With this property you can enjoy the Pine Island Beach Club offering a large pool, access to the beach and available restroom facilities. It's the perfect place to stop in while waiting for your house to be ready on check-in day. It can also be used on checkout day, to extend the time at the beach a bit longer and also let the traffic dissipate.
Ground Level: Large Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks with semi-private full bath (second door from bathroom to hallway) and a Recreation room with Double Sleep Sofa, 50" flat-screen TV/VCR/DVD and kitchenette with beverage refrigerator.
Mid Level: Offers 2 King Master Bedrooms both with private full baths, TV/DVD and deck access, King Bedroom with deck access that shares a full hall bath with a Bedroom with 2 Singles and deck access and a powder room.
Top Level: King Master Bedroom Suite with TV/DVD, deck access and large master bathroom with whirlpool bathtub. Great room which captures wrap around ocean views with walls of glass, towering stone fireplace, 55" flat-screen TV/DVD and central stereo, and an exceptionally equipped kitchen with double ovens, double dishwashers, double refrigerators and dining for 18. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has completed their work OR 4:00 pm check in time.
Beach Cabana Service: 6 chairs and 2 umbrellas will be set up Monday- Friday at this homes private beach access. Look for your beach set up, weather permitting, from 10 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, 6/27/25-8/21/25. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.
Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons, clinics and more!
