we honestly loved every second of our stay here, the house is immaculate with everything you could possibly need for your stay and more. there is a lovely welcome pack and a guide of how to use everything in the house which was amazing! we came just before the holiday season so the local garage was closed along with a lot of other local convenience - Kielder waterside is just over 10 mins away in car and will have everything you need, including big bags of bird feed that will bring lots of birds and pheasants to the garden. we went to the sky space to see the stars which was great - but the view is just as good from the garden! communication was amazing, we didn’t need any assistance while we stayed but replies were always quick and friendly. the perfect location for family & friend get always with lots of lovely long walks right from the doorstep, many accessible to all types of walker.

check for any road closures before you set off - the road up to the house was closed when we arrived and detour would have been 90 mins minimum- luckily they let us through as finished early but with no signal sat nav doesn’t reroute so it’s best to be prepared!!

This house is absolutely immaculate, shiny clean, they have thought of everything you could need. Very warm, very comfortable, in a super remote place. We were blown away by it, very close to Kielder Castle where the bike rides and walks were terrific. Able to store our bikes. Lovely welcome pack, they had thought of all the bits you might need and forgotto bring. Lovely views and garden.
