About this house rental
The guest house is conveniently located just blocks from downtown Livingston. Easy walk to shops, diners, bars, art galleries and more. No stairs to climbs as it is all on one level. Comfortable kitchen open to the living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator just like home. After all your adventures kick back in the 2 recliners and relax awhile. Two bedrooms with one queen bed each. One bathroom with a shower. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Access is from the alley as the guest house sits behind the owners home. Convenient incase you need anything. One parking spot in the alley otherwise on street parking.

Very nice house, clean and well stocked. Owner was very responsive when we had trouble finding the house (my fault as I typed the wrong street in Goggle maps)

Second year in a row at the Lige House.
Tess provided us with everything that we need inside the cottage - and the outside seating area is both charming & spacious. We're hoping to return next year!

Cute, comfortable, and clean as described. The kitchen had plenty of equipment if you wanted to cook, and they also had some staples which was great. Close to down town, and your own parking space tucked in by the cottage. Easy check in and communication with the owner. Would recommend!

Great in-town location providing an easy walk to downtown stores and restaurants, the Yellowstone River, the nearby park, etc, Perfect for visiting in town family/friends or as a stepping off point to Yellowstone, Bozeman, and other MT destinations. Cottage was clean, well equipped, quiet and comfortable for the two of us. Parking right outside the door and access to owner's deck and grill. Will be our first choice for our next visit.

It was a lovely place - very clean and decorated with fun things. Beautiful flowers around in the yard and a pretty and comfortable patio. Tess was a gracious and kind host, she adds some nice amenities to this neat little house. We’ll definitely be repeat guests!

Awesome, cozy, and super private VRBO gem in Livingston. Perfect centralized spot. Close to Yellowstone, Paradise Valley, Bozeman, Gallatin Valley, and Big Sky. Host was flexible, super nice, and easy to communicate with! Thanks Tess! Hope to stay again in the future.

This is a wonderful place in a great part of Livingston! The cottage was both cozy AND spacious (yes, you can have it both ways) and Tess made sure that we had everything that we needed. Also, kudos to the outside area - late afternoons were spent enjoying the birds (and the occasional bunny).
Planning on returning next year!

The furnishings were beautiful and it was very well stocked. Our host was so accommodating and was helpful in so many ways. I highly recommend this property and will stay there again the next time we go to Montana!

It was a nice comfortable property. We’ve stayed at other places in Livingston since we often go see music at Pine Creek, and this place had the best beds so far. We also enjoyed having access to the deck and grill, especially since any restaurant meals seem to be $70 theses days.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lige House. It’s our second time staying here. It was especially warm and cozy at Christmas with Tess’s decorations and small fireplace heater. We love the recliners and the beds are very comfortable. It’s nice to have parking outside the door and a nice kitchen with everything you need. We will definitely be back for a third stay.

This was our second time staying with Tess and just like the last time, everything was excellent. Tess has a wonderfully comfortable and well provisioned rental in a nice part of town and close to everything. We would not stay anywhere else when we are visiting the children and grandchildren.

Location is perfect for staying in town - walking or driving. The property is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Very well stocked with just about anything you could need. The outdoor area is a lovely spot to enjoy the cool mountain air.

We had the pleasure of staying with Tess at this property. The rental was better then we expected as you could tell that she has invested a great deal to make this location a very comfortable, clean and well apportioned rental. Her attention to detail and her decorating made us feel right at home.
This will absolutely be where we stay on our next trip to visit our children and grandchildren.

Great central location with dedicated parking - all one level. Kitchen had all we needed. Very happy with my experience.

Safe, comfortable homey feeling place.
Very comfortable there -adequate eating/cooking supplies, and a grill was available to us. Deck/patio area to sit on and enjoy the weather. Comfortable chairs in the living room and a nice tv. Trains did come by often, but did NOT bother us! Close to downtown and Park(the main road through town). We have No complaints/problems.

Great Location!
We had a great time in Livingston! Tess was very receptive and communicated often to make sure we had the best experience. House was just right for two couples. We walked everywhere around town and this house is very accessible to stores, restaurants and bars.

Our best Airbnb ever
We needed a longer term stay in Livingston while visiting family in the area and the Lige house was perfect, very comfortably furnished and everything one could ask for in kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies. This time we stayed in December and the heated floors did a great job of keeping the place warm n cozy. She had just enough Christmas decorations to make us feel at home and our grand daughter loved the outdoor lights! Livingston is a sweet little community and Tess’ Lige house is located close to everything we needed. We’ll be back:-))
