Location is excellent. Room is clean and updated. Pool definitely needs an upgrade it does not look clean

Clean rooms and location

Staff was rude except for the man working at night. Room was only cleaned once in the 5 nights I was there. I had to keep asking for clean towels

Close to boardwalk

One room key only for 4 people. Not enough places to charge cell phones. Only 2 beach passes for 4 people. Paid a lot of money to stay here. Not even a coffee maker in room or lobby. No complimentary breakfast

Never stay there again

The proximity to the beach.

Everything else. I got a king bed that was broken down the middle and didn’t sleep the whole time. There description on Book.com was not accurate to the actual property. The balcony was a serious deception which is a requirement for me when I go away.

Doors to next room were paper thin and located in room. Could hear everything. Big gap under it, had to put a towel down for somewhat privacy

Loved how the beach was right there!

Rooms were small and needed updated VERY BADLY!! Beds were terrible, bathrooms were dirty.

I loved how close it was to the beach and the property was clean. the staff was very nice and helpful

I did not like how uncomfortable the beds were. when we arrived there were fruit flys in the room and mold on part of the AC unit. I also didn’t like how there was no ventilation in the bathroom just a little window.

i realiaze I booked the only available room on a Saturday, but it was probably one of the worst rooms I've ever rented.

Turn the bed 90 degrees and add at least 1 small night stand with a lamp. As currently there are none. Replace the low 4 drawer dresser with a high piece of furniture, so the TV is visible while lying in bed on the 3 flat pillows. Then add an upholstered chair behind the entry door, so there's a place to sit other than the single straight back chair in the room. Pretty rough, even for an economical stay.

it was just off the boardwalk. that is all that was good about this place

parking on site was very very limited 2nd parking lot was down the block. rooms were tiny & old. stains on chairs & carpet in room. front desk people were rude & non-welcoming. no info was given as to any facility accomodations times location etc.

Our room had no table and chairs, there were issues with the door. It could have been alittle cleaner. There weren't enough outlets by the bed. Had issue with the key. Had to pay $15 to park car at hotel.

A place to sleep.

Location was great.

The whole place needs updating. Way too many steps from our room to the pool, etc. Confusing, Inconvenient layout for a motel…..especially for seniors. Bathroom tub needed serious work-stain removal, hardware, shower curtain stained. Old lock system did not work. Giant key got stuck in lock every time. The top lick would not work at all only from the inside.

I would go back again

closeness to ocean. loved the patio stew patio area by the pool and the balcony in the back

because I got two full beds I couldn’t be near my family. they had queen beds down by the pool. I had to be up in the back because I didn’t rent queen beds

Very poor

Staff was friendly, especially folks in brendas restaurant. Location was excellent, super close to beach/boardwalk! Pool was nice!! Parking was good.

Rooms are old, dirty and dated. Carpet was sticky and stained. Bathroom was dirty and toilet was clogged when we got there, which they did address immediately. Furniture was ok, just very dated. Room had flys/nats. Bed was just as old and uncomfortable. If we got all this for $100 or less per night, so be it, but we paid over $300 per night! Sorry to be so harsh, we are not picky people. This would be a gem if they just update the rooms or lowered the price.

Location to the beach was less than 2 min walk. There was a great Cafe downstairs, Brenda's Cafe. Pool was very clean and accessible. Live music on Saturday and Sunday in the common area was especially nice. The outside was nice, well kept and easy to walk around the building to get to the pool or deck. Parking was available at 15 dollars a night, if we missed our spot there was a parking lot across the street that was 20 dollars a night. They gave us 2 beach passes for the beach which was a nice surprise for us even though 5 dollars a day wasn't a terrible beach price to begin with. Staff were very very kind and accommodating. Great family spot if you just want to leave your car over the weekend and walk everywhere. For a weekend from Friday to Monday it was 1400 dollars. Which considering the time we went, the location and accommodations (just pool, beach pass and a 5 dollar discount on parking) wasn't that bad. And did I mention you can walk everywhere from this location. Just let your car rest for the weekend.

Our rooms were outdated... the bathroom was so small. And the lighting was poor, only available by lamps and the bathroom was the only switch light even though light switches were located in the beginning of the room. The top lock didn't work so we felt a little nervous at night. The bottom lock was saficant, just mentally I felt more safe if I had the dead bolt working. The youth of the community were super loud and unconsiderate but not necessarily the motels fault.

I will not stay at the establishment again

The breakfast at Brenda's Cafe was very good. A little expensive for breakfast. But the food was good.

The room had ants on the sink and in the bathroom. There was no maid service due to covid and I was not told this. I had to ask for towels and washcloths as well as toilet paper.

Didn’t know that you had to pre-book a parking spot which I had not done. This resulted in having to park two blocks away. We are seniors and my partner has an injured foot. No daily service and cleaning the room making bed or providing clean towels. When we asked twice the third time we got them after waiting two hours.

The room was extremely small. No parking. Had to pay for parking. Room was very dirty! Bathroom had ants in it. Everything very outdated in room. Lampshade had mold on it and exposed electrical wiring down the wall.
