Located in the southern subdivision of Tuckahoe, a private beach community, Sailaway is an easy walk into the town of Duck, giving you plenty to do!
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool and hot tub, basketball hoop and carport with an outside shower.
Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Bedroom with a Queen Bed, Single Bed and flat-screen TV, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, Single Bed and flat-screen TV/DVD and a hall bathroom. Laundry area with washer and dryer.
Top Level: Great room with cathedral ceilings, flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access, kitchen with counter seating for 4 plus deck access, dining room seating 8, breakfast table seating 2 and a newly added sun room with private deck access. King Bedroom with flat-screen TV and semi-private bathroom (second access to the hallway).
Extras: Private Pool (25 x 15), Hot Tub, 5 TVs, 2 DVD players, wireless internet, gas grill, high chair, basketball hoop, games, outside shower, parking for 6 vehicles, linens and towels provided and community pool and tennis/ pickleball court access. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
This property has cameras at the front and rear entry doors facing away from the property.
