Nice family villa in a quiet residential area.

The owner was communicative. The staff welcomed us and was very friendly. He turned the AC on before we arrived, and that was thoughtful since the weather was very hot that day. Located just beside GWK, a good base to visit the beaches around Jimbaran. Rooms and beds were comfy and clean. Bathrooms were clean. The swimming pool was a nice bonus to us. The terrace just outside the main room was a very nice place for family time. If you rent a motorbike or ride a gojek/grab for mobility, cafes, eatery, and mini markets are easy to reach within a few KMs.

First of all, the map shared in the booking.com apps was not accurate, in fact it's quite far away, although the manager on site shared the right location after we booked. Main bedroom: The toilet shower in the main bathroom was leaking a little bit, making the floor wet. The body soap was not refilled so we had to take the one in the spare room downstairs. AC facing the bed was quite chilling, so we rarely turn it on while sleeping. Kitchen: the dust on the top surface of the fridge was quite thick, could've been cleaner. There's only 1 electric socket for microwave, electric kettle, and toaster. Spare drink water should be prepared rather than the guests asking for more. One of the fridge's drawer was not placed rightly, so I accidentally dropped it, broke a cup and a mug, while loosing some of my ingredients for breakfast. Some noises at night from the neighbourhood dog that kept barking, and also from motorbikes passing by was heard from the main room. Kitchenware could be cleaner, and better (especially the knives and cutting board).

Value for money can not be beaten.

Wayan was very helpful and attentive. The pool was clean, and big enough for 5 of us to enjoy together. There are a few things that I commented on, but over all I was very happy considering the price for 1 week.

THESE ARE NOT COMPLAINTS... SIMPLY OBSERVATIONS!!! The tvs in 2 of the bedrooms were broken. The kitchen is very small, but still did the job. The water pressure isn't great. But to complain about these things considering the amazing value for money would simply be arrogance.

Great villa that is excellent value

The villa was located in a quiet part of Jimbaran and was excellent value for money. With 3 bedrooms and a decent sized pool, our group was very happy with what we got.

Nice Villa to stay with group

Clean room, you can feel at home, daily cleaning, quiet place, safe and clean pool.

1st floor bathroom drainage not to smooth. 2nd floor balcomy drainage has problem, water can leak inside the room.

Super comfortable 3 bed-Villa with private pool, close to all beaches!

There is outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace?! Woww! It is a air-conditioned (We need those!!) 3 bedroom villa with a large balcony, and common area for friends to relax :) In short: *Good kitchen size complete with all you cooking needs! *CLEAN (the most important thing for us is the cleanliness!) even The pool is so Clean!! *$$$ WORTH IT!! *Fast internet *Great staff very polite,friendly and knowledgeable See you in Oktober Ivilla Team!!

Clean, cheap villa with excellent view

It's so clean and comfortable here! We are a taking a break from our daily routine. It felt so nice to just chill by the pool and relax. The villa is huge for that price! Totally worth your money. Love this villa and the staff is also very helpful. Will definitely go back here again if i go to Bali.

It was a perfect stay, a big recommendation :)

The villa was equipped with all the necessary amenities and more, making it the perfect home away from home. The daily housekeeping service ensured that the villa was always clean and tidy, which was greatly appreciated. The flexible check-in and check-out times were also a huge plus, allowing us to make the most of our stay without feeling rushed. The neighbourhood and localisation were both fantastic. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Lastly, the internet was fast and reliable, which was important for us as we needed to do some work during our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. This villa is an excellent choice for any traveller.

Perfect!

We had a really nice stay here, place is really convenient, easy to find, it's near to Pandawa Beach, Garuda Wisnu Kencana. It's really clean, room is spacious, overall it's worth the money! There are not many villa that offers 3 bedroom with a pool for a cheap price.
