It’s in the perfect place because it’s located just one block away from downtown and downstairs you have get little restaurants and shops. Outdoor music and bars.

Nice property. Great location!!
2.0 / 5.0
The condo is in a great location and walkable to restaurants and shops. The bed is horrible- very uncomfortable with scratch linens. Stains on the couch and in the bottom of the bathtub. There is also some damage to window trim and to the ceiling above the AC unit. Great location, but sub- par cleanliness and accommodation.

We loved the location and have stayed in the Villages of South Walton a few other times. We had read in your reviews the complaints about the uncomfortable bed and your response that you had replaced the mattress. That is hard to believe because the mattress was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. We left with very sore backs. Every time my wife or I rolled over during the night the bed would squeak so loudly it would wake us up. If it wasn’t for the bad bed we could give a 4 star.

The room is ok, but not like the picture advertised on the site. The bed is horrible. It seems as if it is broken and needs to be changed.

Great location
I give this a 4 star based on location. It's really kind of a dated hotel room. Bed was hard as a board, but nice to walk to Rosemary and Alys.

Very Disappointed with Resort
The only thing I loved ,it was very closed to Panama City. That’s where my Husband and I spent our time because it was nothing to do at the Village of South Walton. So my next trip I will stay in Panama City.

Never again.
Absolutely worst place I have ever stayed. I never leave bad reviews... ever but I had to speak up on this one. Location is across the street from the beach but don’t try and walk it. It’s a LONG way. The tram is convenient if you like standing in the hot sun and driving around for 20 minutes as they go and pick up other people. Also, it only runs certain hours so if you miss it in the evening you have to hike back. The beach is private so everyone is smashed together. Literally barely could find a place to put 2 chairs it was so bad. The parking is horrendous. We drove around atleast 30 minutes each time we needed to park and had to basically hike to our room. The shops and restaurants being attached to the building was neat and convenient.
The room was fine but the bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood with a sheet. The air conditioning kept making a terrible sound and went out on our first night. It did come back on the next morning around lunch and someone did come out to a check on it. Overall... stay away.

Unit was cute and tidy. Bed was comfortable.

Decent place for price paid
Great place for short stay. Definitely needs a deep cleaning as the baseboards and ceiling fan are filthy. A coat of paint would go along way in improving. Parking was tough as not enough spaces for all the stores and the condos. Pool was nice. Long walk to the beach but doable. Truly not a bad place for a night or two.

Underwhelmed
The studio room was less than expected. There is no balcony. This room has an entrance from an interior hall - very tucked away if that’s what you are looking for - we were not. The floor was not clean, there was a dirty towel left in the bathroom. The bed was less than comfortable and had a board hanging to the floor. The AC did not keep the room cool. The area downstairs provided good food and entertainment, justifying the 3 star review. The pool is right on the street corner. The beach access is very small and very overcrowded. It is shared with the neighborhood behind this location as well as a condo across the street. Not a kid friendly vacation spot. It was adequate for us a couple. Will find a new location if we return.

It's all about the location
This property is in the ideal location, across from the beach, amongst shops, walking distance to Rosemary Beach, absolutely perfect! Issues within the unit are 1) The window appears to be broken, there was a draft all night long where the screen is detached from the building itself and no way to block out that air coming in, which also lets in noise. And similarly to some other reviews, the bed is horrifically uncomfortable, very very hard and squeaky. A few tweaks to upgrade this unit and it would be a 5 star because the location is so good.

Bad Beach Experience
The condo was just as pictured and was great. The Seacrest beach access was horrible. We used the pool and drove to public access beaches.

Worked great for us. The A/C froze up, but maintenance was right there to fix it.

Property was not bad at all. The location was not to my liking. Hard to find the actual propert.
Would not rent this property again juat solely based on location. Parking was horrible and the actual property was almost impossible to find. Room was nice just didn't like the location

Outdated room air did not work properly bed broke down boards hanging on floor

Cheap...for a reason
I definitely would not stay here again nor would I recommend to anyone. This place has walls and ceilings made of tissue paper. Our first night we had to sleep with the tv on to distract from the rowdy crowd out our windows. The doors slamming around us rattled things on the walls. During the rain when we were forced indoors, for HOURS, we had to listen to the people above us stomping and dropping what we assumed was a ball of some kind; absolutely miserable!
Parking is also horrible. Nothing was ever close. The room is dated, as another reviewer shared, but I could have gotten past that if not for how loud it was.
Even for the price, I would not consider staying here again.

Very Cozy and Great Location
This was a very relaxing a comfortable trip for my husband and I! We are in our mid twenties and it was a very good mix of lovely and relaxing and quiet. We were literally right next to rosemary beach, which we were most worried about being too far from there, since we’d never been before. But it was perfect!!! We would stay here again.

Great location, dated property. Parking was very limited.
4 Stars because everything was ok. Just a bit old, bed had visible 2x4 under it for support. AC ran constantly on lowest setting. All these things where to small to call about.
Location was great. Easy access to restaurants right downstairs. Just don't move your car once you get a parking spot!

Unresponsive
Condo was nice. Small but perfect for my family of 3. Vacasa was completely unresponsive and not helpful. We were given 2 different pool codes. Neither worked for the pool outside of building H. Information in the room said you could take the tram to the Seacrest pool. Tram told us no. We called Vacasa 3 times. They were not helpful. Each time told us they would look into it and call us back in 30 minutes. We never received calls back or pool access. Thankfully we were able to follow another family to the beach to gain access to that.

Great for the money, needs minor TLC
For the price - this was a good place to stay on 30A. The listing said there was a washer/dryer available but the closet was locked so we couldn't get in there to use it. Bathroom needs to be updated - tub is stained for example. Again overall - for the price, it's a great option!

Clean and simple
For the price, you can’t beat this location which is right in the heart of Seacrest near food and shops. While responsive, Vacasa takes the call as the management company and whoever I spoke with was not local. Because of this, they could not help with basic information about the area. It would have been nice to speak directly with a local person. Also a small detail, but bring your own hairdryer!!! The listing does not say it has one, but I am used to this as a very basic item included in most vrbo properties. Finally, Covid19 has been blamed for the 4 pm checkin, but earlier would be nice so that you could access the pool and ride the golf cart shuttle to beach earlier.
