Superb

the house is nothing spectacular but has all you need. location is marvelous this is the greatest thing about it . nice closed complex with plenty other houses around. 2 m from beach , close to city center. very close to nice beach bars - amazing overall

check in was a bit slow and painful but other than that the host was super friendly gave us a lot of recommendations and helped a lot.

Location was excellent! Newly renovated and clean. The kitchen, and main floor were nice and comfortable. Nice outdoor space/garden. Friendly owners.

The bedrooms and bathroom were very small. The 2 story rental only has 1 air condition unit. It's in the stairway. Bedrooms were very hot and uncomfortable during a hot July.

Too expensive for this type of accommodation.

House is enough for family. Yard is bih favourite. Upper level is new, clean with new furniture and other. The beach is really near , but not part of coast with facilities. There are all appliances in kitchen. Towels and bed covers often delivered clean set.

Host didn’t answer on my first sms when we arrived. Yard in really bad shape…dirty, sun umbrellas not in function. In house very dangerous stairs for kids. First thing I must to do when arrived to buy 3 sets of battery for remotes. Lots of ants in house. Insect nets and aly windows in bad shape. Shops really far away, and in front of house not pawed road. Like on Booking said, there is no ocean view, and for this apartment not courtyard-inneryard view.

Easy beach getaway for families

Very close to the beach and in a family friendly quiet enclave. Within walking distance to good restaurants and not near the loud and busy part of Nikiti

Great stay

Easy self check in, there was sunbeds and umbrellas provided, additional toilet at the first floor. The location is perfect few steps to the beach

The stairs are a little bit challenging.

The position is great, very close to the beach but a very quiet location in the evening. Very nice green grass lot in front and nice sitting area outside, with an umbrella to shade it, barbecue facilities, Nespresso machine in the kitchen. Fully furbished kitchen. The fact that there were 3 sunbeds available that we could take to the beach in front. There was also an umbrella for the beach. I liked the water hose to clean the feet and slippers from sand of the beach.

the rooms were very small, they said cleaning would be every 4th day, but there was none

Great location. Great host and cllean villa. We got used to the villa in about few days as we were just sleeping there.

House is too small. The stairs are too steep. Basic kitchen (we didn't use it once for 2 weeks) You can see than no money has been spent here for quite a while. No chop board. Just one bread knife and one small steak knife. The TV is smaller than my llaptpp. Just one AC placed between the floor with the idea to cool down 2 floors. Impossible task in August even for a property of this size. The bathroom is very small with an old fashion curtain. If you take a shower and use the washing machine - water overflows. Ideally, the owner should refurbish the property and bring it up to a decent standard.

Amazing villa with plenty of space

The location of the villa and the garden in front was perfect! We had a great stay and will definitely hope to come again in this beautiful place.

The boiler was not turned on before our arrival and we found that later in the day, so we needed to wait a little before having a hot water.
