Holiday Home Hunter are delighted to offer another great apartment at Belmont Court. We love this location and we know our guests do as well so I'm sure this gorgeous place will go down a storm!
Sitting pretty just off Woolacombe seafront Esplanade is this great two bed-room apartment, it’s main features being the amazing sea view from living/diner/kitchen and balcony and it’s close proximity to both Woolacombe beach and village.
Having parked in the allocated parking space the apartment is accessed via the main entrance and number 1 is just on the left after entering into the communal hallway.
The main living area is at the front taking advantage of the wonderful views across to Woolacombe beach and beyond. This great living space incorporates a large lounge with bay window, dining area and kitchen all enjoying the same great views.
The living room has retained some of the old Victorian features such as fire surround and cornicing. There is a large wall mounted flat screen TV and sumptuous sofas and chairs to seat everyone.
The dining table and chairs can seat up to six. In the kitchen there are modern units, fridge-freezer, cooker, hob, microwave and washing machine.
Both the bedrooms and family bathroom are off the main corridor that runs through the apartment. The family bathroom has a white suite of bath with shower attachment for hair-washing, WC and sink basin.
There is a good size master bedroom and the quiet rear of the apartment with it’s own shower room en-suite with WC and sink basin and single shower cubicle. The master has a king-size wooden bed, wardrobe and chest of drawer storage and there are bedside units and lamps either side of the bed. It has a window to the rear. A travel cot is provided.
The second bedroom has white wood bunk beds and a single, a window to the rear. It has chest of drawer storage for clothes and a few hanging hooks but no wardrobe.
This lovely two bedroom apartment sleeps up to five and is an ideal place to spend a family holiday in Woolacombe. The village is less than a ten minute walk away.

Belmont court location within very easy walk to the town and beach. views of the beach can be seen from some of the apartments.
parking can be a little difficult as entrance has a very sharp turning and steep from a narrow road. i have stayed there 3 times and find it very convenient . Clean well equipped and spacious.

Iv stayed in various accommodation in Wooly" over years but have always had my eye on this one because of the position. Finally booked right one lol" I wasn't disappointed. due to my health having the view and space this flat has in all rooms was so so good. There was a few things that need looking at but Holiday Home Hunter as always provided excellent customer service. I found the master bed mattress is very hard so I will take a topper next time. and an extra frying pan. Also be very aware of the doors as they tend to slam easy if you've back door open nd windows Iv booked again for next year for two weeks. Cant wait !!!!

A lovely apartment with good fixtures and fittings including a new television with apps for Amazon Prime etc.
The view from the apartment is definitely 'one of the best' with a large balcony to enjoy the view and the sunshine.
We hope return next year as, having rented this apartment, we think we've found our favourite!

What a wonderful flat in a fabulous location. We had the best time and will return for sure! Perfect location for visiting the beach and a fab balcony to enjoy the view. Very clean throughout and bright lounge and kitchen. The outdoor shower was a bonus for getting sand free after the beach

This apartment is in an ideal spot on the esplanade, you’re a stones throw of town and and the smaller beaches. Also there’s no climb up to Belmont Court like there is with other accommodations, so unloading the car comes easy.
The rooms are spacious with a beautiful view of the bay, we like the adjoining kitchen to the lounge. The bunk beds are great for out girls they love it. The only pitfall is the mattress in the double room, you may as well sleep on the dining table. We’re in hope that they replace it at some point as we’ve both returned with back trouble.
The cleaners could do a better job, dust everywhere and kitchen is sticky, wiping the handles over wouldn’t hurt.
As bad as the beds are we’d still return, anything to return to Woolacombe.

The location is faultless and the accommodation is comfortable. However, a couple of issues: the lack of toilet rolls in bathrooms (there was just a small amount in the family bathroom and none at all in the ensuite) was a little disappointing after a four hour drive! This was something that HHH say are provided. And the lack of a mirror in the family bathroom proved to be a real problem for the two shavers in the family!
Just a note - would rather have a loo roll provided than the lacklustre "welcome pack" of canned low alcohol wine and teabags which are hopeless without milk!!
Luckily we had a grocery delivery due but will take a couple of loo rolls with us next time!

We stayed the same week last year. Nothing much changed, good to see the chopping boards I suggested had been provided, thank you.
We found the cleanliness good when we arrived and the welcome bag was much appreciated.
There are new sofas, unfortunately the 4 adults in the party all felt they were too deep and low and therefor for us uncomfortable. Two adults used the single bed and lower bunk, both mattresses were very soft and did not give a good nights sleep, perhaps ok for children. The main bedroom does have a musty smell, as not much ventilation I assume.
The threshold to the bathroom was broken last year, not sure if this was replaced and has suffered the same fate?
The kitchen could do with a measuring jug, otherwise excellent except for the lack of a dishwasher which would be a benefit when on holiday.
That all said, it is a great apartment, with amazing views and sunsets, we would go again as the location is perfect for the beach and shops etc. Walking from there around the coast or along the beach gives plenty of variety.

Very convenient location for the beach and no steep hill to access the flat on foot. The apartment itself was clean and spacious and while we didn’t cook there it was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The addition of a dishwasher would be a bonus for anyone cooking and eating there.

Another beautiful stay in this superb, well-equipped flat. The location is amazing, with wonderful views of the sea, and very near to the beaches. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Plenty of shed space for boards etc, and an outside shower great for washing the sand off. Lovely big balcony.

Lounge with a view
Comfortable large apartment, with fantastic views and a great patio to soak up the afternoon sun. With the bedrooms on the back and side it was very quiet. Only my husband and myself but would very roomy for a family.
Didn’t need to use the car all week, as close to all beaches, and excellent for all cliff walks around.

Gorgeous views!
This flat has a wonderful location just minutes from the main beach. The views of the beach from the lounge, kitchen and balcony are stunning. We enjoyed our stay and especially the bag of treats provided on our arrival.

Lovely Stay in Woolacombe
Love Woolacombe and our stay at 1 Belmont Court. Apartment has everything you need, except a hairdryer, so don't forget to pack one (like I did!)

Unbeatable
Booked this stay for my mom at her favourite location and the apartment was simply outstanding. Clean, spacious, high end furniture, excellent customer service when needed with a few personal issues and the views from the front window was stunning. Booked again to return next year as my mom loved it so much.

A relaxing week
The property was well placed for the beach and town with lovely views of the beach and Lundy island. We were surprised at how much room the apartment offered and the balcony was very pleasant for the afternoon evening sun.
Having to wait until 5pm is more to do with staff shortages I suspect as it only took an hour to prepare the property before we moved in, not a deep clean for Covid as suggested, but we accept that these are unusual times. The 9am leave time also was a little early, based on previous properties rented, but again understandable.
The TV had Netflix etc which was perfect for an evening movie, large fridge and freezer so we only had to shop once and a good oven and plenty of kitchen utensils. I would suggest a melamine chopping board for raw meat rather than a wooden board for everything, but delighted to have decent kitchen knives for a change!
We have booked again as a result, we enjoy Woolacombe and the surrounding areas having camped for years here, especially the surf which can be monitored from the lounge before committing yourself to the beach.

A fabulous flat which needs a bit of tlc

Lovely and spacious flat extremely close to the beach with stunning sea views
The pictures do not do justice to this flat - there is loads of room, plenty of room to sit in the kitchen as a family as well as the very spacious living room. All with the most fantastic sea views. Also a balcony, which is half under the flat above, so you can sit outside even when drizzly. The second bedroom has plenty of space for three older children, and plenty of room in the double room. The outside shower is a huge benefit for washing sand off before entering the building, and the storage shed is large enough for surf boards etc. We did more cooking for ourselves this year than in previous years, due to the ‘pingdemic’ closing some premises, and catering was easy in this kitchen, not cramped at all.
The dedicated parking space is big enough for a large family car, although I personally am sometimes a little nervous of the approach on an incline.
It is so close to the beaches that we are in danger of becoming lazy, just popping out to swim when we feel like it! No need for excessive planning and carrying of hundreds of items in case you need them - popping back is so easy.
I have made sure I have already booked for next year.

Woolacombe staycation
Back from a week In woolacombe property location fantastic but could do with a little TLC on fixtures and fittings. Due to covid we was not able to gain entry till 6pm and had to leave by 9am which really cuts your holiday short and if travelling from a far can be a problem when you cannot guarantee the weather. I would have expected a spotless property with the time changes but this was not the case.

Location ,view cleanliness all great bed ok but the sofas in the lounge are diabolical and worn out my wife and i are in our late sixties both have returned with back aches it’s such a shame, the fan in the bathroom is broken and it is windowless so nothing clears in there ,sadly it has put us off returning to a fantastic location that just needs a little investment,If only.

Lovely apartment with amazing sea views
Fantastic location with the most amazing sea views. Apartment is spacious and well equipped. Parking is outside the apartment, and there’s a locker at the rear of property where you can store your SUP and surf boards.

Excellent with a but.
Excellent location, very clean and tidy.
The only issue which needed attention was lots of mold on tiles in the ensuite which requires fixing.
We would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely family apartment in perfect location
We've just had a fantastic sunny week in Woolacombe which was much needed after lockdown. The apartment was perfectly situated just off the Esplanade and just 2 minutes to the beach. The service from Holiday Home Hunter, the housekeepers and the owners themselves made sure that we felt well looked after. Comfy sofas and beds, great kitchen, great views, good parking and proximity to beach and village - make this one of the best properties we've stayed in as returning visitors to Woolacombe each year.
We would absolutely book 1 Belmont Court again in the future - will be a bit gutted walking past it next Easter when we've already booked a different property!

A few tips for the future
* replacing washing machine with a dishwasher? (I've never washed up as much as this week!)
* bins in bedrooms and bathrooms (there was only 1 bin in the kitchen)
* shower above the bath in the main bathroom would be good (as three teenagers and 1 small en-suite cubicle shower was interesting!)
* new balcony furniture (this had rust or paint on which stained some of our clothes)
* a really good clean of carpets, floors and behind and under beds is needed - they were quite dirty and dusty

Great location in Woolacombe
Just returned from a lovely week in Woolacombe. Arrived late on Friday night to a lovely warm apartment. Felt at home straight away! The apartment is in a perfect position for the main beach and barricane beach and also for the famous Woolacombe Dunes Parkrun which was a short walk away to the start line. We spent quite a lot of time indoors due to Storm Dennis but with free WIFI and amazing view we didn’t mind too much. The apartment was well equipped and was clean and tidy. Had a lovely time and will be hoping to return in the summer.
