About this apartment rental
Premier unit at Edgewater with THE best views possible! There are two master sized bedrooms as you enter the unit on the right with spectacular views of the ocean. Both have new walk in showers, dual vanities, king beds and a sliding glass door to the wrap around patio. Across the hall is a great kids bunk room, with two full over full beds that sleep 8 kids pretty easily. Has a tub shower combo bath.
The unit features a spiral staircase to a wet bar & mini-fridge at the top of the stairs. The penthouse house bedroom has a queen bed, tub/shower combo and a 70 inch TV. Outside is a huge patio space with colorful outdoor furniture-table, 6 chairs and two loungers!. That view is to die for!
The kitchen/dining room/ living room is spacious and welcoming. The kitchen island has two barstools and the dining room square table features space for eight with more ocean views. The living room has a comfy couch and chair to relax and watch the new 80 inch TV. The unit features a new Alexa internet mesh system to ensure a lightning fast connection from every room!
Edgewater resort has restaurants, tennis courts, a nine hole golf course with a heated pool and hot tub just for Tower two! Come make some dreams happen at this premiere rental!
Downstairs:
As you walk into the front door, you have your first master bedroom with a sliding door that goes out into the wrap around patio. There is a king size bed. I As you walk into the Master bathroom you have two closets on either side of the room. After the closets there is a one sink vanity on either side of the bathroom. You then have a door that leads to the shower and toilet.
As you come out of the first master bedroom you will head to the right down the hallway to the 2nd master bedroom to your right. There is a king size bed along with the sliding glass door which leads to the wrap around balcony. You will enter into the bathroom with has a two sink vanity and wall size mirror to your right and the laundry room to your left. You will then walk through a door to the shower and toilet.
Across the hall from the 2nd master is the kid/bunk room. This room has two bunk beds that have a full size bed on top & bottom. This room has a door inside the bedroom which leads to the hallway bathroom. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a one sink vanity. As you come out of the hallway bathroom the spiral staircase to the upstairs will be directly in front of you.
If you make a left out of the hall way bath you will have your kitchen on your left. As you round the corner you have your double door fridge. there is a lot of cabinet space above and below the counters and more in the island which separates the kitchen from the dining room.
The dining room is surrounded by walls of mirrors and windows over looking our beautiful beaches. There is a sliding glass door which leads to the first of the wrap around balcony.
As you look to your right, you have the living room. There is a couch and a love seat along with a reclining chair. There are also two more sliding glass doors in the living room that lead to the wrap around balcony.
Upstairs:
As you get to the top of the spiral staircase, in front of you will be a wet bar which includes a counter space, drawers, coffee maker, cabinets and a little sink. Then will be the upstairs sliding glass door which brings you to the top of the building where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises. It has ample space to kick back and relax. The upstairs balcony has a table top with 4 high, swivel chairs and there are two lounging chairs as well.
Coming back into the unit, you will make a right into the final bedroom. This room has a walk in closet and a queen size bed. The bathroom has a one sink vanity, toilet and tub/shower combo.

Four retired ladies enjoyed the views, location and roomy stay here. The pools and beach are a win. We found there to be great communication with the host. The unit is dated and showing wear. Faucets leaked and require a slight adjustment to keep from running, which was reported. Towels are sparse. No dishwashing soap or cleaning materials, vacuum or broom. The floors were not adequately cleaned. We had heavy storms and one bedroom bathroom had a leak in the ceiling requiring several pots to catch the rain. All reported .. bring extra cleaning supplies and you’ll have a great visit. Very b CB loss to everything

We stayed at this property to have a memorial service for my late father in law. He wanted to rest in peace at PCB. We granted his wishes with his only son and some of his grandsons.
This home was the perfect place to rest shoring our stay. Every bed was comfortable. Eveything we needed was there but the best part was the view of the beach and sunsets.

Fantastic stay. Views were amazing, especially roof top. Elevators really not an issue during the busiest time of year, even with one broken a few times. Lisa was extremely quick to respond the few times I needed her. Plenty of cooking utensils. A/C great all week, even with temps over 95 outside. Volleyball nets right outside on beach.

The only complaint that I have is that the company that bought out Resort properties reduced the number of parking permits to 3 vehicles. The place is great with multiple pools, the beach, several hot tubs, a restaurant, pizza, shop that sells Ice Cream. Everything right there!! We have stayed there for years!!

At first we were going to rent a house but we all agree that this condo was the way to go. There were several pools and a splash pad which made it nice for our family who has a wide range of ages. The beach was right there so we could enjoy the view beautiful view from our balconies. We could not have been more happy with our choice of condos.

Property was perfectly located with beautiful views. Enough room for the whole family including my parents and brother's family. The beach and pools are easily accessed. My one complaint is that the flat sheets for the bunkroom were left on the pillows. We had to make the bunkbeds which is a challenge anyway, but not something you want to do on vacation. Also, no antibacterial soap at the bathroom sinks or kitchen sink which we easily fixed with soap from the store.
The check in and check out process was easy and quick. We will definitely stay again.

This is my family’s second year staying at this property and it has not disappointed. It was 10 people in our party (6 adults and 4 children from 2-8 years old). Both the kids and adults loved it. There was plenty of space and directly on the beach with easy access to everything. The morning and evening views from the rooftop are amazing. Cleanliness was top tier and it was stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely be back next year for our annual fishing trip.

We had a wonderful stay with our family! The condo was great with beautiful views! The only issue we came across was the top bunks did not have bed rails so the young kids weren’t able to sleep up top but the bottoms were full size so we made it work. The property manager was so nice and very helpful with any and all questions! Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely stay here again.

The only downsides were the cosmetic needs (different knick knacks throughout the property) and the common areas (pool needed updates and the elevator area was unclean). Family Vacation
We came down to spend a few days with our high school graduate and other children before he ships to basic training. The unit was perfect for the older kids, plenty of space and beach access. Clean and pretty quiet considering it was a holiday weekend. Kitchen had plenty of the necessary equipment to allow for cooking supper which we prefer. Only about 3/4 mile walk on the beach to the pier.

Beautiful views/poor communication
The view was amazing and the room was great having 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. We had plenty of space for our 3 families. The rooms were sandy when we arrived, including the beds. The air conditioner was off when we arrived and it was 85 degrees out. We turned it on and the room stayed 75-77. 24 hours later someone came but didn’t do anything. Air was fixed after being there 48 hrs. We couldn’t connect directly with a maintenance person and finally connected to property manager after several different attempts. I understand things break however I struggle with having to work so hard to get help after paying penthouse suite price and being on vacation. Space could use some updates inside as well. The balcony was amazing-to make it better, a couple of more lounge chairs as this place is set up for multiple adults/families, a few more supplies (TP, towels, dish soap) for week long stays. Again, for the price, more could be included for a relaxing stay.

It was so-so especially for a no-refund policy and almost $1000 in tacked on fees.
There are things that the owner could not anticipate or change, like the horrible weather, but that is not what this review is about. The check in process was horrible. The address that was given was for the Villas a block away so we had to track down the actual building. We were given an address (by the Edgewater check-in desk people) for an office to See ya at the beach and it was an abandoned building.
For 95% of our stay, there was only 1 elevator for the entire Tower 2 which took ridiculous wait times to get from the 12th floor. The kitchen "pots/dishes" were mediocre and we had to go buy a can opener and other utensils to make it through the week. Even though the layout of the condo was pretty and spacious, it definitely looks aged (rusted air conditioning vents, bathroom cabinet doors barely hanging on the hinges, broken/loose tiles, some sliding glass doors to patio rusted shut. But the biggest issues we had were with cleanliness and attention to broken ammenities. The first night we get in the bed, we find the top sheets are just folded and sort of stuck under the awfully flat pillows, not even made up on the beds. We get in the beds and there is sand still in the sheets! We got there at 4PM and it was raining so we had not even been to the beach so it wasn't our sand. The next morning we wake up, I get up to make coffee, and I have to pour out the old coffee from the people that were there the week before! We got connected to the wifi on our devices the first night but couldn't get the living room tv to connect so we could watch netflix. We kept getting internal errors on the tv screen. I emailed/texted property management and told them. The response was, "that is a brand new tv, no one else has made a complaint. We will try to get maintenance out there tomorrow". We never heard from the again so we had no tv in the main living room for the full week's vacation. The AC rarely cooled the condo as it should have based on what the thermostat read and we meticulously kept all doors/windows closed so it would cool properly.
I stood in front of the elevators and noticed blood on the ground and heard a boy say "yeah my dad cut his hand, that is his." That was the first day. It was still there when we left a week later.
This building I am sure was beautiful back in 1985 but it is long beyond its glory days. It is run down and terriblly needs a facelift and the condo is the same.
We were very disappointed and would not stay here again.

Upon arrival we noticed immediately it was not cleaned properly. We cleaned the entire condo again sweeping up a dead **** roach, candy wrappers, a broken finger nail, someone's pills, hangers, fabric softener sheets, dust & more. We contacted them to let them know how nasty this place was, and they did refund our cleaning money, but this unit could really use some TLC & a thorough cleaning, i.e., under beds, furniture, closets etc. If you are planning to cook food in the unit, the pots & pans are dated and your food will stick. A word of advice don't run the washer at night, as it is extremely loud and sounds as though it needs a little attention. The view was amazing. Tv's & beds were very nice. This condo at one time was probably a really beautiful unit, however it is apparent that it needs some touch up's done, such as painting, & bathroom cabinet doors are falling off in a couple of the bathrooms. Property management was easier to contact via email, sometimes it was hard to reach them in the office, but were always very quick to respond to emails, and very professional. The resort itself as well is beautiful, and well maintained.

The penthouse was very spacious, the balcony wrapped around and had great views of the beach. The penthouse does lack some TLC (tender love and care). We had minor issues with the AC, it was resolved a couple days later. The washer is very loud. Do bring your own paper towels and toilet paper. This place has potential to be great, overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very disappointed
While the property was nice, the upper deck was torn up the morning after we arrived and unusable until the last night we were there. Lights kept flickering off and on, the dryer didn’t dry. Overall one of the most disappointed places I have ever rented.
