The location was perfect in proximity to the conference I was attending, there was plenty of parking and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast was mediocre at best. The eggs were cold, the coffee was burnt, pancakes were rubbery. We ended up going somewhere else for a second breakfast.
The room was oddly designed, there was a huge space where it looked like a chair should be but there was none.
The sliding door for the bathroom stuck and would only close so far and there was no fan to circulate the air.
Personal preference, but the pillows were so soft they offered no support.
Just not at all what I had pictured having stayed at other Hampton Inns.

The place was nice and cool (as in there's an AC). I loved the overall modern feel and bright colours of the hotel. The lounge area was comfortable, and breakfast was amazing, especially the waffles. The room was also comfortable! Loved the hot tub :)
No major complaints - maybe if I were to pick one, then maybe let guests know how to change the temp of the ac. The sliding bathroom door/ storage door could use a lock as well so people who use the washroom has some privacy. In terms of facilities, maybe the pool could use a locker/ changing room. The swimming pool water could also maybe use more chlorine (the water, inevitably, got in my mouth and it wasn't a very good taste...) But otherwise, a good stay :)

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, shall we say. Food was good, coffee was very good and they did provide a very nice variety.
Housekeeping could’ve been a little bit more efficient with regards to my room. I was there about five days and two of those days. The housekeeper ‘forgot’ to clean my room. I talk with the house supervisor, and it was taken care of. Overall, the building was very, very clean.

It's clean, all the staffs are helpful and friendly
Too much chlorine in the swimming pool that it hurts our eyes by just entering the swimming area.

The room was clean and comfortable. And new. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast is amazing. Exercise room very nice.
We had the standard room so no armchair in our room, but there was a huge space for an armchair with a standing lamp. Seemed weird to not just put an armchair in the room.

New property so was clean all over rooms were decent
Barn door bathrooms are a bad idea especially for families. Especially when u can’t lock them.. breakfast was below average as still most hotels think we’re still in Covid .. the only warm thing is the waffle you make yourself. Airfryer bacon and cold eggs are below even average. Plastic spoons and disposable plates. Covid is over get back to norm.

The room was pretty nice and the complementary breakfast was good.
The pool and the hot tub have way too much chlorine. The pool was very cloudy, looked very yellow as if you were swimming in more pee than water. That pool should be drained, cleaned and then refilled.

Breakfast was great. Good location, easy access.
Beds were okay.... one had a hump in the middle.
Could have been a decent comfortable chair or couch to sit on not just one of those computer kind.... it was awful.
Didn't like the sliding barn door for the bathroom.
Shower doors didn't close properly so water splashed onto floor.
WORST THING WAS ONLY ONE TSN CHANNEL SO COULDN'T GET BOTH FOOTBALL GAMES

We liked it was pet friendly, but were unhappy about the $75 base pet charge for 1 to 4 nights. We stayed only two nights.
Generally dreary room, a cold swimming pool in a poorly lit area. The staff weren't particularly friendly or helpful. The breakfast wasn't much, even by the low standard for the "free" breakfasts at these hotels, and breakfast staff were slow to replenish the poor quality food. The entire place offers only paper cups, paper plates (particularly flimsy and cheap) and plastic utensils in the rooms and breakfast area - understandable in a campground, but not a hotel.

Breakfast had everything for each of us. Room was very spacious with our family and two dogs. Food for lunch and dinner was close by. Pool was very enjoyable for the one rainy day we had.
Had some issues with the wifi but the hotel helped out immediately for me to work from the room.

Booked a suite, the size was great and was very comfortable. I loved that the hotel was dog-friendly and that the staff was great with my very energetic dog.
