Café da manhã excelente, shuttle até o centro e atendimento dos motoristas.

Apesar do potencial, as instalações são antigas, a área do restaurante apesar de ter vistas incríveis é pouco convidativa. Não tem possibilidade de ski in out apesar da proximidade do lift, usamos a van todos os dias para ir e voltar. O cheiro de esgoto no elevador é algo que precisa ser resolvido com urgência dado a preço da estadia que apesar de cara considerando os preços de courchevel é aceitável. Não nos foi avisado que existia comissão de 8 euros se comprássemos o forfait no hotel.

Superb

The hotel Van Shatel can takes you where ever you want in Courchevel, also it is located near the luxury hotels like chevel blank , LV coffee & many luxury hotels. Great to have ski equipment in the hotel

The connected room where you hear every thing in the other room, the hotel doesn’t have non connected room which makes your night uncomfortable. Also there is no in room coffee &tea kit where you enjoy hot drink in the room. No small refrigerator . different than the other 4 star hotels where you have complementary water during your stay, they just put for your room one bottle of water as complementary in first day arriving then you must buy

Paid double the price for a room in the sub basement. would not go again.

staff were friendly

booked a superior double but on arrival found we had a ‘standard family room’ which was two interconnecting doubles. neither the hotel nor booking. com we’re able to offer anything in recompense.

Amazing stay at fabulous hotel

The hotel was in a great location, with everything you would need for a ski holiday (including ski pass and ski gears). A round-the-clock shuttle was also available to take you to Courcheval centre and surrounding areas. The staff went above and beyond with requests. They were also dog friendly. All in all it was an amazing experience and we are hoping to return next year!

The restaurant was rather limited. They also didn't have an in-room kettle/mini fridge (we had to ask for kettle and mugs).

Cozy and friendly hotel, truly best family run business

The hotel is just lovely! Every one working there is super friendly and helpful. They tried to accommodate with all our needs and were very attentive to our comfort while the stay. The food at the restaurant is great, we had two beautiful dinners. Also the hotel provides the transfer services basically anywhere you want to go, so we had no problem getting to places. We will definitely come back!

Always a pleasure to stay here.

The staffs are always helpful and welcoming. This is my third time at the hotel and would return. The hotel rooms are cosy, comfortable and clean. It is close the slope, Jardin, you can walk to and ski back to the hotel (but off piste - very easy). They have a shuttle if you need to go into town. The off piste close by is paved so it is also good for dog owners for morning and evening walks. Breakfast were good.

If something could be improved it would be to have streaming services or tv's that allow to mirror.

Nice hotel, good value for money.

My bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, warm enough and relatively spacious. Good value for money. Breakfast was good enough. Staff - everyone was performing VERY well and tried to deliver. Sauna - kind of small ( 4-5 persons max) but hot enough.

1. Would be good to have more variety at the bar: it was ok but the hotel can do better without any significant effort and at very little cost; 2. Big point: it would be extremely helpful to "create" a passage from the locker room back door to the ski lift ( 50 m distance) to avoid going around with the skies ( 250 m). Not sure it can be done, but when I was there it was very tempting to try to go through the banks of snow directly to the ski lift.
