About this apartment rental

This condo has two bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a queen and a double. There are two full bathrooms. Located in the highly sought after Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. It is located in Tower 1 on the 5th floor just steps from of the elevator. The panoramic wall of windows in the living room and dining room offer a breath taking view of the ocean and the main pool at the resort. You will enjoy having your morning coffee on the balcony listening to the sound of the ocean. This condo sleeps 8. The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet and a private master bathroom with double vanities. Second bedroom offers a queen size and a full bed with access to the hall bathroom. Should you have small children, we have a pack n play for your use.
Kitchen has been completely remodeled with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with kitchen wear including a Keurig machine.
Living room has plenty of seating on the queen size sleeper sofa. You may also want to enjoy the view from the swivel chairs by the windows.
Full size HE washer and dryer are available in the unit for your use. We provide some beach towels.
Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is a gated community with security, lots of parking and just a few steps to the tower. Arrivals and Departures are convenient and easy with covered entrance for loading and unloading with luggage carts available for use.
Resort has one of the best restaurants on Front Beach Road, “Oceans” at the resort right outside your door.
This condo is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.
Once you have experience all that Edgewater has to offer, you won’t want to stay anywhere else!
After your booking is complete, approximately 2 weeks before your stay we will email you a link to register you and your party with the complex. This verification will be your receipt for the gate manager who will issue you your parking passes. Upon registering, a $50/parking resort fee will be required by Edgewater. Wrist band must be worn for 12 years and older, these will be located in your unit.

We loved this property! The location to the pool and beach is perfection along with the view. The condo is beautifully decorated with furniture that makes sense (we loved the swivel chairs located by the floor to ceiling windows that overlooked the pool/beach/ocean). The master room had the most comfortable bed and pillows with a huge closet that was able to accommodate all our dance convention gear plus suitcases. We would rent here again in a heartbeat if returning to PCB!

Within the first 20 minutes of arriving, never having even been to the area before, my husband and I were both ready to book again for next year! Our two girls (9, 4) were SO excited to see a pirate ship and DOLPHINS pretty much immediately after we set out bags down! The grassy area was fantastic, the pool location was incredible, and the walk to the beach was short and easy. Our youngest still does a rest period during the day, so I was able to sit on the patio while she was resting and watch my oldest in the pool (she's a strong swimmer) while my husband got work done in the bedroom with a view of the ocean. The food nearby is delicious, and there was so much to do!! Also. The furniture and beds!!!! I cannot stress this enough. So. Comfortable. We actually googled the couch and bed pillows because it was so nice. The entire vibe of the condo is beachy/coastal, but its subtle and classy and comfortable all at the same time. We travel a lot and this is the first time I think we will be returning to the same Vrbo! Can't wait til next year!!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo!!!

Very beautiful, great views! Location was wonderful! The furniture is more modern. I would not recommend for handicap individuals however, due to no walk-in showers and lower seating, but if you are in physically good shape then absolutely this is a great place to be.

Checked into this property to find that the bedding had not been changed and was filthy. Called the property manager and they were quick to come change this out for us. However the rest of the property could use some cleaning TLC as it was obvious it had not been vacuumed very well and could use a very deep clean. The toilet in the guest bathroom had a problem flushing. Overall the property is nicely updated with great views. Pools were very clean and the beaches great. We ate our lunches and one breakfast at the Oceans restaurant on-site and everything we ate was great. Some of the best food we had our whole trip. I would recommend this unit and would stay again if the cleaning crew was upgraded.

Beautiful condo. Everything was in great condition and very clean. We were with a very large group, 17 families staying throughout the property and we by far had the nicest unit. Great communication with the owner leading up to our arrival with restaurant recommendations and beach rental info. A must rent.

We stayed here for 6 weeks in winter of 2023. This review is based on that long stay. If we had stayed for a short term our review may be different. First of all, the positives.....master bed dresser, night stands, and closet are spacious. The pictures online are accurate. The master bed is very comfie. Communication with ANGIE was very good. Now for the negatives....master bath is horrendous. It is a garden tub with an old shower mat and a wall of mirrors. The caulk is so very moldy. Should def be updated. Very, very gross. The guest BATH is very nice. The tile and grout is interesting, in need of a thorough cleaning. Balcony furniture is very rusty and falling apart. Living room furniture, other than the blue chairs, is very uncomfortable. The couch is a "sleeper" but could possibly only fit one person. Could use some new pots and pans and more kitchen items. The washer door is STILL broken but there is a note telling you that it is broken and how to manage it. Oh, and the rug under the master bed could be either replaced or deep cleaned as it was pretty nasty. Lastly, the view is great but the windows were very dirty.

We loved our stay in PCB! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location and views were amazing! I thought it would be crazy in Panama City for Spring Break but it was surprisingly quiet. Definitely teens around but not nearly as many or as loud as I thought. Our hosts were great and so communicative. The condo was comfortable and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!

Great rental experience. Owner/property manager has made sure to account for every detail during your stay. Comfortable, clean, and in the Best Location on the property. Property itself is very well maintained. Oceans Bar-n-Grill had good food and great drinks. Keep in mind the fitness center is across the street and you will need to pay additional fees to use the facility. Ok, if it’s one or two of you, but gets expensive quick with a family. Multiple heated pools, and hot tubs on the property. Great vacation and we would absolutely stay in this specific unit again. I can’t imagine there is another condo as nice as this one. Thank you!

The property is in the perfect location within the resort. High enough to have a good view, low enough that you're not spending half your trip on the elevator. We did have the garbage disposal and the dishwasher both give us trouble during our visit. The owner was quick to handle both issues which was much appreciated. I'd say the unit needed a little love for the price we paid to stay. Some doors were off tracks, the dryer door hinge was broken, some trim was just set in place. The master bathroom needed a new coat of paint as there was something all over the walls. If this was addressed I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this location again.

The owners of the condo were great to work with. Easy to contact if I had questions before the trip. When we needed something in the condo, they took care of it. I would rent this condo again. We were on the 5th floor. Great view of the beach from our room. Condo was fully stocked for cooking. As for the property, it was clean. The large pool was nice. We didn't rent the beach chairs, because they didn't have the loungers anymore. We saw numerous people bring all their beach stuff down to the beach everyday. We are more pool people, so we brought our pool noodles and stayed in the pool. We stayed at the resort when the USFA World Series was going on in Panama City Beach. LOTS of young kids under 12. It was busy, but not overcrowded.

I’m the end, we were all very happy with the resort, it’s location, amenities, etc. As far as the unit and owners themselves, this unit had better communications and very clear instructions. My family and I loved this unit and owners. We would go back and even rent this exact unit again.

Overall, our experience was good. The property was being cleaned when we arrived at check in time because the cleaning crew they thought they had more time prior to our arrival. There were a couple of minor issues with the residence while we were there, but these were addressed quickly by managment.
