the location was wonderful, great beach access! We loved having a pool to use as well. The balcony was a great place to enjoy the ocean view. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed being able to cook a meal and do laundry if needed.
There was active construction which made the property not as picturesque and quiet, and the pool itself could have used more cleaning attention-particles of construction debris. We saw people vacuum the sand out of the bottom but no one ever skimmed the pool. We wish the pool lights were turned out at night. The inside of the unit could have been more thoroughly cleaned. The screens on the sliding patio doors need repair. Would have been nice to have a discounted rate due to construction.

The view was amazing, and the room was comfortable. This was the first time me and my husband have been able to take our kids on a family vacation, we saved for two years to plan the perfect trip. My family and I still managed to have fun despite all day construction right next to our balcony everyday, and the pool being closed the whole time, which was the main amenity that we were looking forward to. I reached out several times to see if we could change locations due to the construction...nothing. I didn't find out the pool would be closed until 3 days before our vacation, making it too late to cancel. This was so disappointing.
Vacasa is the absolute worst when it comes to communication. I have reached out 7 times over the last 45 days via email, voicemail, texts, and customer service line tickets, but still to this day have not received any responses. I even went as far as walking into the Vacasa office while on this vacation, left a note with the front desk receptionist to have the property manager call me when she got back from lunch...nothing.
