calls late at night. The phone number on the listing is wrong and routed me to a property manager in FL. Upon getting correct number it took ~30min to get in touch and get info. We were pulling into a last-minute hotel when we got call.

We went there with 4 friends, there was more than enough room for sleep. The hot tub was out the back door, which was very convenient. It was a short walk to the bus stop to take us to all the ski areas around parkcity. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Cozy indeed and very spacious. One of the two bunk beds is bunked double beds so that was perfect for our group (and handy when you have three couples as we did). A large crock pot hooked us up on chili night, too. The Jacuzzi is across from the patio, which was brilliant and we used it often. There is a conventional coffee pot and a Keurig. The kitchen worked very well for us as we mostly do our own meals.
Thank you, Aaron for a great visit and for taking care of the minor issue we had. The internet was solid (for those of us "working remotely"). Property is an easy ride up to Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley. Super convenient to all the stores in Kimball Junction without being on top of the congestion there.
The location also makes for fast exit to the highway for day trips to Snow Basin (60m), Solitude (45m), and Alta/Snowbird (45m) on dry roads. We had a blast. Even our mutt had fun (lots of dogs in the area and a proper dog park nearby - RunAMuk).

My family felt like this condo exceeded expectations. It was nicer than photos suggest and the three of us had a comfortable visit. It is located maybe a third of the way to the ski mountain from the freeway and we drove to the Canyons for ski access in 10 minutes.
Well appointed kitchen, space for a fair number of folks to sleep, and a nice neighborhood.

We stayed for two weeks during surgery of our son in SLC and recovery after. It worked out very well for our needs, convenient nearby restaurants etc.
The beds are very soft which I personally don't like but I understand that this is personal opinion and my son liked the softness after his surgery. However the king sized bed not in the master bedroom is extremely saggy and should be replaced, that isn't good for anyone's back. Other than that, very happy with the stay!

This was a wonderful property and experience. The people I communicated with were friendly and beyond accommodating. The condo is gorgeous, with everything we needed to meet our needs. It had dimming lights in every bedroom which was nice for our small children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Quiet, clean, well-stocked, garage parking, easy check in and out, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, appreciated having smart TV's and satellite TV in each room, great location. If there was one area of improvement is that the condo is set up for several people to stay but only 1 parking spot available. Having a parking permit for outside parking in addition to the garage parking would have been much more convenient. Thank you for letting us stay there

Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels, we didn't have adequate supplies. The Pans were really worn and dangerous to use, teflon scratched up and a pan handle was dangerously loose. Beds are soft, FYI. The location and furnishings were awesome and comfortable. Very quite which is greatly appreciated. A little slight on supplies compared to others place I've stayed. Wash clothes didn't match the number of lodgers the condo holds. It will depend on how long you're staying and how many people willing be accompanying.

This condo was selected for my husband and two adult daughters for their first ski trip in Utah and it was perfect!
The owner, Aaron, communicated with us to make sure everything was good in the condo. Which it was....clean, nicely furnished, had amenities such as shampoo/conditioner/bodywash as well as kitchen items such as Kcups for coffee.
The hot tub is right outside the condo so felt like your own private space....great for after a day of skiing!
The location was convenient
for hitting the slopes....free shuttle bus stop right at the complex so getting around was easy. There was also a shopping center less than a mile away that had grocery store, liquor store and several restaurants.
Highly recommend this rental property!

We loved the location of this condo because we wanted to ski a lot of different mountains. We also wanted to eat in most of the time because of Covid and really appreciated how well the kitchen was equipped---lots of silverware, pans, etc. Also, the cleaning crew did a great job; the condo was immaculate. Very nice place!

Enjoyed our time. Condo is within 10 minute drive of all the restaurants and to the slopes. We’ll stocked kitchen, fun games, and Aaron is very good with communicating with you as needed during the stay. Would stay again and recommend!

I'd like the location and the cleanliness and big enough to hold 8 people to sleep.
What I don't like was when people are taking a bath, the hot water was not continues it will all of a sudden after a minute will be cold water and we have to wait to get warm again. The middle bathroom has the creaking sound when someone was steeping on the floor and will wake a delecate sleeper next door. Wifi access was kind of slow too. Otherwise it was good.

My family and I had a great stay at your home. Everything was exactly as described, clean and functional. We had an amazing time in Utah and had great weather for skiing. We'll surely return and hopefully benefit from your hospitality in the future.

We traveled to the Park City area with 4 teenagers for an 8 day ski trip prior to the Christmas holiday. The location of the condo was perfect. Canyon’s Village is a short drive and Park City Mountain just beyond. Whether you are looking to dine in Park City or something more casual in Kimball Junction both are within easy driving distance. Walmart, Wholefoods and Smiths are all within 5 mins drive. The teenagers enjoyed the proximity of the nearby cinema to watch the latest holiday movie releases.
We also chose the location bcs of its proximity to I80 and to ski Alta which is only a 40 min drive. The teenagers also appreciated that the community hottub was just outside the patio door! They made good use of it along with the community gym. The condo has everything you need for a week long stay. Be sure to do a thorough check of the kitchen cabinets as there are many and chances are good that whatever you are looking for is there already.
