Bela localização e relação preço qualidade para quem tem carro e quer explorar o golfo de orosei.

Apartamento novo e muito limpo. Tudo o necessário para uma estadia confortável! Localização - Distância a pé da praia e do centro. Local para deixar o carro perto da entrada. Vista do terraço.

Vacanza ad Orosei

La vicinanza dal centro di Orosei, perfetto per poter uscire a cena o dopo cena con una piacevole passeggiata di 5 minuti. Vicinanza a farmacia, supermercato e a tutti i servizi. Comodo per la visita a tutte le località del Golfo. Possibilità di parcheggio nella struttura e casa funzionale per le esigenze di una famiglia. Secondo me Marina di Orosei non é raggiungibile facilmente a piedi (sono quasi 2 km e la ciclabile/ pedonale é completamente al sole).

Il patio é condiviso con un altro appartamento anche se, devo dire, non ci si dà fastidio. Il tavolo esterno é assolutamente inutile per mangiare in 4 persone. Nella casa non sono presenti: tovaglia, mollette per stendere panni, asciughini per i piatti, spugne, presine e non ci sono padelle (solo pentole). Una delle due camere é praticamente altezza giardino e, pertanto, non é possibile aprire la finestra che, non essendo dotata di zanzariere, permette l'entrata di ogni tipo di animale.

Piacevole soggiorno in famiglia ad Orosei

Mini appartamento completamente nuovo, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Orosei e un po' di più dalla spiaggia. Completo di ogni cosa necessaria ad ospitare una famiglia con neonato (culla, lavatrice, aria condizionata).

Assenza di wifi e all'interno dell'appartamento prendeva poco o nulla la connessione dati degli smartphone.

Disappointment! - we didn´t get what we ordered

The residence belongs to a nearby hotel. Very nice location, close to the center. The apartment was clean, nice and modern.

Unfortunately we received a completely different apartment than the one we ordered. We should have had an apartment with a terrace and a sitting area. Instead it was an apartment on the 3rd floor without an elevator and even without a balcony. Arrogant attitude and reluctance to solve anything despite the fact that we had the ground floor with a terrace directly indicated on their booking confirmation. No compensation, no money back. On the last day before departure, the water stopped flowing in the whole house! (very unpleasant) Be careful because you may not get what you ordered!

New build, nice rooms with everything you need. Good location with few nice restaurants and shops around. Close drive to the beach.

The building is refreshed and looks very nice. It is close to the city center but in a quieter area. The apartment was spacious and clean, there is air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom and washing machine. A parking space is available on the property.

The reception is in a different building and there is no information about that. There should be information on the front door where to find it or the host should send this information before guests arrive via booking - a simple solution. The kitchen is not well equipped. You can find odd kitchen utensils like meat scissors or a herb cleaver, but no sharp knife, kettle or corkscrew. Walls or doors are thin so you can hear neighbors talking.

Good value for money but bad noise insulation

Great location ( close to supermarket, beach and restaurants) , staff was very helpful and always respond quickly on the emails . Apartments are all new , clean and you can find anything you need ! The only problem was noise ... you can hear how people talk , move chairs ... I would advise to stay on the top floor apartments 402 or 403 ( as they also have balcony) but you will still hear people from below you. But that is the only minus , neighbourhood is quite . If you are not looking for extremely quite apartments this is 10 out of 10!

Very bad noise insulation, was hard to sleep if neighbours move chairs or stamp the floor.

Double check, does your apartment is not located in the basement...

Good price. New apartment - we were first guests there.

First of all I booked apartment on ground-floor and I got apartment partly in basement. It means it was kind of -1/2 floor. Behind the bedroom window is just the wall (there is some kind of ditch there for rain or just to let some daylight in). In front of the terrace is also some wall, no view as it's shown on the pictures in profile. Secondly, AC wasn't working properly. Minimum temperature possibly reached was around 24C. AC box, placed on the terrace was turning on ever and again for just few seconds to stop with some clanging noise. Last but not least, kitchen was not fully equipped. I understand it's new and some things might be missing but there were no lids for the pots, no corkscrew (in Italy it should be basic equipment), coffee pot wasn't suitable for induction cooker which apartment is equipped with. Remember there is no WiFi in apartment (it's written of course in apartment description) but because of placing apartment partly in basement, cellular signal is really weak.
