Amazing location amazing views from Balcony and roof terrace. 1st class kitchen facilities. Very good air con in bedrooms and living area. Great location near lively but nice end of Alcudia. Very close to shops and supermarkets etc.. 1 minute walk to beach (no gate from pool to beach - have to walk around) Good Pool. Nice welcome food pack. Beds comfortable Bit tricky to find the lockbox but was early hours of the morning but the map was good enough. Confronted by a big dog when collecting keys, but luckily he barked and ran away. 2 sets of keys (8 keys in total) could do with a proper keyring and colour coding as every time used they fell off keyring, and it was pot luck to get the right key for the right lock. 2nd bedroom small and no room to separate the 2 single beds. Not easy to get a parking space in front of the flats but doesnt advertise a parking space - can park on side streets nearby. Bedding a bit damp on arrival. Electric blinds broke but reported and were repaired next day. Expensive, but it was high season, and you get what you pay for. Would stay here again.

Great place, great views, very comfortable. They had all the furniture and equipment for a comfortable stay, directly in front of a nice beach with a great terrace/upper balcony to sit with friends and have fun. We had many morning cups of coffee from the machine sitting on the terrace and looking at the beach and the sailing boats. We also had fun going to the pool and beach directly in front, going to the center of Alcudia and further. You have many supermarkets directly there, places to rent bicycles, taxis and bus stop, restaurants and bars. It was one of the best vacations I ever had, and I thank the staff as well for being very friendly and being very helpful.

La verdad que es un lugar perfecto para pasar días en familia, ya que tienes todo a mano, piscina, playa a 3 minutos, muchos servicios y zonas de paseo agradable. La casa está genial y es tal cual se anuncia. Muy bien el trato y cercanía de los propietarios, nos han facilitado entrar en casa antes ya que íbamos con el peque y era la hora de la comida. En general una estancia agradable en la que hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa y la zona

Super apartment, recently updated and well equipped. Some good Restraunt’s and bars close by near the marina. Just outside the apartment building is a taxi rank and Bus stops so if you don’t have a car it’s easy to get around.

Condo was very clean and well kept. All dishes, pot and pans were in excellent condition, and of good quality for cooking. There was also a small washing machine which was very handy that wasn't noted in the listing. There is a stove / microwave that was confusing to use. Perhaps it might be a good idea to leave the instructions for its use. Other than that we were very pleased with the accommodations.

Ich war 9 Woche in diesem großartigen Apartment, das genauso aussieht wie auf den Bildern im Beschrieb. Die Küche ist mit allem Ausgestattet: Automatische Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, qualitativ hochwertige Töpfe & Pfannen und Messer bis hin zu Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Kaffeebohnen-sogar den ersten Einkauf hat Kevin von IPM für uns übernommen. Meine, eher hohen, Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Einige Wochen waren wir zu zweit in der Wohnung und hatten mehr als genug Platz dank praktischen Schränken und Schubladen. Sogar im Besuchszimmer hat es einen TV (mit Netflix), ein volles Bücherregal und einen praktischen Schreibtisch. Die Aussicht vom grossen Schlafzimmer hat uns jeden morgen erneut glücklich gemacht. Die grosse Dachterrasse ist ein weiteres Plus dieser Wohnung. Spar, Tabakladen, Restaurants, Massage und vieles mehr sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben bereits wieder reserviert für dieses Jahr. Ein Vorhang im grossen Wohnzimmer wäre das Einzige :-)

Loved the cleanliness, the welcome pack, beautifully furnished with high quality equipment, and nice comfy bed! So much thought has gone into the apartment to provide such a wonderful holiday experience. For guests self catering there was a good selection of Herbs and Spices, also a box of Teas and Coffee Beans We look forward to a return visit, hopefully for 2 weeks

Our family loved the Blue Sea and especially this condo. The location was ideal with restaurants and shops convenient by foot. The pool was fun for our 8 yo. Of course it was ideal to have the beach so accessible. The condo itself has had a beautiful renovation. The views of Alcudia on the rooftop were amazing and especially enjoyable at night. It was a lovely touch to be greeted with a bottle of local wine in the refrig and plenty of coffee beans in stock for the cute coffee maker. The owner and the leasing company were very responsive and accessible. We appreciated the help very much! Great stay.

Super Aufenthalt in Alcudia.

Wir waren im August 2020 in Port Alcudia. Trotz der Coronazeit, hatten wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Das Appartement liegt direkt am Strand und man hat einen wundervollen Blick in die Hafenbucht. Besonders für Kinder ist der Strand super geeignet und schön. Das Appartement selber verfügt über einen Balkon und eine Dachterasse, von denen man einen super Ausblick hat. Es ist perfekt für Pärchen oder eine kleine Familie geeignet. Sehr gemütlich. Direkt vor dem Apartment gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, was ein großer Vorteil ist. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und weotere Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

El apartamento bien, pienso q faltaba perchero y espejo entero en habitación doble. La nevera necesita arreglar o cambiar, , los dos cajones de arriba estaban tapados de hielo, la tuvimos q descongelar, y al marcharnos después de 4dias ya volvía a llevar hielo, y las puertas panelables de la misma iban por su cuenta. Por lo demás bien, buenas vistas , muy cerca de la playa y cómodo.

Das Appartement ist deutlich hochwertiger ausgestattet als auf den Bildern. Im Wohnzimmer ist fast alles neu, Sofa, Esstisch, Großer Fernseher. Einziges Manko: Die Elektrik war für mich nicht zeitgemäß, im Wohnzimmer gab es eine ganz schlimme Mehrfachsteckdose aus der manchmal Funken kamen. Das war mir zu gefährlich mit Kindern, deshalb hatten wir dort alles aus. Die Wendeltreppe zur Dachterrasse muss dringend saniert werden, diese war sehr wackelig und leider waren auch für kleinere Kinder zu große Abstände am Geländer. Alles in allem haben wir uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt.

Ein wirklich netter Vermieter hat uns in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Wir fühlten uns auf Anhieb wie zu Hause. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden; Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, Bettwäsche und sogar Pooltücher. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, dann aber für mindestens 2 Wochen....
