Our Happy Place is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom (4th bedroom is an unenclosed loft), 1,932 sq ft luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floor plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary-style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in our large family room.
The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Everything about our stay went smooth. House was very clean and lots to do in the area. Don’t hesitate about this place. It served its purpose very well. Large table for 10 in the middle of the first floor made hanging out fun. Overall very nice quiet and safe neighborhood.

The property and community were great and we really enjoyed our stay. The only real negatives/suggestions would be that we wished there were more sports channels available to watch at night on TV (e.g. ESPN, ESPN2, Fox Sports, etc.), and parking in the neighborhood can be a nightmare. There is only 1 parking spot available for this property in the driveway and there is no street parking so it was a feeding frenzy to try and find one of the few community parking spots. I believe a lot of the neighbors' units were not rented for the weekend so maybe if they could have an agreement between the various owners to allow guests from other properties to park in their driveway on days not rented.

We stayed at the ledges for a week in May and it was absolutely perfect. We loved exploring Saint George, and the property was a short and beautiful drive from St. George. The property itself was clean, updated, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for our stay. The property managers Were checking in with us and readily available if we needed anything. The pools were perfect after a long days of hiking in Zion. We would absolutely stay again.

We stayed here with some family and it was just perfect. We loved the proximity to the town center and snow canyon. The place fit our families perfectly. We really enjoyed the balcony and the fire pit. It was really clean and beautifully decorated. We used the grill one day and it worked great. We loved the pool. It felt warm and inviting but also very practical. We’re planning on coming back.

Our stay was great! Perfect place for a girls weekend in St. George. Plenty of beds and space to hang out together, nice linens, plenty of towels and enough dishes that we didn't have to wash anything until we were leaving. Two very minor issues we noticed was that the washer had a bad, mildew smell when we opened the closet door. It's a front load and we know those tend to have issues if you aren't running wash every day or you leave the door closed. We also had a minor glitch with the TV in the main room on our last night. We fixed it by swapping batteries in the remote and by unplugging/replugging in the TV. So nothing bad enough to impact the satisfaction of our stay, but things that should be addressed by the management company.

The property was awesome. It was clean and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. It exceeded our expectations and we will definitely book there again! Thank you for helping make our holiday enjoyable with a great place to stay!

Property was clean. My only critique was that we couldn’t find cutting boards, and the cake pans were rusted and unusable. But kitchen was well stocked, home was well furnished and we enjoyed our stay! It was close to everything we wanted to do. Thank you for hosting us!

Happy place was a great accommodation for our group of 12 for mini weekend family reunion. Tons of room, comfortable seating and beds. Outdoor space was also inviting for the group. Check in & comms were a breeze.

This house was perfect for our family! It was really clean when we arrived. The location is perfect for the pool and the pickleball court. It has everything you need for cooking and it was really nice to have a gas grill on the patio. The king beds in the bedrooms were awesome. We loved this house and would definitely return.

This was a great place to stay. It met all our needs except one. No internet.
The internet was out the whole time. They tried to fix it but it didn’t stay on. And there was a foul, fishy smell in the kitchen disposal every time we turned on the water. Other than that it was a nice place that fit all 13 of us comfortably.

Great place, just outside of town
Excellent home with plenty of ammenities. It is just outside of town with a fun pool, fun hot tub. Pickleball courts were a lot of fun. the house was very clean and had a great layout. We had 2 families staying here and felt like there was plenty of space for everyone to have a good time.

Overall this house was nice and fit our needs. It was clean and fairly well maintained. The door to the main level master suite did not open and close well. In addition, there were no kitchen towels or washcloths to use for drying dishes. I found an undergarment that had clearly been worn and was wadded up in one of the nightstands. The most disappointing part was that we could not get the Direct TV to work on any of the TVs except on the main floor family room. In fact, the batteries had been taken out of the other remotes and one of the remotes had corroded batteries in it. We ended up purchasing batteries for the remotes but still could not get the Direct TV to work. I have stayed at many other properties at the Ledges and have never had any issues. I would choose a different property over this one next time my family and I stay at the Ledges.
