Overall the stay was superb.

Breakfast was superb.

Galleries are smelly. Stairs are blocked by cloth outlet stock.Behaviour of some staff are not upto the mark looking to hospitality management.

Pleasant Stay, could have been better.

Centrally located, ground staff including Restaurant were courteous n helpful. Food preparation during Lunch n Dinner was very good n needs a mention, however the complementary Breakfast Menu needs improvement. Infrastructure, furniture in rooms are good.

Complementary Mineral water is limited to 2, unlike most of the 5 star hotels in places like Mumbai, Delhi etc. Had a word with the Manager also, which was responded in an illogical n unpleasant manner. They can be unlimited like 5/4 star hotels, esp. in Shantiniketan for a Deluxe Suite Room not to repel customers like us. Cleanliness in rooms can be improved e.g. carpets, mats are old n dirty in a Deluxe Suite Room. Iron stains on the side walls of washroom are a big repelling factor. No welcome drink given to us, which was served to others in group.

Clean. Lots of little added extras in the room that helped. Very comfy bed. Breakfast was exceptional, extremely good and lots of choice.

The location. It was next to the bus terminal which meant awful bus horns going off very early morning. It was a bit pricey also.

Too costly for the room. Should check with the reception for any upgrade. Classic twin bed is bad.

Supportive staff and the restaurant.

The mattresses were very poor, it sank very low when we sat/slept on it. The towels were stained, so was the toilet. Room had no window or any other opening for fresh air.

Enjoyed all through.

Not a value for money.

Good food .

For check out in the morning we tried over phone from room but phone was found engaged all the time. On coming to reception the man was found fast asleep in the floor and the telephone was found disengaged. It was quite a task to wake up the the chap for check out formalities. There was no window in the room to see outside. It was like a cellular Jail. The cushion of the bed was without choir, too loose. Parking place is open area on the roadside without any boundary wall. Commode flush was very poor.
