Superb Cottage with AMAZING views.

Perfect little spotless cottage. Beautiful views from the large garden. Everything you need is close by within 4/5 miles. Good base for exploring North Wales. Excellent free parking. Quooker boiling water tap was a superb extra ...instructions on how to use it would be excellent.

We have stayed in alot of AirBnb's so knew to bring, tea, coffee, salt, pepper etc, however a basic, like washing up liquid should be provided. Just a suggestion. Could provide larger drinking glasses. To have a long cold drink after a hike, would have been ideal. The hot water in the bathroom sink is very very hot, those with children be aware. The WiFi didn't work and I messaged owner to advise, no reply.

Picton Lodge

A fantastic cottage with beautiful sea views. Paul and Margaret made sure we were comfortable and settled in. Nothing was too much trouble for them .

Nice family trip and I we would definitely stay again, good location

Nicely located property with good views and plenty of space for kids to play outdoors.

Fantastic and relaxing

Lovely and quite lovely hosts cottage had everything you coukd need personally we like really soft beds so these want for us but was great quality and great beding. We flew over from Australia to see family was good to have some where we coukd escape through.

The location of this cottage is fantastic, with views over the Dee Estuary. Although the aspect is open it is still private and quiet. We loved our stay.

As we had elderly people with mobility problems with us, access into the property could be improved, also the shower would benefit from a grab rail.

Exceptional

Lovely cottage built next to a farm house. Beautiful views from the very well kept garden. Everything you could need is provided in the house and a bottle of prosecco, some cheese, pate and biscuits on arrival which was a nice touch. The lady who owns the property was very pleasant and helpful. You do need a car to get to the property as it is quite a way out of town but that is why you get the lovely views.

The bed in the main bedroom was very hard, not a complaint, just our preference would be for a softer bed.

Perfect week

It was a lovely spacious cottage for two adults and two kids, the kitchen is great, we loved the boiling tap! Paul and Margaret were so friendly and very helpful. We loved the welcome pack, such a lovely touch.

The living room chairs are not the most comfortable but still fine. A small information pack about the property recycling etc would have been useful. But these are only very minor points.

Spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Friendly and helpful hosts. Nice welcome gifts! Lovely view.

A little tricky to find - clearer directions or a what3words reference might be useful. A dishwasher would be a welcome addition. Iffy WiFi.

Beautiful location.....

The cottage is clean, well kept, and comfortable.....Beautiful location and lovely views to wake up to....central to the north coast...would recommend.

The property was perfect for our stay....there were just a few things to highlight about the property missing...There was no information pack relating to the property, eg: the WiFi codes was on a tiny piece of paper in a kitchen drawer, no reminder of when to leave the property, no indication where to leave rubbish, and some information in the website description was not correct...this was pointed out to them and website should now be corrected; the fire advice notice was inside a drawer with a fire blanket inside a cupboard which should really be placed in an accessible area; a folder with a few sight seeing leaflets relating to the area would be useful to look through too.

A beautiful and relaxing luxury place. Paul and his mum Margaret were very friendly and helpful.

The cottage had great views was easy to find and is very handy for touring the north Wales coast and into Snowdonia.

Nothing .. internet was a little slow but it is a rural property .. so all in all it was ok.
