A disappointing stay.

Location is close to downtown and River.

Our standard room was very basic with no soundproofing between rooms. A women in the next room had a chronic cough and it sounded like she was in our room! When we asked for a chair, we were told that we had two seats (stools) in the room and therefore we were denied a chair with a seat back. The breakfast was rather drab with no hot items.

Cottage cozy, relaxing and serene.

The rooms had a cozy feel to them. The view of the water at breakfast was stunning! I appreciated the text before and after our stay also.

Overall we thought the Inn at the Falls was a lovely location with a beautiful view. The room was clean and comfortable

We had a beautiful view from our room. The property was quiet, clean and the staff member we checked in with was very friendly.

A minor issue but there was no ice in the ice maker in the lobby. The staff member was able to get me ice from elsewhere (maybe the restaurant) but it was a tiny container. Had it been after 7 when no staff was available it would have been disappointing. Again a minor issue, but it took a couple of tries to find a table to eat breakfast and have coffee that wasn’t wobbling around. It’s one of those small annoyances when on vacation and an easy fix for the Inn. Music or the local radio station playing when eating breakfast would be an added touch.

It's a great hotel in a charming town

Comfortable room, with a lovely view. A great welcome at reception. Bracebridge is a superb traditional place and in a superb location.

Perhaps consider a more expansive fruit selection at breakfast.

Too expensive for what you get.

Nice location, nice view.

The breakfast area wasn’t clean at all. No too many options, or almost nothing to eat. When we got there before 9am, breakfast was scheduled until 10am. The restaurant wasn’t available, the room we got was nothing close to show in the pictures.

Except for the internet not streaming properly it was a nice place to stay.

We liked the view and the breakfast. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and had air conditioning.

The Inn only has Netflix, but the internet kept cutting out so we couldn't even watch a movie. We got online off & on to check emails but it was hard to stay online. The place was hard to find and we got lost.

Beautiful location. We had a great view from our veranda.

No major issues other than a shelf in the bathroom would have been helpful. There’s not enough room for the toiletry bags.

Good place for short stays

- perfect location overseeing the lake - entrance/living-room seating area - responsive staff - nice inn decor and trinkets - nice view from breakfast area

- breakfast tables were not cleaned, previous guests did not clean after themselves so we had to do it (both days). A suggestion can be a signboard for general etiquette - old furniture in the room (chairs, carpet, door) - bathroom door is squeaky - bed was good but also squeaky - the inn can have better air circulation

Beautiful and clean place to stay

extremely clean place to stay. My wife never trusts the cleanness of the rooms when we are out there staying in hotels/motels/inns/etc., but this time was an exception and she loved it

There was no one to answer or help after about 8 pm and although we were told that the breakfast will be available by 6 am, nothing was there ready nor was anyone in there!

Better to not have carpet in the suites. Maybe hardwood floor and an area rug. need more shelf space in the bathrooms and maybe a shelf in the shower.
