Buenas instalaciones comunes, recepción, etc. Personal amable y simpático
Habitación pequeña, era un triple para tres personas, y queda justa.

A really nice hotel, about a 10 minute walk from Kyōto station.
Staff were helpful and overall the hotel was very clean.
The breakfast is really good, but gets very busy, so get in early.
They have a terrific selection of afternoon drinks free for guests between 2:30 - 5:30pm.
The breakfast room/restaurant has a very chic, on-trend fit out.
Everything was on point, no complaints.

Reception staff and housekeeping was outstanding. Location was awesome. Really good assistance with our bag forwarding. Beds and pillows really comfortable.
Nothing. All good.

Moderno e novo.

Well decorated, spacious and comfortable room. Wonderful staff who safely looked after our luggage for a the whole day post check in. Convenient location.
Nothing.

The hotel was in a quiet area. Love the interior decorations. Large and clean room with all amenities. Family mart was just nearby. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Was able to extend check out time to 12 noon from 11 am and did not have to to pay anything by becoming and Accor member. The hotel was so close to Nishi Hongan-ji temple ( 2 mins walk ). The courtyard has beautiful Gingko biloba trees which was golden yellow in color in late autumn ( 8/12/23 ).
Nothing actually but perhaps the water pressure from the shower head could have been stronger.

Good location, 8 minutes walk from Kyoto Station, excellent breakfast options, spacious room and nice bathroom setup. Very good restaurant on premises.
Struggled to get our room to cool down so we had some issues sleeping as we were pretty warm.
4.5
Amazingly big room with a great bed to sleep in, The bathroom was also very nice with a seperate shower instead of those bathtub/ shower combos
The what I think manager at the reception wasnt so nice to his personnel. Not the best thing to do in-front of hotel guests
4.5
facilities and room were great, required more storage for suitcases in room. Staff could have been more friendlier and welcoming.
reception staff that greeted us upon check in, was flat and didnt give the accor standard level of welcome
3.5
Beautiful clean rooms and public spaces. Modern, large rooms
Limited dining options and lack of flexibility of staff to assist guests. For example, No taking food from restaurants to rooms for a family member, must leave breakfast room at 10am even if you aren’t finished because that’s when they stop serving. Fixed mindset of service staff to follow the rules instead of what works for guests

Rooms were large, clean and well designed, bed was very comfortable, staff were exceptionally helpful and kind as well as generous-2 days before we were supposed to leave we found out typhoon was coming so train to Tokyo was about to get cancelled-as a result we had to leave one day earlier than we booked. Reception staff and manager refunded us for that whole day as it was not our fault we had to leave early. Something like this never happened to me in any hotel around the world and just shows kindness and ethical standards of Japanese culture and people which cannot be found anywhere in the western world that is filled with greed. Therefore, I will gladly stay again at this superb hotel when I go back to Kyoto, and I will in the future. Greetings to staff, 5 stars!
perhaps breakfast waiters could be more relaxed about timing/end of service for the day.

From the pictures and amount paid I was expecting much more! The property is beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. However, when looking to Instagram it promises much more, specially for its restaurante, that unfortunately wasn’t during our stay from Monday to Tuesday.
No many restaurantes around and the hotel restaurant was closed during our stay.

Everything about this hotel is AMAZING. From the moment you check in to the moment you check out -- it's absolutely lovely. The staff are kind and welcoming; from the concierge to housekeeping and of course the restaurant staff as well. I seriously turned to my husband and said "we should become accor members" because the quality was THAT good. It's centrally located -- a 10 minute walk away from the train station. You could probably also walk to Ninenzaka if you wanted to, but a cab ride over was only about $14 one way anyways. If you DO want to walk, there are temples and shrines literally within walking distance of the hotel -- actually if you just exit out of the restaurant, cross the street and take a right you'll be at Higashi Hongan-Ji Temple. Take a left and you'll be at Nishi Hongan-ji Temple.
No seriously, stay here. You'll be glad you did.
Nothing! I mean it would be great if there was laundry on site but otherwise? This hotel was fantastic and comfortable.
4.5
Breakfast buffet was lovely and varied, with staff v friendly
Robes provided in room (but not pyjamas)
Very comfortable, stylish and well planned room with plenty of USB ports, sockets etc and great washroom area with separate toilet, sink and shower.
Location - station is v walkable even with a wheely suitcase, and airport bus also accessible without stairs.
Fantastic coffee bags in room hospitality drawer. So many hotels in Japan only offer tea/green tea.
Because it's posh, the mood lighting makes it hard for older eyes to see anything! 😄
TV channels v limited. Would be good to have eg YouTube that most nationalities can use to access home content
Lots of guest turnover meant at times the two Reception staff were a little overrun. They were very professional despite this.

The hotel was very calm quiet and clean, restful decor. The restaurant was beautiful quality and reasonable price. We could walk to many other attractions or use the train. Easy walking distance to the major railway station. The bathroom was very clean and had an attractive decor, fabulous hairdryer.
Very minor things a few extra hooks or shelf in the bathroom.
Lobby access is on the minor road not the main road, the restaurant door opens to the main road but we missed it so maybe an extra Mercure sign there.

Everything is perfect!
no.

staff were accommodating for being in japan, hottest shower I have used! Breakfast was great and staff kept hold of my bags after checkout. It's about 9mins walk from Kyoto Station
If I am being picky the room had previous tenants hairs so floor wasn't the cleanest. There is a constant 'whirring' sound which I think is the station nearby which is to be expected. Can be loud somtimes being next to the road.

great location, really close to Kyoto station and cool interior design
the room itself was quite dusty
