On the main road, but sheltered from noise and surrounded by greenery, the two-storey villa overlooks the lake.
The view is breathtaking!
You will be surrounded by the scents and essences typical of the lake.
Recently renovated, the first floor has a large lounge with air conditioning, brand new and large kitchen equipped with dining area, three comfortable and bright bedrooms (one with air conditioning), all with splendid lake views, two bathrooms.
On the second floor there are two double bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom.
On request we provide cot and crib for children (for a fee)
Spacious terrace, equipped for outdoor dining and entertaining with friends!

From the road you come directly to the private parking, also convenient for bicycles, from which you access a downward staircase of 20 steps leading to the house, thus ensuring a privileged and reserved position and an unparalleled panorama.
Ideal for large families, groups of friends or work groups, but also perfect for enjoying a holiday for two, enjoying privacy and romance thanks to its ideal location.
Excellent starting point to visit the picturesque villages of Lake Como and for beautiful walks in the surrounding nature. Elegant and spacious two-story villa, located in an elevated and quiet position, from which you can enjoy a unique view.
15 km from Bellagio and 10 km from Como.

It was the home of the town doctor, who treated the people of the lake for years
