My family enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Comfortable beds and a spacious place for my family of 4.

Pictures do not do justice to this cabin!! It is beautiful and much bigger than I expected. Perfectly accommodated my family with 2 kids. Check in was super easy, everything done through email. Host thought of everything we could possibly need while there, including a stroller for my baby and play pen. Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils. Loved it!

Needs up keep. We have stayed here before so we were alittle disappointed.

The property was cute and we had everything we needed. The grill and outdoor furniture need to be updated.

Let me start by saying, the location is great, and the cabin itself is nice. However...
The cabin was not cleaned. We found a rotten half carrot under the couch cushion. Two of the dining chair legs were broken. Thankfully, we recognized this before our kids sat in them and crashed to the floor. The dishwasher was broken. We did not know this, and when we tried doing a load of dishes, the water all leaked out onto the kitchen floor.
Now for the amenities. We chose this cabin because of all the amenities provided on the listing. Half were not available....
-Tetherball was only a poll.
-Foosball table is missing a grip, as well as one of the men broken off.
-Only two chairs available around the fire pit.
-No working grills on site. The charcoal grill was broken off, and the gas grill was so rusted and broken, it's unusable.
-The hot tub was disgusting. Add it to the list of items not cleaned.
We will definitely be back to Broken Bow, but not at this cabin.

My family of 4 just stayed at this cabin and we enjoyed ourselves. It was a good location, in a nice neighborhood and had a big plot of land around it. My girls loved painting the rocks, playing in the woods and on the tire swing. The house is good but is nowhere near a luxury cabin. The bathroom bathtubs need to be cleaned, all the dishes had residue on them and had to be washed before using and the hottub water looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Very murky. A lot of the furniture is very old and had stains and several appliances were in need of repair. While this is a good house for our time in Broken Bow, we would rate this house a B. Not the best but not the worst. I do not think we would revisit but still enjoyed our time.

Hot tub water was dirty and smelled fishy/dirty. Yes, there is foosball but it is outside and therefore very dirty, and also missing one of the grips. The tabletop on it is warped from being outside. The horseshoes are missing one and one of the bars is bent. There are only 2 chairs at the fire pit. Cushions on the chairs by the hot tub are grungy and go completely flat when you sit on them. We had to wash all dishes and silverware before using them because they looked dirty. Every single bowl has a big chip on it. There is no foil, Saran Wrap or bowls with covers. No coffee. There was just a tiny bit of salt and pepper. Be sure to bring exactly what you need. Coffee pot takes 30 minutes to brew a pot of coffee. Ice maker doesn’t work..just makes a large block of ice. Appliances appear to be very old and need to be replaced. The built in microwave doesn’t work. There is another microwave on the counter. Why not repair/replace the built in microwave? We used the oven and the temperature is off. It took a lot longer than it should have to bake monkey bread. There’s a steady drip of water from shower in front bathroom. And, that shower floor looks nasty. I wore my flip flops to shower because I didn’t know if it was dirty or just worn from use. That bathroom door doesn’t open all the way because the washer and dryer is behind it blocking it to open up. There’s a chip on the small round toilet seat. Outside is a beautiful wrap around porch but everything is so dirty. Needs to be washed off and blown. It’s just not taken care of. There’s a big stump in the driveway that needs to be ground out. If you pull up at night and didn’t know it was there, you would hit it. There are so many things that could be done to make this a nice cabin that I feel it once was. We would not choose to stay at this one again.

We had a great time visiting the Broken Bow area. Y-Not was a great location for everything we did. The cabin had everything we needed and was very relaxing and comfortable. The hot tub was a great way to end the day with the cool October evenings.

What a beautiful place this is!! Just wish we had more time but will be back.
Beautiful place and close to everything you’d need. Will need to spend more time here next time to be able to do and see everything. We will be back!!

We had a nice time
We enjoyed our stay and would most likely return. It’s a nice area and the roads around it are nice. It’s clean inside.
There are some improvements that need to be made.
A couple of things we encountered were that the coffee pot didn’t work. We had to go buy a new one.
The hot tub is old and needs to be updated and
one of the beds in the second bedrooms sags pretty badly in the middle.

Everything was great except for the roof leak night 2 disrupted the whole cabin for 2 nights. We also had difficulty getting in contact with owners about fireplace questions and roof issue.

Wonderful Holiday Stay
We spent Christmas week at this cabin and had a wonderful time. The cabin was very cute and well appointed. Check in and communication during our stay was smooth. The host even set up a rock-painting station for guests in the backyard! The location is very convenient for exploring Beavers Bend SP and easy to get to restaurants in town. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect calming getaway
We will definitely be back. It was a good small getaway to decompress even if it was for a few days. Only thing I had a issue with is I never got a email with all the details for the cabin as in the code and instructions etc. Other than that it was a great cabin to recoup.

Exactly what we needed!
We’re so grateful to have the opportunity to stay at Y Knot! Our kiddos LOVED the opportunity to paint rocks. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay and the communication was incredible between the hosts.
When we arrived the WiFi was offline. My husband and I work from home and while our young children nap during the day, we get a few hours of work done. Once we informed the host of the situation, the internet was working within hours. I really appreciate their urgency to get that back up and running. We’ve already shared the cabin with friends as a wonderful option to stay and we cannot wait to be back! Thank you for sharing your place with my family!

The location and cabin were fine just a few issues.
The location and cabin were fine but the coffee pot took an hour and a half to brew. One of the showers had a leak and the hot tub was questionable to me.

We rented Y-Knot cabin very last minute (11 pm the night before check-in). We are a family of 4 (including a 12 and 9 year old) and two shih tzus. The cabin is just like the pictures. It was very clean when we arrived. The wrap around deck and hot tub was fun and relaxing. It had a awesome firepit, but only 3 chairs. We didn’t use the foosball table as it was a little rusted. The cabin had woods all around it and it was private, but you will hear cars on the road and people in other cabins at night. We thought the beds were so comfortable and everyone slept great! The A/C is loud (saw this posted in another review) in the master bedroom. My husband likes fan noise at night, so he loved it and it didn’t bother me. The bathrooms were typical of a cabin, but the master tub would not stop dripping (no matter how you turn the dial). The kitchen was supplied with everything you need to prepare a nice meal. Since it was pet friendly, I wondered if the house would smell or not be clean, but it didn’t! I wouldn’t have known it was pet friendly. The cabin was in a fabulous location!! Just a short drive on the gravel road and no big hills to go up or down. Other cabins you have to go far on the gravel roads that have big holes in them. I loved this location bc I could easily run to pick up something up quickly if we needed it. It was also beautiful and quick to get to the lake. My suggestions to improve the stay: 1. The cabin needs more towels and bath mats. We had 5 towels, 1 hand towel, and no bath mats in our cabin. This was not enough towels for hot tub, lake, showers, etc for 4 people. I ended up buying a few towels at a Walmart to get us though the week. 2. The master tub needs to stop dripping. We would definitely return, but I’ll bring my own towels and bath mats!

Great place for Girls Weekend
We enjoyed the ambience of this cabin and location it was peaceful and quiet. The jacuzzi was ready for us to use at any time with no complications . The fire pit was awesome but could use some newer chairs around the fire pit. There is plenty of towels to use for the jacuzzi and in the shower!

So quiet you could hear a pin drop!
Cabin was spacious inside and out. Property was nice and concealed from other campsites. We saw deer pass by the cabin daily. They say location is everything, this is an awesome location. It was very quiet, and I mean VERY quiet. Location to town is great, makes a short drive to get supplies or eat. We have stayed in multiple cabins, this is one of the best ones we have been at. The painted rocks is a cool idea, but the paint supply was about gone. Only suggestion would be to level the driveway right in front of the cabin so it would be easier to park as parking sideways made it hard to get in and out. You can pull by the storage building, but i found it hard to back from there. Overall and enjoyable and comfy place to stay.
