This 3-room semi-detached house offers comfortable furnishings over two floors connected by an exterior staircase. On the lower ground floor, you'll find a double bedroom with an attached shower and toilet, as well as an exit leading to the garden. The upper floor features a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, dining table, satellite TV, and air conditioning. This floor also includes another double bedroom and an open kitchen equipped with four hot plates, a kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate shower room with a bidet and toilet.
Amenities Included
The property provides several amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. Air conditioning is available, though it may incur additional charges. There is a washing machine for your convenience, and pets are allowed (maximum one pet/dog). Satellite TV and a microwave are provided for your entertainment and culinary needs. The maximum capacity for this unit is six guests, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
