Great location, clean and perfect for our family - would like to have stayed longer

Easy to contact host who was friendly and explained code

Villa smelt of dettol - due to cleaning. No tea towels for drying dishes

The best accommodation I have stayed in for mid price.

Clean, very quiet, the most comfortable beds.

Slightly damp holiday house smell. Opened doors and windows when we went in and it helped.

Pretty close to be home away from home

Walking distance from the beach. Well equipped kitchen and laundry.

The bedrooms were a bit hot and stuffy. Fans were provided although I think an extra aircon would be great

Close to the city centre and Busselton Jetty.

Unit 7 was dirty, sticky floors, cobwebs, dirty fridge, greasy dishes and cutlery. Broken fly screens full of bugs and couldn’t keep the door open as bugs would come through the multiple holes. Bird excrement on concrete outside. So disappointed and flabbergasted that Booking.com don’t do any checks to see if properties are maintained. We would never stay there again even if we got free accommodation. Even if you have basic accommodation it should still be clean & habitable. We were totally disgusted & personally should receive a full refund for such a poor experience.

It was very clean and the host were very warm. All the facilities are available in the house. I

The hosts provided even with dishwashing powder. All facilities are available. You may only carry food. The property was very clean and quiet. The Internet was superb.

Short holiday

The units location was only a few drive into town. The unit itself was well equipped, and clean, the bathroom and toilet had handrails which surprised me as i am disabled.

There could have been somewhere in the bathroom to put your clothes would have been helpful, There was not a wardrobe or anywhere in the main bedroom to hang clothes, the doors into the bedrooms did not close properly otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Ons verblijf was heel goed en we voelden ons hier thuis en zijn goed uitgerust.

Het was een heel ruime en schone unit. Alles was aanwezig en het was mooi en comfortabel ingericht. En het was 5 min lopen van het strand. De Host was heel aardig en behulpzaam.

Host was not good. Poor quality cooking utensils. Only one heater. Oil heaters are dangerous.

As we stayed in winter we did need a dryer but only as we have a 1 year old who goes through millions of clothes a day

Not great, better options in Busselton. Needs an upgrade.

Three bedrooms was good

Not solid doors on bedrooms was a big problem may have well been in one room. The bathroom is in desperate need of an upgrade and only sink was the laundry sink for doing makeup etc

The apartment was spacious for a family. Location was ideal close proximity to the Busselton Jetty, especially for children to play.

The toilet walls were dirty, I had to wipe the walls with disinfectant wipes. It looks like dirt marks on the toilet door, walls and various spots throughout the apartment. I was not happy about having to clean. There was no dryer in the apartment not ideal with children. I paid similar price for a new apartment in Broadwater and it had a dryer. I definitely would not stay again.
