This studio is your comfort away from home. Fully furnished with a new Queen size Murphy bed, full-size sleeper futon, remodeled bathroom and kitchen. Flat-screen TV with cable, A/C and free WiFi.

Beach towels, umbrella, chairs and cooler ready for you. Come and enjoy the Florida ocean and sun! Complimentary Bicycles available. Please let us know in advance if you're interested to reserve.

No smoking inside the unit please.

The property is located about 1.5 miles from Anglin's Fishing Pier to the South and Pompano Beach Pier to the North, where you will find many restaurants, bars and shops.

The beach is semi private, quiet and relaxing , great for a get away from from hustle and bustle.

This stay was the second half of our vacation. It was cooler on the coast than it was in Orlando (first half of vacation). Wife and I have stayed here on several occasions before by ourselves. We spent more time in the area than the last two times when we had other commitments. There are some favorite places to stop by around a mile away. This place is a nice break from the day to day - cozy interior. Nice pool and just a few feet from the ocean. Will be back (again).

Our stay was perfect. Pool and beach could not have been closer. Nice walk or quick circuit ride to restaurants/bars/grocery store just a mile up the road. The property was clean, quiet and everyone was so friendly. Will definitely be returning.

Great property, fantastic owners, great location, nothing bad to say, had a great stay. Perfect location for a pre-cruise stay. This place is right on the ocean, with a pool in front of your unit. Nice, quiet, and relaxing. Thanks, Alex!

Weather did not cooperate entirely with us (unseasonably cool) so we didn’t use the pool this stay but the beach and ocean draw you into immediate comfort. Second time at this property and first time in this specific unit. Both are equally outfitted and comfortable.

This is our second time staying at this location (1480 S. Ocean) and second using Alex as a host. The condo was very clean and Alex was quick with a response if a question was asked. Excellent location on the beach as well. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay on the beach but close to “nightlife”, this would be it.

The location was perfect! The apartment was exactly what we needed for our visit. Good security and a great neighborhood. The Circuit and it’s drivers were also superb, no need for Uber locally. Some of the best communication we’ve had with owners/hosts. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town

This place is so close to perfect - the pool out the front door, the beach steps away, a lovely patio to watch the sunrise and so quiet! It was more than what I’d expected and just what I needed. Aleyda and Alex were the best hosts with communication, welcome, ease of booking, and checkout. They set the standard for excellence so now I’ll compare others moving forward to them. What a gem of a place!

Great location, right on the beach. Owners were great, extremely friendly, quick response and very accommodating. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area. Condo had everything you need, cute decor and very comfortable. Definitely 5 stars in all categories.

We had an amazing time on our vacation at The international. Check in was a breeze and the host was quick to answer any questions that came up. The condo is in a great location with the beach right outside the gate, shopping nearby, and lots of restaurants to choose from. Everything you need for cooking to relaxing on the beach is provided. If we ever come back to the area we will definitely check the availability of this condo again. Thank you!

Property is well maintained, but a bit dated. We did not rent a car and were very thankful for the bikes. The nearest grocery/food stop was about a mile away. Alex was very accomodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. We would stay again for the safe, friendly, and affordable environment.

We had a wonderful stay. Alex and Aleyna could not have been more accommodating. The studio was perfect for the 2 of us. Location was great - just a few steps from the beach. And a nit too long walk to Lauderdale-by- the-sea center. I highly recommend.

We love coming back to this studio. Steps from the beach and pool. So lovely. Thanks for the new mattress on the Murphy bed! Was very comfortable. This has become an annual trip for us. The place is clean and had everything we needed! ❤️

The property was exactly as described, close to the beach and local stores/restaurants. We appreciated the provided beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. The property was nicely appointed with kitchen necessities, electronics and games. The bed was comfortable too (it appeared to be a newer foam type mattress). The hosts were so accommodating and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely recommend this place and would like to return next year. Hopefully our next visit won’t be during a once in a thousand year rain event like the one we experienced (non-hurricane weather, but many inches of rain in a 24 hour period that caused widespread flooding and closed FLL airport)! Thank you for a fun trip and much needed beach time!

We loved the property It was very convenient, easily accessible, exceptionally clean and nicely decorated . The bathroom seemed brand new, and had everything you would need. We had no issues with the noise from the Murphy bed, although it did creek a bit. The pool was warm, inviting and never too crowded . The beach and beachside veranda were easily accessible, which worked well for us dine we are both handicapped. Publix and some restaurants were within a mile. If you have a special occasion or want a nice dinner out , Sea Watch Restaurant nearby is a great choice. My advice is to skip Kaluz, the vastly overrated upscale restaurant on Commercial Blvd. Food was good, prices were inflated but the service awful. We paced a lot into three days and Aleyda was most helpful.

We were very impressed with the location, cleanliness and cute decorations of the studio room and rapid response of the owner when we asked questions. We felt secure with the locked gates to the pool area, beach entrance and rooms. There were many extras in the room; coffee, books, games, linens. Parking was very close and secure. We had a few questions and the responses were prompt. We hope to return as we had a great stay!

The suite had everything we needed. The kitchen had all the necessities with bonus points for the beach chairs and towels. We used the bikes to go to the store and explore the area. The beach is nice and not crowded. The property is older and nothing fancy but the suite is updated and clean. The bed is very noisy especially when getting in or out and not the most comfortable and the couch could be updated but otherwise all was good.

The property was clean and well furnished with necessary supplies. It was great having bike transportation to use during the stay. The communication with the property caretakers was excellent! They took care of any issues immediately. The beach right outside of the gates was perfect and convenient and the pool water was very comfortable to be able to swim! The one thing we DEFINITELY had an issue with is the creakiness of the bed/mattress. It was VERY loud. If you are a restless sleeper you would be woke up by the loud sound for sure. Would consider staying again but with a new bed.

Great unit for our short stay of 4 nights. Ideally located midway between Pompano Beach and Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Bang next to the beach. Easy access to many very good restaurants in the two towns. During our stay we couldn't use the beach as it was very cold for FL (< 50F) in late December. But in good weather, the location can't be beat.

Nice studio efficiency in complex with private beach and pool. Owner was immediately responsive to comminications through VRBO. Only one mile from Lauderdale By The Sea pier and 1.5 miles from Pompano Beach pier. Kitchen and Bathroom appear to have been recently upgraded.

The condo was perfect with everything needed. The owners were great hosts and although our trip was short, we are going to go back for my birthday this year and stay a little bit longer. I recommend this rental for anyone who is looking for a little bit of everything which this unit has and if they did not have it the hosts wouldn't mind going out of their way to find it or get it to you. Very nice rental. we will be back.

We truly loved pretty much everything about this property. The beach was so close and always not many people, the bikes, the extras like cooler, chairs, umbrella, were much appreciated. Our nightly rides up and down Fort Lauderdale by the Sea were the best. The owners were kind and very attentive to our needs. Will definitely be black.
