We spent most of our time on the front porch, which had a great swing. The house is close to the beach. Appliances, fans and air conditioning worked well.

This house was perfect for our large family NYE gathering. Across the street from the beach (less than 2 minute walk to get to the beach access path). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the management company was very quick to respond to our questions via text.

Great location….but property needs help
Summary title says it all. Steps from the beach! But the unit itself is showing wear. This is not a luxury rental. The unit functioned for a large family gathering but the linens and furniture need updating. They show wear/tear/stains of being a rental unit. The grounds to need to be better maintained. The only house on the block that badly needed it’s lawn cut. Lawn crew came on Friday and some of the grass was knee high. On a positive note, the units management company was super helpful and friendly. Checkin/checkout was a breeze. The listing could have been more clear. It was clear that it was entire house but it is really two rental units…an upstairs and a downstairs unit. Had to walk outside to get upstairs or downstairs.

Great Beach House
The house is great, better than pictured. A/C works well,, house is well stocked, can't beat the location and proximity to beach, grocery, restaurants/bars, marina, golf. We loved having 2 living areas so our group could split up when needed. Will definitely be coming back

Pleasant.
This arrangement was great for the four families that come on our trip. The home was just as it appears on the site. There are two separate living spaces - upstairs and downstairs- each with separate kitchens and living areas. We appreciated the separate living spaces, which lends itself to gatherings as desired. One morning we all came together for breakfast downstairs, then one evening we all came together for dinner upstairs. We also enjoyed the evenings sitting on the screen porches with rocking chairs and swings. However, the exterior of the home could use a bit more appeal. It seemed out of place among the well manicured gardens of the other homes on the block. Additionally the exterior could use a little refreshing paint and reinforced brickwork near the outside shower (very convenient after a visit to the beach). Overall our stay here was peaceful and pleasant, I'd book again.

Typical beach rental
This best features of the this property were its proximity to the beach, shopping and the ample parking on site. The property could use a good deep clean and refresh. The linens were scratchy, rugs were stained and the bathrooms were in need of updating. The location and ability to house a large groups were the upside. There was also dog poop all over the yard making it tough to use.

Good for the Money
The house was good for what we needed. The kitchens could use a good cleaning. We also were locked out of the house at 7pm. We had to call the non-emergency number twice just to get new codes for re-entry and that took over an hour of being on the phone and waiting. We also never got the new code for the bottom level entry, I was told it would be emailed and it never was. We were in town for a wedding and because of being locked out, my husband missed the rehearsal dinner. Our car keys were locked in the house. The description also states “contactless entry” which is true, however you have to stop by the rental property to get the code before getting in the home. That should be stated in the description. Overall it was a good stay. Just a few hiccups. The house overall was nice and roomy. The location is great, close to the beach, stores and restaurants.
