Minutes away and worlds apart! That's how we describe our "Oasis on Lake Las Vegas". Be our guest and enjoy your stay at this one bedroom, one bath handsomely furnished condo 25 minutes away from the strip and steps from Lake Las Vegas. Inside the condo, you'll find a kitchen equipped with everything you need to make a quick meal. There's a spacious bath tub and separate shower, an inviting king size bed with plenty of storage in the bedroom, and a balcony where you can enjoy meals alfresco while bird-watching on the Lake or birdie watching on the golf course. All this is within an easy walk to downtown Lake Las Vegas, which has several restaurants, a grocery store, concerts and other activities. At Montelago Village Resort, home of the “Oasis on Lake Las Vegas” condo, you can work out in the in-house exercise room, then enjoy a dip in our pool (heated in winter) and hot tub. You can even book a spa treatment at the Hilton next door, or the Westin just down the way. But that's not all! Do you golf or want to learn? How about a lesson and a round at the award winning Reflection Bay Golf Club, the first public resort golf course in Nevada personally designed by Jack Nicklaus! But that's not all! Do you hike or mountain bike? You can do that too, just a block away at Terraza Park Trail Heads and Wetlands, or a 25-minute drive to Lake Mead and 10 minutes just beyond to the Hoover Dam. But that's not all! Do you like to ski or snow board? Yep, that's what I said! You can even do that in the winter at Lee Canyon, just 1 hour 15 minutes away. Lee Canyon has 860 vertical feet of lifts served terrain, 1,919 vertical feet of hiking routes, 24 serviced snow trails and 3 lifts, plus a tubing area. Of course let’s not forget the Las Vegas strip, which is just 25 minutes away, with award-winning restaurants, shows and clubs--and yes, gambling! This condo is a great place to stay if you're coming to Vegas for a wedding, convention, other event or just want to get away from it all! Note: We do have an echo dot for the convenience of guests to control lights or to listen to music. If you don't want to use it, simply un-plug it, but please plug it back in for next guests. This property was a great location. Very beautiful location. We enjoyed ourstay.

Positives: Owner Kimberly very friendly at texting. Active Alexa. Nice Furnishings. Reasonably priced for a street level view condo. Underground parking.
Negatives: Unit was "Guest View" cleaned only. Owner said needs deep cleaning (wish done before we arrived). Short, limited or no supplies (coffee pods, kleenix, shower soap, bath counter soap, short bath towels for a 9 day stay, dish cloth to clean counters, and so on). Didn't want to wash bath towels so we packed up and left a day early. Also, the worn mattress, which is propped up on blue foam, was hard on a 62 year old's back. You kinda rolled off the edge at night. Like other reviews, spiders and spider webs, especially in bedroom window. Sent cleaning problem pics to unit manager (noted in guest book) who was not receptive to critique.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The walk around the lake and all the restaurants and shops were fun to explore. We would stay here again!
One consideration is, there’s no coffee or pods so you need to make sure to bring your own!

The apartment was located where we wanted to stay. The pool and balcony were just what we needed. We had tickets for one show on the strip, apart from that we were looking for peace and quiet and got exactly that!

Everything about this condo was great and just as advertised. Comfortable, clean, well stocked, and easy to access. We were unaware of the monsoon rain and unfortunately the lake activities we hoped to do were off limits due to the water condition. Still giving 5 stars since this would be a great place to visit outside the monsoon season.

Excellent unit - very clean - the property is great and a great location. I boneheaded and deleted the welcome email with the instructions on how to get in, but the property manager was very kind and helped us a lot.
We will stay here again for sure!

We chose this place cuz of location, being that its close to the home we were in the process of buying, and for the beauty of the area, including the restaurants at the lake. It was really nice!
A few things to consider: There's a small fridge, double the size of a tiny hotel size fridge but with a freezer. It"s not very practical for longer stays. You can only put in a few leftovers and then some must haves. Still not enough for my needs. The bed is noisy, something about what the mattress is sitting on...?It sags in the middle too... my husband and I would always end up in the middle lol. Lots closer! Maybe that's a good thing? There's quite a few spiders on the patio ceiling, which a house cleaner came to help with that, cuz I'm scared of those creepy crawlers!! But they got some of them... some managed to show up inside 😳. At Least they were high up! I was told there was a lot of unusual bug activity this year from the rains. I'm hoping the nice and accommodating owner will stay on top of those bugs for everyone else. I appreciate the effort.
Anyway, most everything else was fantastic! We enjoyed the pool almost every morning before it got too hot! Loved it! Nice facilities! Great location! Nice building with security👍. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. It was a great stay! I'd stay there again for sure! Definitely recommend it.

The condo was clean and well organized. The kitchen area is tight on space but had everything we needed. The balcony with chairs overlooking the lake was nice for coffee in the mornings. The condo has a nice pool and hot tub area too. Overall a nice place to relax outside of Vegas

A perfect location for day trips to valley of fire, red rock canyon, Hoover dam and lake mead, the Vegas strip and easy access to open highways . Lovely pool and 5 minute walk to a variety of restaurants in the village. Enjoyed the Saturday night concert as well. We loved our stay in this comfortable condo and would 100% recommend it.

Unfortunately next unit was being remodeled and there was construction noise all week.

This was a perfect place for my trip. I needed to be near Vegas for a race but wanted to stay somewhere quiet. The location was great for that and there were a few good restaurants in town for a post race meal. If you plan to cook at the rental make sure you bring your own oil and spices, all the other essentials are provided.

Just what we were looking for. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The restaurants in the village that we went to were great. The store was a nice convenience. An overall great experience.

Half of the silverware is missing. Bed is uncomfortable. Alexa came on 3 of the nights at 3am making a howling noise.

Loved it! Only thing that would make it a little better was the fact we never heard from anyone. Would have been nice to have the manager reach out and just ask us how are thing going? Need anything? Otherwise excellent!

I have stayed at this property in the past. The owner has it very clean and well appointed with everything you need. We will always check on this availability when we travel out to Lake Las Vegas again.

This lovely one-bedroom condo with beautiful view of Lake Las Vegas has all amenities necessary to enjoy a Vegas vacation. The condo complex is both clean and quiet and the people are friendly. The village shops and restaurants on the opposing side of the lake are just a short walk a way, over a causeway that spans the lake. Downtown Las Vegas is a 20 minute drive away. I highly recommend this place!
